Everything is wonderful, but the housekeeping started swiping the card to enter my room about 11 a.m. when I was sleeping, which really scared me and made me a little bit uncomfortable. The housekeeping must want to get off work early.

I come to Las Vegas 3 to 5 times a year for business and personal. Usually Palazzo was out of my budget but this time I got a great rate. Best hotel in the ***** also with outstanding view of Sphear. I had Suite room, it was so big and well furnished. Bathroom was awesome.

Beautiful scenery! Many kid friendly activities (that are all overpriced) but my 4 year old loved it!  Down was our room was surprisingly disappointing, with a temperamental shower and limited storage space for our clothing. They compensated us for noise when I complained about the 3AM maintenance happening outside our window.

It's very rich, but there is a daily resort fee. You also need to pay extra to play in the water park.

Booked it for the price, there are probably better hotel in vegas, and booked it for the location as it’s a pick up point for the tour to antelope canyon. No amenities in the room at all, no kettle, water , coffee or tea. If you just there for fun, and the price is low, I think is okay. This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds. Restaurants, shopping, a general store, you name it, all right in the property. Right at beach front, a great location for water playing. The hotel is a huge set of buildings that may be the largest in Honolulu. It’s a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes walk for groceries and restaurants. Good for family events.

We loved our stay. It is like a 12 mins walk to the hub of Vegas *****, but I liked it as it was a bit quieter. The hotel lobby, cafes, restaurants everything is very nice, clean, well maintained. All the staffs are very well behaved. The pools are all leisure pools, so you can barely swim in it, but a 200% for leisure. They also offered us champagne as it was our anniversary. Would go again!

No signs on directions to registration or elevators to hotel stay. Registration clerk or service clerk did not give much instructions to help with our first stay. We had to dig it out of her. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. Fun casino family friendly. Lot's to do other than just gamble? The only downfall is that the cocktails take too long, and they don't listen to the orders that you get them. The steak house is highly overpriced. And we ended up going. To have japanese, which was way better.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

Fantastic Gym! Dumbbells go up to 100 pounds and all equipment was in good working condition. Very clean with water dispensers and towels. Easy to access in basement level. Open 24hrs too The room has NO fridge or microwave and they're quite small. Clean and decently updated.
