The stay was generally satisfactory. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. Check in and check out processes were smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though some furnishings showed minor signs of wear. Noise levels were acceptable, and basic amenities were provided as expected. WiFi connection was stable for most of the stay. Breakfast offered a limited but adequate selection. Overall, the hotel met standard expectations for its price range and would be suitable for short business or leisure stays.

I stayed here for a weekend when I was traveling by myself. This way probably my favorite hotel experience in my three weeks in Cali! Being in Chinatown leaves you decently close to a LOT of things. I was able to visit The Getty, downtown, and a few other areas without driving too long/too much traffic. The staff is incredibly nice, and the receptionists are helpful and attentive. If you’re a solo female or worried about safety, I would still recommend this hotel! The area is decently lit and feels safe, I did a lot of walking during the day. At night, it’s the same as walking around downtown, so use your best judgment. Parking is like 16 a day, and there’s an attendant there to coordinate parking as it’s tandem parking, if you listen to them you’ll be fine. Rooms are clean and nice. My only note is breakfast is a very very very basic hotel breakfast, nothing great, so I skipped it. Thanks to all the staff.

Really nice hotel. Booked the dragon suite king size and the quality of the room is amazing. Cool art in the room. Samsung flat screen 55 inch tv with original remote. Parking was $18/night but there's an elevator that takes you straight up to your floor, it's covered parking and very convenient. Very good deal for what you get.

Had to make an emergency stop because of a canceled bus. Room was very nice, same for the shower. Clean, efficient, I can't remember why I stayed elsewhere before I started staying at Best Western. At this particular one the night clerk was also very helpful. I forgot my meal ticket and she was nice enough to write me a new one so I didn't have to go all the way back to my room.

First, we don't mind walking so this was great for us. Close to Union station, little Tokyo and in little China. Front desk is courteous and knowledgeable and kind. They were knowledgeable about local restaurants and stores and points of interest. Cleaning staff is helpful and willing to give extras. We had three people and not enough towels. They gave us extra for our stay when we asked. The Continental breakfast was hot and fresh and staff kept it very clean. We will definitely come back again.

I'm so happy I came across this hotel. It was absolutely perfect. I want to address the parking. I've read in previous reviews that people were appalled that there is an $18 charge per night. First, the other hotels charge between $50-$60 per night! Secondly, some hotels have off-site parking if they even have parking at all. I arrived Friday afternoon and thought the hotel was adorable. The two associates at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot your names) were incredibly nice and helpful, seamless check-in. My room was spacious, cute and super clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

This decoration style is a bit creepy to stay at night, but everything else is ok. It is next to Chinatown, but it is not dangerous. There are people running at night.
