Omni Chicago Hotel in Chicago

My Family decided to have our Christmas at the Omni. And we were not disappointed. Leah. Gave us excellent customer service. We need extra things in the room and she made sure we were satisfied. The room was great.

My only complaint is that we had the Governor Suite. It only comes with one Bed. So you have all that square footage and no let-out couch. But you have a let-out couch in other smaller rooms. Please correct that.

But everything thing else was Great! Room was Clean. Service was Spectacular. Leah made me feel Valued. She's definitely in the right business.

The Omni was a great choice for our recent trip. The cold was record breaking, and we had to stay an extra night because of a snowstorm, but the staff was nice and the amenities were nice. We loved the workout rooms and the doormen were beyond helpful. It's a very nice, clean hotel, and the bar has nice options to eat if you don't want to brave the cold!

Our experience was excellent! The staff at the door were so kind and helpful - even made sure we got into the right cars! The desk staff were also very nice. The room was great and the location next to many walkable things was ideal!

Every staff encounter, from Ham who graciously greeted us and helped with travel arrangements, Sandar at check-in, the wonderful friendly staff in the restaurant, was top-notch. They made my family and me feel welcome and special during our stay.
Our room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.

Mr.Ham was a great guy . Over all great stay and great location. 676 bartender was also a great guy. Look forward to visiting again.

Great staff and welcome during the holidays!

We stayed at the Omni Hotel in Chicago and I would 100% stay here again. The location was amazing right off Michigan Avenue and we could literally walk everywhere. It’s only about three blocks to the Red Line train, which made getting around so easy.

The employees were exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and Shaniece was such a pleasure to meet at check-in she immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. The woman who cleaned our room was like a fairy. We often slept in and didn’t head out until 10 or 11 a.m., and every time we came back our beds were made and we had fresh towels. I don’t know how she knew our schedule, but it was amazing.

On Christmas morning, we even opened our door to a stocking stuffer, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel was spotless, incredibly quiet, and everyone was so professional. We never waited more than 60 seconds for an elevator, and at night you couldn’t even enter the hotel without your room key, which made us feel very safe. There was an amazing doorman also.

I had read a few reviews mentioning low water pressure in the shower, but that was not our experience at all. Everything worked perfectly. Honestly, it felt like there were barely any other guests it was so peaceful.

If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it. We loved it and will absolutely be back.
