I can't fault this restaurant. The food is exquisite. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Dining in their makeshift outdoor dining area still feels exclusive, well-kept, and safe. Service was prompt but discreet. I asked for a warm blanket, as the air was still chilly, and they happily obliged. I thoroughly enjoyed my steak, and the sides were raved about. The staff quickly noticed what I thought was a minor detail over the phone and sent a truly wonderful, sweet birthday treat to the table. I wish the hand towels were warm so I could use them at the end, but otherwise, it's highly recommended.

45 Park Lane is 100% your spot. It honestly feels less like a massive hotel and more like the world’s most sophisticated private residence. I loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it actually has a personality. While its "mother" property across the street is all about classic British tradition, 45 Park Lane is sleek, art-focused, and just feels vibrant. The staff are the real stars here—they manage to be incredibly attentive without being overbearing or stuffy. You get that top-tier service where they know your name, but the vibe is relaxed enough that you can actually kick back and breathe. The spa is a total hidden gem, too. For a boutique place, the facilities are surprisingly huge. There is a stunning 20-meter swimming pool that feels like an underground sanctuary, and since it’s open from 08:00 to 20:00, it’s perfect for a pre-breakfast lap or a wind-down swim after a long day. It’s peaceful, sparkling clean, and never felt crowded.

The very ultimate in luxury hotels. Maybe the best in the world. Serena Acquaviva and staff are the finest, most care and deserve much credit for the excellence of this Dorchester Collection classic.

Very good service, friendly staffs. Food is up to standard, considering the price, lacking a bit of a hmmmf. Very high end restaurant not for casual dinners.

A very warm welcome , shown through to the dining room, offered a free Amuse Bouche which was really lovely, we had a small glass of champagne which was served in the most delightful glasses, lovely warm bread. we both chose the salmon starter which the presentation was superb, both chose the beef which came medium rare but the waiter checked first that we were happy with the way it was served , came with a few chunky chips the taste was superb. Our lemon tart had the most amazing flavours and thoroughly enjoyed both by of us. Highly recommend
