Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Unfortunately, none of the chargers worked by the bed area. And the beds were very squeaky.

Good location to walk from - although a lot of homeless persons around. Very expensive parking … (60 usd plus tax plus tip) i would look for alternative hotels closer to promenade amd better parking

Great, metro opposite, bike rental opposite, daily cleaning, coffee and tea in the room with daily replenishment.

Even though it's a Courtyard hotel, it's located in the city center,
and there's a Trader Joe's right across the street, which made it very convenient.
It's not a very crowded area at night,
but there's a coin laundry, so it's good for long-term stays.
I think the location and value for money were good.
It has the bare necessities you wouldn't find in a hotel, so I recommend it.

Room is very clean, staff is polite and helpful. They use 3rd party for shuttle bus service, the driver for pick up was very rude, the driver next morning was very warm, totally opposite.

Super convenient location, can walk to much of Santa Monica (very close to pier and 3rd street). Room and lobby were clean, room was quite comfortable. Valet parking was pricey but allowed unlimited in and out privileges and an easy way to request your car in advance via text.

Price feels pretty high for a middle of the road hotel. HVAC was a constant issue in the room (took forever to get it to cool down) and the halls were sweltering. Advertises parking but neglects to say it’s $55 a day, and that’s not the only place they grift you. But that’s staying at a big corporate chain for you. The staff were great, and the boys running the valet parking service were also really friendly and helpful (if they were around, a couple times I went down and waited for like 5 minutes before I saw one sprinting across the street from the neighboring parking garage). It’s not their fault Marriott cares more about their investors than their guests.

Rooms were okay, but for the price definitely not worth it. The furniture in the rooms was visibly worn and the walls are extremely thin. Had some good experiences with front desk staff, but also some very poor experiences with staff. Absolutely do not do laundry service through them. They do not list their prices or communicate them over the phone since they go through a 3rd party (the person I talked to didn’t even know who the third party laundry business was, let alone their contracted prices) and ended up charging me $415 for a small laundry load that was the size of a grocery bag. Their “attempt” to help was to discount the laundry to $350.

Aaron at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and kind. As a solo traveler, it’s extra reassuring when the hotel experience is warm and welcoming. Thank you to Aaron for making this stay feel comfortable! I also had positive interactions with individuals on the housekeeping team. Any time I was walking down the hallway, they made a point to say hello which added to the friendly experience.

Absolutely amazing. I’m vegan, and I went here with my meatatarian boyfriend. We were both so pleased! The waiter was very respectful and knowledgeable of how to accommodate vegans/lactose intolerance.

I had a custom made seasonal ingredient salad which I highly recommend. I added vegan almond ricotta and tofu (which wasn’t technically an option to add) but they did it anyway! I definitely recommend this, gave it a little more protein and a great vegan option(though there are so many other great vegan options).

If you have any dietary restrictions, this is the place to go! Also the vegan almond ricotta was amazing even the BF who hates vegan food normally thought so!

This place defines fresh. Everything is well thought out. The menu has lots of choices but doesn’t overwhelm. You can’t help but feel like you are eating well here. Service excellent.

I'm all for a health-kick, but this just wasn't my style. The view is beautiful and the location is prime, especially if you're looking for good vegan and vegetarian options by Santa Monica Pier. I think this was a little too limited in my taste range, but I can definitely see why the hyper health-aware crowd loves it. I recommend trying the Ancient Grains, by the way.

I finally came around to this. I have wanted to come to the O.C. location for years. I live in a location with a lot of great restaurants. So True Foods, for being a chain.. it's pretty good. I posted pictures of what I ordered. Maybe if I go back and order something other than pasta, I will change my review to a five star.

I'm looking for a dinner here with my brother after a day trip in the beach. We love the place, very beautiful. Their open-kitchen theme is interesting and they have many options for vegan meals. The price are middle up, 15+ USD foods with no drinks. But their service are great.

This is my favorite burger restaurant and there are lots to choose from. Umami gets the flavor balance just right for one of my favorite American foods: the famous hamburger. Please keep up the good work!

The food is over priced and the employees are Always high. If you go by the back of the store you will see the employees getting high along with the manager. Personally there are other burger places that alot better quality and taste a whole lot better.

Very famous burger restaurant in La. We were really pleased by the taste, I doubt Ive ever had better burger BUT actually price/portion size was seriously very poor. For 25 dollars you leave with half empty stomach. There was also really helpful and nice staff. Definitely worth a visit, but for me its not a place I would come back. Still 4/5 it was really good.

Pretty great burgers, high quality ingredients and nice environment too. Definitely is a little different with that Umami focus. It's not a good or bad thing, just different but definitely worth trying at least once. 4/5 vs 5/5 because I feel like it's a little pricey (then again this is around Santa Monica)
