Amazing stay with great service, room was large and comfy, bathroom had heated drying rack and mirror. Free ginger and honey tea, and cookies in the lobby, would love to come back for another stay. Walking distance to lots of theatres and shopping area.

Hotel was clean.
Small things are big things - such as having refreshing ginger drink and a hand towel at the elevator waiting area.

The lowest category room is VERY SMALL. And the “city view” is not a city view but instead it is an inner “courtyard” view which basically means facing a wall. The rooms facing the park are lovely, but the other rooms are really awful

Great location, 15 - 20 min walk to shopping areas. Close by are restaurants of which a couple are open from 6am, so helpful when one is jet lagged and want to grab a bite at the wee hours in the morning. Train station is a 20 min stroll across the park which is pleasant. Of particular mention is the service; after a tiring day it was nice to come back to bright smiles all around. Service at reception and concierge are so helpful, and prompt with no long queues. All in, a great place to stay at!

I was very satisfied. Every staff member was very welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in a good location. I will choose this hotel again when I visit London next time.

The highlight of my stay at The Como Met was most definitely the service and the staff. So so helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly especially a young man at front desk called Arjun. He is a good reflection of how a fine establishment should be run!

The rooms are a good size for London standards and I enjoyed the extra touch of wellness via the in room yoga, pilates and meditation videos with yoga mats provided.

The whole vibe of the hotel was so zen with a discreet signature scent of the Como Shambhala spa in the air.

I can’t wait to return for my next stay in April.

The two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.

Very good service, friendly staffs. Food is up to standard, considering the price, lacking a bit of a hmmmf. Very high end restaurant not for casual dinners.

A very warm welcome , shown through to the dining room, offered a free Amuse Bouche which was really lovely, we had a small glass of champagne which was served in the most delightful glasses, lovely warm bread. we both chose the salmon starter which the presentation was superb, both chose the beef which came medium rare but the waiter checked first that we were happy with the way it was served , came with a few chunky chips the taste was superb. Our lemon tart had the most amazing flavours and thoroughly enjoyed both by of us. Highly recommend

Took my father to lunch for his 80th Earthday. What an amazing experience. The food was mouth watering. The service first class. The staff hospitable on another level. It's a definite yes for another visit
