We staye on 27 floor and the water pressure from the shower is too low vey hard to take a bath.We did inform the maintenance and they didn't seem to be able to do anything about it.
The room is very spacious, and the hotel offers excellent value for money! Highly recommended!
I stayed in the studio tower, and there was a housekeeper named Socorro who was incredibly kind and gave me a lot of great information. I also misplaced some items, and a housekeeper on the 11th floor helped me retrieve them. The room itself was pretty standard and spacious, and it had everything I needed (except for slippers). The minibar was very expensive, so I'd advise against buying anything from...
We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with a street view, but at check-in, we weren't given adjoining rooms. Instead, we got rooms in different directions and quite far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room overlooking a main road. The exterior of the building meant there was no direct street view, and the windows...
I recently stayed at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and had a great overall experience. The property is huge, lively, and perfectly located on the *****. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great view from the room, and despite the crowds, everything was well managed considering it was Christmas holidays . we stayed in the suite room in MGM tower.! A special mention to the help desk staff—they were extremely...
My first time visiting the mgm ******, the property is huge and has a lot of business inside. The room was clean and big for a single Master . The only thing missing in the room was a coffee maker .

The MGM Grand Las Vegas is a prominent hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It's one of the largest hotel resorts in the United States and has a rich history and a variety of features: Size and Accommodations: The MGM Grand is known for its vast size. It has over 5,000 rooms, including suites, making it one of the largest hotels in the world by number of rooms. The...
The MGM Grand Las Vegas is a staple! It was centrally located to everything that I wanted to be near. This visit I attended the Usher residency at the Park MGM. The rooms were clean and nice. The bathrooms were well lit and clean. The only issue I have is that there was no storage refrigerator! I am a breastfeeding mom and had nowhere to store my pumped milk. When I called the front desk they said...
Have now stayed here a couple times including having our wedding here 4 years ago. Love the location which is quick from the airport but central to souch on the strip and close by. Hotel and casino are one of the largest so be prepared for some walking but also have everything you could need in one spot. Staff have always been friendly to us on each stay and feel like it's a good value compared to...
Nice hotel loaded with great features. The room was small and showed its age but it was well kept and clean. Decent value, great casino and tons of convenience. The monorail route ends at the hotel so its easy to get to and you don't have to worry about it already being full when it pulls up. Top Golf is located at the hotel as well as a ton of restaurants. There is a walk over bridge to New York New...
We love this hotel. We try to stay here every time we visit Vegas. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating and helpful. Clean hotel, lobby and room. Many places inside that we enjoy visiting, the small shops and many places to choose from to dine. Can't wait to get back to the MGM again.
The staff were nice and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable (Grand tower). However, it reeks like cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. We were in a non-smoking room on the 18th floor and the stink from the casino was pungent in the hallway and by the elevator. I would have thought their ventilation system would be better. Also, be careful about the in-room snack tray. I accidentally...

The best of the best in Vegas. Ask for city view when you check in then you will see sphere through the window
Had the best time, great value for money, unbelievable breakfast buffet, staff were amazing . Even George , at hertz was great . Wish we had stayed longer
Perfect place I would like to be
The rooms are all suites, very similar to Macau, but overall not as luxurious. I used the 'sandwich trick' during check-in and actually got a room with a view of the Sphere – and I stayed at Encore! You can see the Sphere on the left and the Strip on the right, it was truly amazing. If I had stayed in a Wynn room, I wouldn't have been able to see the Strip if I wanted a Sphere view. So Encore's rooms...
Though check-in was late, they gave us an upgrade to the encore suites which was huge! Love the hotel and service.
We had a nice one night of stay here and our room was facing the Sphere!!!

I read the reviews before I went and they had me scared. But honestly room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yes it was a bit dated but your not in there all day. The hotel itself was really nice loved exploring it. It' a walk to the action of the strip but it's the right spot for sports.
I’ve stayed here several times. I honestly do love the Luxor. I’ve stayed in the pyramid and the tower. The pyramid has shown some wear with wall paper peeling from the walls an what not. I’d say for cleanliness I’d give it a 4 out 5 in the pyramid. I’ve seen the shows and exhibits there and have enjoyed them. The good across the resort Is good. No complaints. Service is great and have gotten some...
I stayed at the Luxor and really enjoyed the experience. It was really awesome being inside the giant pyramid and seeing all the Egyptian architecture artifacts. I do wish that there was some better food options but the location is very convenient and the people that were in service of us were extremely polite. It made me enjoy the Las Vegas experience and I had no real complaints.
Although this is not a "5 star hotel," I'm giving it 5 stars for the $. It was clean except the food court night experience (and the smoking). Appreciate the easy check in and out. After a 3 night stay, I was finally getting the lay of the land. Maybe downloading the hotel map would have been helpful.
I had a great time staying at the Luxor Hotel in Vegas! Check in was easy. The staff were great very friendly and accommodating! Driving in was a bit confusing once I figured out what to do, then it made sense. Michael in Valet was very helpful and did his best to explain how it works. I think it was me. I don't travel much. Kevin Johnson helped with my luggage. Very nice. Cloe helped check us out...

10/10 stay at The Venetian. We stayed in a newly renovated suite and it was excellent from start to finish. Great value for newly renovated resort! Unbeatable location
There was an issue with the water pressure and hot water in the room, but it was taken care of immediately, and everything is good
The overall design is chic and tasteful, which usually comes with a higher price tag, so staying here for around 2000 is definitely great value for money! If you want to watch a game or something, you can tip a bit or pay to upgrade, but it wasn't a priority for me so I didn't bother. There were water marks on the floor and they never cleaned it. Location was convenient since it was close to cosmo Service was average no water was provided. There wasn’t a chance to try their amenities so no comment. Given its room price and location I’d recommend it to anyone who look highly at value for money. Will come again.
The hotel service was excellent, and they honored my request for a high-floor room. It's conveniently located and offers great value for a five-star hotel. Plus, there's a hotel mall downstairs, covering all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs.

I am going to start by saying my husband and I are just normal people who splurged on the Bellagio for our 20th anniversary. No high rollers here.. We hadn't even been to Vegas in 17 years. But, from the moment we stepped in, we were treated like we were VIPs. Wine at check in, gracious staff. And then, when asked if we were in town for something special and we said our 20th, and added our first dance...
The Bellagio Hotel & Casino is one of the true icons of the Las Vegas Strip, and our visit reminded us why it continues to stand out among so many incredible resorts. Everything about the property feels elegant, polished, and thoughtfully designed, creating an experience that’s both luxurious and welcoming. From the moment you walk through the doors, the Bellagio’s atmosphere sets the tone. The lobby...
Great location and iconic hotel to stay at. Friendly staff. Ridiculously long lines at checkin for some reason. The suite we had was huge, with proper blackout curtains with remote controls and automated+heated toilet was a nice extra. Shower head was way too small; not having a rain shower really decreased the “luxury” experience. No breakfast included in the hotel, so you have to queue up at a restaurant...

Check in was easy. All of the staff members from the check in to security to housekeeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our stay at this establishment super enjoyable. The room was excellent and very clean. The gambling areas were always clean and well maintained. The show was great and so was the food that was served during the show. Recommend this establishment.
A more mature property that has a great location for hockey and football games. Great pool and clean. Staying for the weekend. Looking forward to exploring some more. 1st time out here. Walkways to other places are cool. Great food options. Nice staff.
The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are old but well maintained. We liked the fact that we checked in the hotel online and the app allows you you create a virtual Bluetooth access to the room door. We didn't visit the lobby to ask for physical cards to access the room. They have a spa and pool area too. The bathroom pipes need some maintenance but, in general is a good place to stay. Very clean...
Good location but not the best hotel. The casino wreaked of cigarettes. The lobby staff was either nice or rude, no in-between. Decent budget option with circus shows and an indoor amusement park. Rooms are simple and could use updates, but it’s convenient for families and close to the *****.
It's for everyone. Very kid friendly. I never got any complaints about my kids being too loud my kids were able to be kids here and enjoy there vacation There's a water park, adventure dome and arcade for the whole family. First the lobby/bell staff was great. We were exhausted and we were assisted at checkin as well as escorted to our room with our bags. Getting to our room was quite a trek. The location is fantastic, right on the main street. Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, and more are right next door, which is incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. If you eat at a restaurant across from the Bellagio, you can even catch their fountain show. The facilities are decent and very clean. I got a great deal during the off-season.
Honestly, I think staying at the smaller hotel next door would have been better. There wasn't a huge line to store luggage, and check-in didn't take forever. Plus, the staff there would even proactively ask for tips, which is... something. The interior environment here is actually pretty good, no complaints there, but the rooms are quite small.
Victor with guest service checked me in. He was so pleasant and we had a great conversation at checking-in. He has a sense of humor and we enjoyed some laughs. My room was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy heat food.
Great location with Cesar Palace just across the bridge. I've gotten a good view from my room but unfortunately the glass window was covered with a thick layer of dust and I couldn't take a nice photo of the night scenery from my room.
The room was spacious, the sanitation facilities were adequate, and the environment was pleasant. The transportation was convenient, with a direct shuttle to the airport nearby. The hotel is located on the Las Vegas Strip, and the Eiffel Tower is its iconic landmark, making it very easy to find. The Bellagio Fountains across the street are also within walking distance.
Facilities: The hotel room was spacious. There was no bottled water, but there was a water dispenser in the common area. Hygiene: Initially, I was given a pillow with obvious stains, which I found very off-putting. I then had housekeeping change it. The hotel was really nice, we had an executive room and the view was amazing, easy parking access charged at USD 20 per day and easy access to the *****.
The room was great, easy to get in and out, and there's a wildlife habitat nearby.
The hotel's exterior is very modern and impressive. The front desk area is quite standard. The room decor is more traditional and decent, perhaps a bit less impressive compared to hotels in China. The facilities aren't very new.
There was basically no service to speak of, and the hotel facilities were outdated. It took us ages to find the parking lot. The room was also completely empty. The only upside is its location in a lively area, making it convenient to walk around, and the price is relatively affordable compared to other hotels.

The hotel is old, and the room was missing essential toiletries. There was no complimentary water provided, although curiously, a water bottle appeared in our room the next day. I was greeted by several people who helped me from the parking, to the entrance and the waiting for my room.   The service was great and I always had the support.
Mandalay Bay Resort is good for family with kids. With the bit swimming pool and a nice connecting hotels to get to the *****, hersheys and m&m factory will make children enjoy the walk. Mandalay has it own foodcourt and trams that connect to other hotel.
Service was good - they placed us on a higher floor. The bathroom is big and spacious. The lobby is nice We tried the cafe and Japanese restaurant on the ground floor The only thing is the uber zone is quite far from the hotel lobby and lifts.
We actually stayed at the W Hotel next door, which was much quieter than the Mandalay. The only downside was that the air conditioning only had a cool setting, no heat, and the air smelled a bit odd when walking through the casino. Next time, I'll stick to a regular hotel.
The Skyfall Lounge was definitely worth checking out at night.
Room with a view. Also it was big enough to play soccer!! Almost. What a fabulous view. Unfortunately I couldn't get day time videos. Bed was very comfortable, specially for me as I need a firm mattress. A luxurious bathroom with a large tub for two adults or 3 kids. The pool and the service are quite good, however it has so much chemicals that it gave us skin allergies. The restaurants are not good, I do not recommend them.
Great view from the 25th floor and having a corner room gave two great views of the Strip. Room felt old though, really needs a refresh. Carpet was pretty gross, ancient inputs for the TV, no pen or paper, no cable management spoken behind the TV, dusty. Bathroom had a makeup mirror with no working light. Toilet had some goofy flush system that didn't work that great and required multiple flushes...
The main part of the room is fancy enough, but the bathrooms are terrible. There's a little bit of mold on the ceilings and the fact a place that makes this much bank can't do like plenty of hotels and have large bottles of nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner wall mounted in the shower is pathetic. Also, the fact that it's a tub and not a walk-in shower is also pathetic. This place takes in...

The hotel was huge, we didn’t have enough time to explore it and do the activities we wanted. But what we did see we really enjoyed. Very close to bus stops, and the gas station being so close made getting snacks and water very easy.
The hotel's location is very close to the exhibition center. However, many hotels in Las Vegas are indeed a bit old; I stayed in the North Tower, which felt newer. The daily cleaning schedule was inconsistent though, and there were two days when my room wasn't cleaned 🧹. Perhaps I didn't leave a big enough tip. The view from the room was nice, though.
I chose this hotel because it's close to the exhibition center. Overall, it's pretty good and suitable for business travelers. It's also not too far from the airport, which is a plus.
The only issue was no hot water on the first day; the repairman only came the next morning. Everything else was fine. Even if you don't book a premium room, you can still go to the top floor with floor-to-ceiling windows to see the big globe. It's conveniently located, and I'll stay here again for my next business trip.
We came for the first night of Barry Manilow’s. Christmas show (So my husband could fulfill his inner 7 year old’s dreams). He put on a fabulous show. The band was fantastic. I went to see Barry Manilow at the Westgate on December 11 and 12 th. It is now December. 15 th and I am now waiting for the show to start. The location is good, and having a supermarket downstairs is very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, but compared to other hotels, it offers great value for money. One downside is that on a morning when we hadn't left the room yet during housekeeping service, they then didn't come back to clean at all for the rest of the day. Checking in during the weekday meant there was hardly any wait.
The hotel offers a fully self-service check-in, which saves time since you don't have to make awkward small talk with the front desk – perfect for introverts. For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels...
Great customer service, was a little displeased with the turn down of room daily. We were at the pool all day, not occupied sign on the door, and we never received new towels or any room services. Had to actually find someone to tidy up the room.
We had a great time. Everything you need is on the property. Getting to the boardwalk was easy. Many options like the shuttle but we took uber for the same price as the AC bus. Room was nice and check in smooth
Amazing place, they have all you need!
