For this price in downtown LA, it's pretty decent. They don't provide disposable toiletries, but you can ask for slippers at the front desk. What really annoyed me was the service. The hotel I stayed at in Los Angeles was right downtown. I guess American cities are different from back home; the downtown areas are mostly for business and offices, so there isn't much to see or do. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. The hotel itself was very old, and the facilities looked quite dated. You really can't compare it to hotels in China.

The room is very spacious, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a Los Angeles Public Library right next door, along with a museum, and it's easy to catch a taxi to any destination. This is my second year staying here.

The hotel environment is quite good, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that when we checked in, the front desk told us the shuttle to the EPCT park wouldn't start until 8 AM, and they confirmed this twice. The room was quite spacious, pretty standard. The soundproofing wasn't great. Housekeeping cleaned every day. The shuttle bus runs frequently, which was convenient. You can enter the park an hour early, but remember to go left if you do. I saw on Xiaohongshu that you should go right for the Ministry of Magic, so I stupidly waited until 10 AM with everyone else for the park to open.

This hotel is really great especially if you don’t have a car. The shuttles are extremely frequent and it takes 10-15 to get to each park, which is really fast. The cafe and starbucks inside the hotel is also very convenient. When we went it was very cold so the blankets were a bit too thin.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were all very helpful, kind and fun! The room was comfortable and cozy. Very big, very clean hotel, I asked for near the elevator, but there was a little noise of the elevator, my room was a little smelly of the sewer, my other room was very good, I hope it can be corrected, all in all, the characteristics of the suite hotel, the children like it very much, recommend it to everyone, the parking is free and very large, the top three floors of the hotel.

Clean room although rooms need more coffee; creamer and sugar. Coffee is not offered in common areas during the day and not enough coffee and coffee condiments is left in the rooms. I drink coffee all day and did not like the overpriced coffee at the coffee shop when I should be able to make it in my room.

The only bad thing about the hotel is they have only 5 elevators which are not sufficient for the quantity of people so you may be waiting for the elevator to come down or up for up to 15 minutes at a time.

We booked 3 rooms for 5 days and sadly the room was cleaned only on our 4th day. For an IHG chain, we stayed for the first time in Staybridge suites and were definitely disappointed. Great place but I had to ding a star for the Road Noise and traffic gridlock during rush. There is an on ramp about 50 yards to the front of the hotel. The Omni was a great choice for our recent trip. The cold was record breaking, and we had to stay an extra night because of a snowstorm, but the staff was nice and the amenities were nice. We loved the workout rooms and the doormen were beyond helpful. It's a very nice, clean hotel, and the bar has nice options to eat if you don't want to brave the cold!

The room was awesome. I got way more than I either paid for or expected. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member. I stayed in a Hilton in another state/city the previous week. I was not impressed. But the IN stay was 'over the top' and put Hilton back to my #1 'go to' hotel.

I stayed here with my child while we were in town for Hamilton. We were put in a room directly across from the pool. She loved that! The whole stay was quiet out side of the occasional sirens outside. No hallway noise, no noise from pipes, even the heater and mini fridge were quiet. Everyone at the bell/valet stand was super nice. Josh at the front desk was amazing! We will absolutely stay again.

Had a 7-day stay at the hotel, my first time in New York and it left a great impression. The location is ideal, right next to the subway which makes getting everywhere super easy. We were on the 38th floor, with a 'wow' view both day and night. The room was clean (housekeeping daily) and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Gluten-free products are available, but they're adjacent to gluten-containing products and not adequately marked, making it impossible to avoid cross-contamination.

The rooms are quite small, with six rooms on each floor, six on the south side (higher floors offer views of the W.T.R. and the Statue of Liberty) and six on the north side (higher floors offer views of the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, etc.). The location is near Disney, and hotel offers shuttle to each park and shopping mall. Normally shuttles are delayed. The breakfast is okay but crowed. Room is clean and big, okay for vacation to Disney. The reception only have 1 or 2 workers, not enough to cover waiting line.

However, after checking in, I was overcharged for parking, and the extra amount still hasn't been refunded even though it's been 8 days since I checked out. This is a business trip abroad. The location is great, the environment is very nice, there's a large outdoor swimming pool that the kids love, and it's very close to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The breakfast selection is quite good.

The stay was long, the hotel cleaners could not replenish supplies in time, I stayed for many days but the bath towels were taken away and not replenished, I called the lobby to report that the cleaning was not done well, but the other party did not care, the hotel charged extra parking fees and other fees, the overall experience was very average

Hotel is outdated. Tear and wear shows everywhere. Carpet is dirty, sofa cushions are dirty, faucets are old, water is slow and drain is slow too. The glass cups are not clean. We asked for replacement, the replacements are not clean either. A big disappointment. We won’t stay there again

Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi. The Happy Hour is amazing. Just please don't forget to tip the bartender!! Staff is working hard! The room was clean, beds, comfortable, toilet paper holder was loose and probably needs looked at. Breakfast was pretty good. The front desk said there was a waffle bar but there wasn't. Omelet was good, would like to see ham as one of the omelet ingredients added.
