a $12 charge, parking was $75 a night. We had  2 margaritas at the beach $76. I don’t have a problem paying for extras but I felt the charges were excessive. The hotel room was very basic, not impressed

This is by far the best hotel ever!!!!! Me and my wife had the time of our life!!!! We don’t want to leave!!!! Very impressed with the restaurants, beach service, bar accommodations. Just an all around perfect time

Had an absolutely phenomenal time.

Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again

I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room

The hotel is classified as business hotel of the resort on the ocean. Located in the Northern part of the Peninsula of Miami beach in Hollywood Beach

Chic hotel, located on the shore of the ocean. Great beach, good service

The lobby isn't grand, but it's quite unique, with numerous palm trees adorning the entrance driveway. There's also a palm-lined staircase leading down to the pool, giving it a very Miami-style feel

We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window

A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs

Walking across the pool and out of the hotel leads directly to the beach – incredibly convenient! On our first day, we took photos and played in the water on the beach

The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high

When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the main building and included three breakfasts

The view from our window was absolutely beautiful, and the soundproofing was great — very quiet and comfortable. We did have a small issue with parking due to the size of our vehicle, as it was larger than usual

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was polite and professional, and the level of customer service was excellent

After getting off, we went to the mall converted from a Coast Guard building and had a Cuba Queen Coffee. Everyone says Cuban coffee is good, and it really was rich and smooth; I couldn't resist buying two pounds

The continental breakfast was good but the buffet at the restaurant was delicious! Lunch and dinner at the restaurant by the pool was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend it! The Starbucks and other boutique on the way to the meeting room worked out great

Needs better and healthy food options near pool. Breakfast Buffett is good but too expensive. Hotel is in a very good location but it is starting to show it’s age

The variety of things to do at the beach and pool area was nice. The food and drinks were pricy for what you’re getting. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The rooms were lovely, it had a great hair dryer. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The balcony was huge and with a great view of the ocean. The property was huge with great amenities

The resort fee allowed my family and me to have plenty of activities, like tennis and kayaking. There was a basketball court and a ping pong table that our boys enjoyed

The beds could have been bigger. I shared the bed with my son and it was too small for a Queen size bed.

Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world

This is a big enough hotel to have a laundry room! We tried to take a lil tour and the doors to the pool were locked up at 8pm! Why so early? We had dinner in the restaurant & typical VERY expensive

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor. They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it

From the first glance, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay establishes itself as a true gem of the city. If you're contemplating a stay here, I cannot recommend the Biscayne Bay suite highly enough

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility

The burger and breakfast there was good. It was a 10-15 minute drive to south beach as well, which is pretty convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces

The hotel is a bit old. Otherwise I have a good experience with it. Staffs are polite and attentive. I don’t have hesitation rebooking with it

Stay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting

The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive

This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day

The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick

Director Maggie is perfect, and all the service is good, but the shower water is too small.

The hotel is a great property with great rooms and restaurants. Only problem was that it was understaffed. All the staff were gfriendly and courteous but there were not enough to handle the guests

Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete

Also there were little things like no robes or slippers in the room, and there was a trim board along the bottom of the slidding doors to the balcony that is a serious trip hazzard

My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties

The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks

The Signature King Suite was wonderful! Spacious with an amazing view, 2 mini fridges, and a super comfy bed. Beach, pool, and service were excellent. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and eager to ensure we were having a great stay. Plenty of activities by the pool for kids. The hot tub in the adults only section was lovely

We absolutely love the Grand and we have been visiting annually for the past 6 years. The location, the staff, and the proximity to the beach is perfect

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Ritz. The service from the moment we walked through the door was impeccable. We stayed in one of the suites (718) and it was breathtaking. The pools and beach are stunning

I attended the JW Marriott Miami for a spa package for two that I purchased for my girl friend's birthday. First off we went to the downtown location initially and informed we were in the wrong location

It's a beautiful hotel . Almost amenities are great . I always stay here whenever I'm in Miami

Eden Rock is located in the same building as Nobu, but for the twice cheaper price offers waaaaay better rooms and condition. So I liked it a lot/

This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, welcoming, and super fun. Will definitely be going back.

Pool area was good and been given beach towels was an extra bonus

The hotel rooms were large and very clean, and the swimming pool was luxurious.

The room was so-so, the paid breakfast was too expensive and not worth it at all. A very average experience... It feels like you get ripped off if you come during peak season, hahaha.

The rooftop pool is a dream — with amazing sushi, delicious food, desserts, and a beautiful vibe. There are beachside restaurants, fun events and parties, and the beach itself is absolutely stunning

The pool was cloudy, and there were many napkins and other debris floating. The woman at the pool during the promotional photo shoot was very rude and called security simply because several guests expressed frustration

Valet was quick and the only practical parking option. The beach section felt nicely reserved for guests, though umbrellas do come with an extra fee

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Most of the staff were wonderful. However, we were disappointed when we were kicked out of the pool at 2:00 to prepare for a private event

The pool was heated, family-friendly, and not overly crowded (just make sure to grab seats early!). Our one-bedroom suite was comfortable and offered a perfect view of the Fourth of July fireworks

Then the following day, we were asked to leave the pool area so that they could take promotional photos of the pool area. We were also disappointed that the pool had not been cleaned after the private event

However the room service was ‘hit and miss’ with non replacement of creamer and tea bags and a rather confusing charge of $7 for water left in the room which was placed on top of a notice urging us to hydrate drink more with the blessing of the hotel! The charge was retracted on challenge which was nice

The resort must have been in the off season, as we mostly had the pools to ourselves some days, which was a beautiful experience! The villa was fresh and spotless and the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive! This is why we come back every year!

The 3-bedroom premium villa with pool was absolutely amazing!! Lots of space for the kids to spread out and the pool was small but very nice and warm

That deflated middle of night. They gave us a discount after complaints but it was still not what we paid for and stressful for all. Beautiful pool and other grounds. Would probably try a hotel room if we went back

My only complaint would be that they collect a $200 per night hold for incidentals, and then during my stay they also charged my card another $204 and $747 and when I asked why they said it was also for incidentals and it would be back in my account in 3-5 days

The resort main areas are beautiful and the staff was all very helpful

Spent a week here with my husband. The staff were pleasant, we never waited long for our car, services or chairs on the beach. The view from our room was spectacular. A nice touch was Nespresso coffee in the rooms

Treat yourself! The resort fee is $40 per day, but the amenities are good and this cost is quoted in advance when you book. To get an umbrella, you need to get to the beach before 10 am

All day long there’s a DJ entertaining either at the pool or the bar area known as the living room. Today we’ve been enjoying the DJ known as DJ Baby Bass she is phenomenal!

We had our welcome party and destination wedding at the W Ft Lauderdale last weekend. The service and experience were exceptional. From the moment of check in, Mark made us feel so welcome and excited to be there
