A small, aged white building with a small reception desk gives the impression of an old apartment converted into a hotel. The layout is more like a B&B with a single person managing the reception.
The room was spacious enough, a bit dated, but very clean. There was no air conditioning, but there was an electric fan, which kept the heat at night in September quite comfortable.
The beach is downstairs, and there are a few bars that can get a bit noisy before 10:30 PM, but things quiet down after closing, and I slept very well.
Having stayed at the Yaduo All Seasons hotels in China, staying here was a bit of a shock, but I think once I got used to it, it was a good choice.

There is a public parking lot downstairs, but it seems you can't park at night. There's also parking in the alley next to the hotel for $48 per night.

A great location right on the first row to the beach.
But the sound insulation is not very good, as the noise from the beach constantly woke me up during the night. The hotel is without air conditioning and rely on fan only. Not recommend during hot summer days.

I think it’s a bit expensive. The partial view that i was expecting turned out no view at all. Front desk service was perfect. Beachfront.

The room was great, clean, spacious and really comfortable. There was a fridge and a floor length mirror. There was a bar of soap but no body wash provided which would have been nice. We had lovely views even without the "full ocean view". The hotel is right on the beach and has a couple of awesome options for food and drinks nearby. The area felt very safe at night and all the staff were very friendly. Check in was a little slow and the lift is a little slow but overall we had an excellent stay and would come here again.

I love the second story window seating. Watch the weird boardwalk antics unfold with a beer and salsa combo.

Went for the band: Absoulute
GREAT sound in venue. Rght on Venice Boardwalk.....nice over view of beach & comfortable venue.....hung out in balcony (more room). Had dlicious mushroom/cheese quesadillas. Very good for "bar food"...
Much better than expected! And NO COVER/NO MINIMUM!!

Their potato wedges are delicious. But the music was on repeat when I went. Lol. Or it sounded like the same exact beat for 20 whole minutes

Had their dine LA lunch menu for $25 pp. Place is trendy with a fusion Japanese taste. They have sushi chef to make ? at the bar. I wasn't full after the meal though.

This place is fun. Robert our waiter took great care of us last night and the food was amazing. Hats off to the two chefs behind the sushi counter. Top grade fish

Food was good quality. The designs of the food was a little over the top for my style but it did taste great. The portions were a little on the smaller side, which was slightly disappointing. Staff was helpful with accommodating my small family (wife and a baby in her stroller.) The wait time wasn't too bad but we did go on a Sunday early afternoon. Seated rather quickly in fact! The bar area was a good size high chairs and also regular tables too.

Food here's healthy and fresh. We ordered everything to share, portions weren't that big, so if you are hungry definitely order a lot. Drinks were freshly made. Definitely a cool little place to hang out for brunch. But a little hard to find. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, but they wouldn't even notice that your water cup's empty. But will definitely come here again to try the other stuff.
