Hotel 502 in Phoenix

Good location, nice staff, but after driving from colorado, all we wanted was a hot shower and we got to the room there was no hot water from shower or bath. And the bed was super squeaky. We were moved to the room across the way and still no hot shower but got luke warm bath water. Bed was not sqeaky in 2nd room we Do not reccomend it.

Closed and all fenced up! Hear they are going to tear down and build Condos!

This hotel was horrible and should be removed from any search engine. We checked in to our room to find the screen hanging off and smacking against the window and the toilet was running. Went down to the front desk and she moved us to a room across the hall. We went out for a few hours and upon our return found the people LIVING in the room next to us with the TV blaring (until we checked out at 8 AM the next day) and odd smells coming from under the door. At one point we thought they were trying to get in to our room (at 1:30 AM). We got up at 6 AM hardly having had any sleep to get back on the road and found we had no water in the bathroom, and the bathroom light was burnt out. When we checked out and told the front desk clerk of our experience, he stood there and just replied "sorry" and basically we were ushered out. I would not recommend this 'hotel' to anyone - it was the worst hotel experience of my life and the pictures shown are not represented accurately.
