Poor service, long wait in check-in with no chairs nearby. Shower is old and malfunctioning with stickers stuck the wrong way for hot and cold. Not a 5 star experience

Everything is wonderful, but the housekeeping started swiping the card to enter my room about 11 a.m. when I was sleeping, which really scared me and made me a little bit uncomfortable. The housekeeping must want to get off work early.

I come to Las Vegas 3 to 5 times a year for business and personal. Usually Palazzo was out of my budget but this time I got a great rate. Best hotel in the ***** also with outstanding view of Sphear. I had Suite room, it was so big and well furnished. Bathroom was awesome.

Hotel smells very good when you walk inside, the reception were so friendly and enthusiastic felt very welcomed. The hotel bed slept very good, we booked for 4 night our room were cleaned one time that was only the down side.

Super modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

We loved our brief stay here. The room was fabulous. Great and huge casino. We ate at Eataly which was delicious. Casino is smoke-free. The best part was a free upgrade to a suite since our room wasn't available. Very close to T-Mobile Arena, Dolby Live, MGM Grand, Aria, New York New York, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, ... We'll definitely stay here again.

I LOVE the smoke free environment. Its made Vegas, that I used to hate because it stinks like sweet smoke, an actual pleasant experience. And having Eataly downstairs was super convenient. The rooms are meh. The building is older and the ceilings are low and still popcorn and the colors are dated even though it’s been remodel. And the carpet grossed me out a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad color...

We really enjoyed our stay at Park MGM. The smoke-free environment made a noticeable difference and gave the entire hotel a fresh and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful scenery! Many kid friendly activities (that are all overpriced) but my 4 year old loved it!  Down was our room was surprisingly disappointing, with a temperamental shower and limited storage space for our clothing. They compensated us for noise when I complained about the 3AM maintenance happening outside our window.

It's very rich, but there is a daily resort fee. You also need to pay extra to play in the water park.

This hotel has a really nice garden. The inside of the room was clean and the facilities were good. However, since I was assigned to the first floor, the view was not very good. I hope you enjoy the garden to the fullest.

Booked it for the price, there are probably better hotel in vegas, and booked it for the location as it’s a pick up point for the tour to antelope canyon. No amenities in the room at all, no kettle, water , coffee or tea. If you just there for fun, and the price is low, I think is okay. This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds. Restaurants, shopping, a general store, you name it, all right in the property. Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu. It’s a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes walk for groceries and restaurants. Good for family events.

We loved our stay. It is like a 12 mins walk to the hub of Vegas *****, but I liked it as it was a bit quieter. The hotel lobby, cafes, restaurants everything is very nice, clean, well maintained. All the staffs are very well behaved. The pools are all leisure pools, so you can barely swim in it, but a 200% for leisure. They also offered us champagne as it was our anniversary. Would go again!

We really enjoy your stay here.  Affordable and centrally located in the *****.  Nice accommodations and parking.  We saved $5 parking a day by staying here.  Resort fee was just over $56. I would definitely stay here again.  Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great.

The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

This is the best choice when visiting Universal. I am also satisfied with the food corner.

The only thing I can say, is the access into the parking lots are tricky sometimes, the key doesn’t work too well and you have to keep entering the card room key in order to gain access into different parts of the hotel. Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar...

Was there in summer. Nice big room. No netflix or youtube can be connected. Pool is open only 10am.

No signs on directions to registration or elevators to hotel stay. Registration clerk or service clerk did not give much instructions to help with our first stay. We had to dig it out of her. Just said scan QR code??? We also didn’t know we had to Scann our card key to work elevator. Instructions were labeled in the elevator, other than out of the elevator before we entered. 

I usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. The pool area was having a rock music beach party until 11 pm on the night I was departing and needed to wake at 5:30 am for my flight. Very good location. Facing the famous Time Square. The room is well maintained and clean. I do not like the additional 40 USD per room per night that I need to pay at the hotel, but we can use it at a hotel bar and restaurant as room credits.

We loved the hotel. The elevator system was quite different for us. The staff was polite. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed pillows. The proximity from our theater was perfect; right across the street. We'd love to visit again.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

Everything, amazing accommodations. Great room service and restaurants. Loved the pools! And having Starbucks on site was a bonus.
