The resort was better than I expected. The facilities were great and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that there was no bellman service at check-out.

The shower temperature would not adjust only scolding. Found a water bottle between our bed and the nightstand was not ours. Other than that it was excellent and we will be back.

The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

This is the best choice when visiting Universal. I am also satisfied with the food corner.

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. This is the only place I stay when visiting Vegas. I'm here 2-3 times a month. I am not a fan of the *****, this is perfectly located nearby, if I needed to be by the *****.

The hotel is good no shuttle to go to the stip. They stopped the service end of April so you have to drive or get other means of transportation. Hotel has bowling, theater.

This is the third time I've stayed here and can never get over it. I love this place and will continue to stay here. It's always affordable and clean. I only wish they'd update some of the rooms, but so far it's been good.

The location is very accessible to nearby sites. Room are spacious and pretty decent. We just had hard time at first because our keycard didn’t work and we have to go down again and line up to update it.

Everyone at this hotel is super nice! It’s way up here out of the way from all the mess that Vegas is known for, but only a short walk over to Fremont street. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the room that we had reserved was given to someone else. We were never advised of this before. We booked another room which cost us three times more. This was a beautiful hotel room and the hotel was immaculate. This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. We’re definitely going to stay there again.!!

Decent hotel in a very convenient location for our event. Unfortunately, it’s our second stay in the hotel and the second time unlucky with the neighbors.

Consistent room service, quite convenient going around town. Tight security.Typically lack of amenities but i guess it’s just overall in US, no slippers no toothbrush, no water provided. However many food outlets opposite the hotel, had good ramen at Tomi’s ramen,4 mins walk.

Everyone is friendly. I had to order a wheelchair, as soon as security saw me struggling, they just offered to help and took me to my destination.

Perfect stay, access to the parks 1 hour before opening, shuttles every 15 minutes.

As far as I know, this is the most affordable hotel directly managed by Universal Studios Orlando, and the room key card doubles as an early entry ticket. The shuttle bus leaves every 10-15 minutes from 7:00, and it takes about 10 minutes by bus to get there. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so it was safe to go out at night.

The hotel upgraded the room type, which is large and suitable for families. The hotel has a Universal Studios shuttle bus, which allows entry one hour in advance. There are many places to eat and supermarkets around the hotel, which is very convenient.

There is an iride that takes you to the outlet and eat-out area that is pretty buzzling. there is no requirement to drive. If you visit Universal Orlando, this is a nice hotel with good pool and gym. Big bed as well and nice hotel. Provides shuttle to places around and also shops and supermarket within walking distance.

Staff service is fine. Stay location was different from what was advertised in trip.com. At app they show you’d stay at Hotel’s main building nice rooms, but when got to property, they had us stay at old villa’s building. Sounds like the switch and bait deal.

Stayed twice now and overall very pleased with a few things. Location is perfect and most things are 10/20 min drive. Rooms are nice, usual Orlando look and feel but the beds are really comfy. Staff are generally all really nice. Parking is easy enough, lots of spaces. Just a nice hotel for stopping for 1-2 nights! Very pleased.

Kids lived the pools and the time they spent there. They have events for all ages every day that added to the fun.

This hotel is good enough for an overnight layover in Dallas. However, the rooms didn’t have complementary bottled waters or slippers. Buffet breakfast also cost $30.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.

This hotel is very close to the airport but no easy access to. We used shuttle services not too great. Hotel is not super clean compared to the other Hyatt Regency. No free water provided in the room unless you have high tier membership.

i love that it is accesible and it has a convinience store. we can leave our luggage also at the storage before and after check in. my complain is the carpet in the room is dusty. they gave us a room at the very back of the hotel. I ask if a closer room but there was non😞 it was quite a walk after going to the theme parks . . . tired! ask for a room closer to the front desk if possible.

I stayed here to go to Anaheim Disney. It's very clean, and there are Target and restaurants nearby, so you can go out safely even at night.

The Circus Circus is a nice hotel with little old ambiance and a good system. Food options are limited. Hotel staff is curtious and soft spoken. ******* are generally empty. The Coin operated ****** on the side is much more fun.

I always like the Gold Coast but this time time not so very happy. Our room was really next to the elevator and it was making a lot of noise that we thought it was from the air conditioner but It wasn’t. But I still love Gold Coast

We only had a single night booked for 6 hours. We caught a flight and left the hotel at 2am. However, we would book again to stay for several days next time.

I had a wonderful sleep while staying at your hotel = the room temperature was perfect for me; the air conditioning on/ off @ perfect timing. The blanket/ pillows are perfectly comfortable for me. While the room itself was nice, my stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I was injured by a metal piece sticking out from the bottom side of the bed, which left me with a wound that has now turned into a permanent scar on my leg. Had such a great experience staying here for our wedding weekend. Our room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the service was great. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of great slots and a decent amount of tables. Best part is that it's in the heart of Fremont next to a stage where live bands play. We stayed at "The D" for four nights in a suite on the 16th floor. The suite itself was super clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The room has a bar with stools, a table/chair set, and triple flat screen TV's on the wall, which is cool. I thought it was a little odd that the room, especially a suite, had two refrigerators but NO microwave or in-room coffee...

Location was good, all ******* within the Fremont experience were easily accessible. The whole building smelled of smoke, even in the smoke free room hallways. I had to wear a mask the whole time, except in the room. Still my asthma flared up, requiring inhaler & medications.
