Good hotel. Bestifull statue Elvis.perfect.
Went for a week with friends, pool area nice but small for the size of the hotel, it doesn’t open until 10am and by 10:30 there were no sun beds left. Location a little off the ***** 15 minutes walk. The rooms were a little worn considering we were in the newer renovated tower. Absolutely ridiculous resort fee $357 for 7 nights and not even a free bottle of water in the room. No idea how they can warrant...
very convenient location to access the exhibition hall.
very friendly staff
nice restaurants
good buffet
That was so amazing to spend time here
Hotel smells very good when you walk inside, the reception were so friendly and enthusiastic felt very welcomed. The hotel bed slept very good, we booked for 4 night our room were cleaned one time that was only the down side.
Super modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

I'm a blackjack player, and my trips are almost always just about that. That makes this a difficult review to write. In most ways, Park MGM is a phenomenal resort. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel wanted. It's the only smoke-free casino on the strip. The spa was incredible. Just awesome. There were two issues. The first is minor: I had a Nighthawk suite. It's bathroom...
We are MGM rewards members and really enjoy utilizing the VIP check in and check out. We did not know as veterans we could still use this even though we are Pearl status. Shenee plucked us out of the long desk check in line AND got us into a room ahead of the normal check in time. Kudos to her! Room 15306 was pretty cool. Minimalist, loved the red decor. We love this location, in the middle of everything...
We loved our brief stay here. The room was fabulous. Great and huge casino. We ate at Eataly which was delicious. Casino is smoke-free.
The best part was a free upgrade to a suite since our room wasn't available.
Very close to T-Mobile Arena, Dolby Live, MGM Grand, Aria, New York New York, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, ...
We'll definitely stay here again.
I LOVE the smoke free environment. Its made Vegas, that I used to hate because it stinks like sweet smoke, an actual pleasant experience. And having Eataly downstairs was super convenient.
The rooms are meh. The building is older and the ceilings are low and still popcorn and the colors are dated even though it’s been remodel. And the carpet grossed me out a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad color...
We really enjoyed our stay at Park MGM. The smoke-free environment made a noticeable difference and gave the entire hotel a fresh and relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring other hotels and walking along the Strip. Taking the tram to the Bellagio was easy and made it convenient to catch a show there.
The pool area was spacious during the weekdays, with plenty of shade and comfortable...

Facilities: relatively new
Sanitation: very clean
Environment: very beautiful, lots of greenery, and a river
Service: very good
Beautiful scenery! Many kid friendly activities (that are all overpriced) but my 4 year old loved it!
Down was our room was surprisingly disappointing, with a temperamental shower and limited storage space for our clothing. They compensated us for noise when I complained about the 3AM maintenance happening outside our window.
It's very rich, but there is a daily resort fee. You also need to pay extra to play in the water park.
The room is very good, big and has good facilities
This hotel has a really nice garden. The inside of the room was clean and the facilities were good. However, since I was assigned to the first floor, the view was not very good.
I hope you enjoy the garden to the fullest.

Get a new renovated room, huge and new, but there are no coffee machines in the room
Amazing location, right across from the Venetian. The room was big and nice views from the window. No umbrellas around the pool
the hotel is in a good location near a mall and has a free parking.
I don't like nor use ****** , so don't know about it. it had a clean large bathroom
Great choice, fantastic locality on the strip-well presented room- Friendly staff and incredible Hospitality skills. Negative aspects are zero coffee making facilities, a trip to Star Bucks every morning is rather painful, I guess that’s my creature habits when waking up.Enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely.
Booked it for the price, there are probably better hotel in vegas, and booked it for the location as it’s a pick up point for the tour to antelope canyon.
No amenities in the room at all, no kettle, water , coffee or tea. If you just there for fun, and the price is low, I think is okay. But if you want to experience the hotel , then I would choose other places
The hotel is aged, with overall average service. I have nothing particular to complain about. However, you cannot expect amazing services. Sevreal things to know: 1. there is no in-room coffee or water (this has been quite common for most of the hotels nowadays). 2. You have to walk through the ****** to get to the pool area (they also do not allow water bottle from outside to the pool). 3...

We loved the hotel! It was very accessible to the beach, shops, and dining. We had an awesome view. We happened to be there during the tsunami warning and the hotel was awesome with communicating with us and keeping us safe. Gina did a great job with cleaning our room every day. Anything we asked for she did it. The only one star I would give is for parking. $72 per day id ridiculous to charge your...
This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds. Restaurants, shopping, a general store, you name it, all right in the property. My husband and I prefer sight seeing and mingling with locals, but had it not been for that we honestly didn't have a reason to leave the resort...
Got to the resort and had no water for a couple hours in the whole resort. Got into our room and noticed one of the pillows was dirty and had some kind of brown marks on it.
The showers are terrible the water pressure is not it.
The kalia tower is very old and needs some up keep and remodeling. The other towers look10x better.
Location is great!
Right on the Beach!
They have a great 4 min firework...
Customer service was great, I had an issue with a 3rd party booking service that shorted me a day, and the front desk agent was able to get me an extra night in the same room despite zero notice. The rooms and resort area are amazing, the food and mini stores allow you to stay in the area without needing to drive somewhere for food or other basic necessities. Parking is pretty expensive, but it's probably...
Everything is nice in Hilton. We enjoyed our stay here. Please notice that check in time is at 4 pm.
Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu. It’s a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes walk for groceries and restaurants. Good for family events.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, quiet, and I had a nice view of Las Vegas. The hotel has lots of options for food as well as a Starbucks. The room was impeccably clean, and the view was breathtaking. Despite being located off the *****, its proximity to attractions and reasonable pricing made it an excellent value. Overall, my stay was exceptional.
Came here for the free parking. The hotel is old but has a nice feel to it. Big bed, big toilet. Downside is no electrical outlet or usb charging near the bed
We loved our hotel room. It was clean and spacious. The room with the ***** view was well worth it. The distance to the ***** was about 25 minutes walking, so that could have been better.
It was good staying at Rio hotel and resort. However, i believe staff really need to give respect to guests and not be rude with queries specially international traveler New to Country and city.
Rooms are average, and the hotel needs major renovation.
We stay for 3 nights, rooms are spacious, clean. Staff is provided nice service, but rooms furniture are worn-out.

Nice clean hotel and good friendly front desk staff service
Very clean room and bathroom. ****** was very fun. Not too far from the boardwalk. Most definitely plan on coming back.
i like the facility but they never came to my room to clean the room, neither to change the used towels.
This use to be one of the best hotel in Atlanta city when it first open but over the years, it’s very out dated but they did keep it in good condition. It’s a bit dirty due to aging but not so bad. The price is very reasonable and that’s the main reason we booked here. The employees are very friendly. Prime location. Close to everything. Housekeeping was amazing. We upgraded our room and the view was good. I wish there's more time to use the pool.

Was there in summer. Nice big room. No netflix or youtube can be connected. Pool is open only 10am.
No signs on directions to registration or elevators to hotel stay. Registration clerk or service clerk did not give much instructions to help with our first stay. We had to dig it out of her. Just said scan QR code??? We also didn’t know we had to Scann our card key to work elevator. Instructions were labeled in the elevator, other than out of the elevator before we entered.
I usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. The hotel was in a great location on the *****. Room was clean and large in size. The room was lacking water and a kettle however we knew this in advance so we were able to purchase what we needed. Overall we had a great stay!

Good hotel with many eating and drinking options under one big roof.
Overall, our room was nice. I booked a Soho room with a view and we had a corner room, with an "L" shape wall of windows. Very conveniently located, in the middle of all happening in New York. The hotel is very busy, the restaurants and lounge bar are nice. Rooms are pretty spacious too. Very good location. Facing the famous Time Square. The room is well maintained and clean. I do not like the additional 40 USD per room per night that I need to pay at the hotel, but we can use it at a hotel bar and restaurant as room credits.

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.
The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. Mediocre at best. Service was nonexistent, the staff probably didn't give a xxxx. Nobody wanted to be there, and I mean nobody, the guest and staff alike. Lots of ******* outside the hotel, so be careful at night. Old hotel, not justifying the price tag.

Fantastic Hotel, however the magnitude and presence of the homeless in the adjacent area have really spoilt this area. Sadly until this addressed the tourism and hospitality industry will be severely affected. Business associations need to rally together to eradicate this situation.
