The room was spacious and came with complimentary bottled water, slippers, and toiletries. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour hot water dispenser and a microwave available for use. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the city center.

I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend while in Los Angeles. It was a Japanese-run hotel, so I felt safe.

I didn't see any Japanese staff during my three nights, but I had no issues.

The free shuttle to Dodgers Stadium is one subway stop away, about a 15-minute walk. You'll pass a demonstration site on the way, so be careful.

I bought bread from the first floor for breakfast and enjoyed it with the coffee in my room. It was delicious, so I recommend it.

The coffee maker in my room was a little out of order, which caused some issues.

Very Japanese humanized management style, there are water heaters and microwave ovens in the lobby, and there is a Japanese village and many Japanese restaurants around.

The location was fantastic and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. I was very satisfied.
The only thing that concerned me about previous reviews was that there were bed lice in the beds, and although I believe that measures have already been taken, I think that if you could send out a message about this, even more people would be able to use the hotel with peace of mind.

They were very accommodating.
I would like to use their services again.
It was quite noisy late at night from the road, but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep.

The experience was very bad. The window of the room could only be opened a crack. There was a peculiar smell in the room when we checked in. We signed a pre-authorization of 200 US dollars when we checked in on the first day. The hotel charged us another 150 US dollars on the next morning. They said that the housekeeping staff said that we smoked in the room and it smelled like smoke, so it needed deep cleaning! The hotel never communicated with us. We didn't even have a lighter. They just put a note on the table and deducted 350 US dollars. And the empty instant noodle bucket on the table was not cleaned up. What cleaning fee needs 350 US dollars! And we did a pre-authorization of 200 US dollars on the first day. No one at the hotel communicated with us, but they swiped our card for 150 US dollars! We contacted the hotel and they refused to refund! I really don't know how the Ctrip platform audits hotel services. Such a hotel with stolen cards can be on the platform.

I come here regularly for a garden bowl. Awesome Mediterranean flavors for reasonable prices. Nice people in the shop, too!

I've come back to this place time and time again because I love the flavors of the mixed meat wrap... but I hate how they wrap them up with the paper inside the ends of the wrap. So annoying! But still... very tasty!
21.11.2017 CM
The menu is inventive and unique, however the wrap I ordered lacked flavor. I was quite surprised as it sounded amazing. Also ordering can be difficult as the font have waiters and the area to order is confusing and difficult when busy.
15.11.2017 Nitin
Cheap and good for a quick bite, food is great! There are also a couple board games to play if bored. Atmosphere and music is little loud and not for those who are looking for a quite dinner or lunch.

Wraps are all kind of the same but sooooo delicious. Large portions. Also serves beer if you are looking to brunch. Very friendly staff and attracts young crowd.

Been dining here since I was 15, 28 now. No other ramen place compares. You won't be disappointed.

Best Ramen in Lil' Tokyo in my opinion, and I've tried 10+ spots in the past 15 years that have come and gone, especially the original spot on 1st St...and to compete with the oldest ramen in town, you have to be better than. Mission accomplished!

Great miso ramen (med spicy), delicious chashu. And they validate parking.

I tried standard Miso Soup. The portion was huge. Broth is pretty tasty and the pork melts in your mouth. I don't like though the bell pepper. It looks irrelevant there. noodles look and taste kinda like from $1 noodle pack.
Waiter was nice and friendly, interior 3/5.
It was my first time trying miso soup.
For me its 3/5 but probably I ll give it a shot next time

In the middle of a nice courtyard with indoor and outdoor seating, this is a hip, casual, and quaint eatery which has a great selection of music might I add.... This super affordable yet huge bowl fills me for 2 meals. I love super spicy foods so I usually do level 2 ... have yet to be brave enough to try the special 1 or 2 which gets you on the wall of fame if you can finish it but, maybe one day. The spicy fried rice isn't very spicy but, has a great flavor and the dumplings are delicious and a great starter! The waitstaff operates like all hands on deck so u don’t have to wait on one specific waiter as they are all pitching in to keep customers happy & all were super nice and helpful. Perfect location for tourists as well that may be staying at the doubletree as it is adjacent.

Peaceful, and respectful place to sit and enjoy your preference in drinks.

I normally give all Starbucks, Peets, and other basic corporate coffee chains 3 stars, but this one gets 2 because there was ONE bathroom open in the middle of a major tourist location. So it was without embellishment, more than a 15 minute wait. The upside is that I met some tourists from Glasglow, Scotland and we talked about how this was the first time either of us have waited so long to relieve ourselves.

Think about that: People who travel the world over have never encountered this bad of a toilet situation until they came to a corporate coffee shop in L.A. More reason to go find a local coffee shop that actually serves decent coffee and doean't punish people who need to pee.

We found a local Italian coffee shop and it reminded us why we are so critical of Starbucks.
04.02.2017 Scott
This is Java Headquarters for me. it's still my favorite Starbucks to go to but I am editing my last review mostly due to change of staff and other situations . Homeless are still a problem but on the plus side for me at least is the two attractive and professional women that i got comfortable with since day one are still there but everyone had their schedules adjusted after the holidays. the new staff seem pretty cool and efficient. It's in Little Tokyo and it opens daily at 4am and doesn't close until 1am everyday. big note no more electrical outlets since my last review they tore Then go out you better bring your own portable charger. Have fun
