All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a decent place to stay, good location a bit outside the city but not far, and clean. But not exciting or desirable for much other than for sleeping. The pool is small. But the gym is quiet and sufficiently equipped.

The first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. I had a wonderful 4-night stay here. It's a great location-steps away from Grand Central and the subway.The room was clean. Checking in and out was so convenient. I also loved the room on the 27th floor for hot tea and coffee. The floor also had a chilled water dispenser. I'm planning another trip for next month and hope to return here.

Roughly our fifth time there, which tells you that it is five star. Joshua at check-in was top drawer. As are all the staff, but he made it flawless. The bathrooms here are always so clean it is delightful. And, as they say, the location is just great. We'll come again.

Although this hotel is a bit away from the center of Las Vegas, it wasn’t an issue at all since an Uber ride cost only around $10. Good cheap hotel with free parking, the rooms are decent. The crowd that the hotel attracts are a bit special, but it wasn’t an issue. I had no noise or any other issues. It was quiet, comfy, cheap, JUST what I needed for one night.

I did not stay there Zen hotels took my money online and when I arrived at the hotel, they would not take my card. They said it was a prew-paid card IT IS NOT. Zen hotels never use again, refused refund on essential payment. In great need of updating. Dark hallways, old, dirty, ripped rugs. Right next to highway, train tracks, and Liquor Town. Felt seedy and dank. Breakfast was nothing special. No elevator- you have to haul your luggage upstairs. The only saving grace was that we had a fairly quiet night's sleep.

I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The facility is a bit older, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was nice for a week stay, it was a little far to walk to get to transport or casinos. There was alot of noise in the early morning alot of my stay from people arguing and numerous police precences during my stay too. Room was comfortable and clean and had AC and a TV with many channels. Room was cleaned everyday.

This is a very unique property.. It is a family farm that is run by the daughter and grand daughter of the original owner. It is filled to the brim with family history and keepsakes.
