Standard hotel located in a good position because it is quite close to Venice beach and Santa Monica. Spacious, clean and equipped rooms. Varied and pleasant breakfast. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Next to the hotel there is a public parking otherwise the structure has its own private garage for a fee

Room was exceptionally clean. Enjoyed the gym.
The $32 fee for parking (1-day) stay is greedy and unacceptable. Fortunately a reasonably priced lot was nearby.

Excellent location! Close to the airport (15 minutes by taxi), as much for venice beach at 10 minutes of walking...
Clean and safe hotel! I would return there again for a trip to L.A :)

Spacious room with modern furniture and excellent bed. The bungalows have a terrace in the communal area, with little sense of privacy. Inside the room they could put a table or armchairs to make a communal area, apart from the desk. Tiny pool. We didn't have room service in 3 nights that we stayed, they made up for it with breakfast, and they give you clean towels or extra snacks, if you ask for them, but it left us with a taste of poor service and I would have preferred not to have to complain about anything. They have private parking ($32 a day), and right next to the hotel there is a public one ($7 a day), which the Americans use without hesitation; we also used it, and we didn't have any incidents, the area seems safe. In conclusion: it is a very good hotel, but we didn't find the details in the furniture or the services that make it more welcoming.

I was originally looking to stay at a different hotel but that was fully booked so I chose this hotel instead. The rooms were nice. Spacious, comfy and CLEAN. I enjoyed having a little patio area to sit out on and enjoy the evening breeze. The highlight of my stay however was Shay at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing, warm, friendly. She greeted me every night upon my return and truly made me feel like it was home. Next time I am staying in the area it will definitely be here mostly because of the level of service I received from Shay!!

We've stayed here about 2 times each year over the past ten years. We had a terrible stay the most recent couple of times. We always request a top floor room because we are very sensitive to noise, especially from overhead stomping. But the last few times, we were initially given a first or second floor room. One time they eventually provided a third floor room. But most recently they claimed only first floor rooms near the lobby were open. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. We send these requests 1-2 months in advance. How is it they can't accommodate us when I highly doubt many others make the same request in advance. We are usually travelling internationally before or after staying here. We previously preferred this location because it's under 30 min from LAX, close to the Blue Bus line, and not far from Abbot Kinney Blvd. We not going to stay here anymore after the amount they charge for this kind of service.

This place is an all-time favorite. I've been coming to this restaurant since before they closed down their 2 locations and reopened this huge site. The menu used to have just 3 items on it but I'm not complaining with the expansion. All the food is good here but I'll always get The Original.

Got in quick. Waitress was very nice. Prices are a bit high. I had the fried seafood sampler. It was decent. Waaaay to many fries. The food was quite a bit greasier than you’d normally expect, even for fried fish. My son had the kids Mac n cheese and it was more than enough for a adult.

Never felt so racially discriminated on before in my life!!! Just went to this restaurant(mind you, I come here frequently), the parking lot was empty, there was no one waiting to be seated. The hostess told me there was a 15 minute wait, another waitress who happened to be standing there(there were 5 standing there altogether), whispered something under her breath and all of a sudden my wait time went to 45-50 minutes. My daughter and I were the only ones in the waiting area, when we went to get our car from valet, the valet attendant was shocked that that was the wait time given to me since they weren't busy yet. I guess I won't be coming back here anytime soon!! Not that they care anyway!!!

The service was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. A little bit pricey but it can be a nice way to treat your family and yourself.

I already know what I am eating before I arrived and that is the Blackened Salmon Filet YUM! ($25) with a glass of Chardonnay ($9).

Besides that being my favorite dish, service at this location(since I have not been to others) is why I gave a 3 star. It usually takes them a long time to even greet us at the table and they are never really too happy to get a new table. I don't know it is just a super super weird vibe in that place. As soon as they're done dropping the food, you don't interact with them much after so its not so bad.

Besides that, pretty chill spot and a cool place to catch up with a friend.
