I didn't use the work spaces. Just got in and went to bed. My friend found a good Japanese restaurant nearby. My bunk was clean and comfortable. Very quiet while we were there.

The place was a little hard to find, it was clean and nice the bed was perfect I went to sleep soon as I got there. You might want to bring a fan it’s I little hot in there I just couldn’t breathe at night but other then that I enjoyed my one night only that’s all I could take.

Nice pods and concept behind, long quite time until 10 am, light and electrical sockets in the pods, enough storage space under the bed.

Dislike: mattress too soft, flatscreen in the pod not in function, very small toilets, two sinks in the hall which are in a poor (not hygienic) condition. Two doors and codes required, which changes from time to time. The dining rooms are not very clean, no air condition, more fresh air required in the rooms.

Guest on the upper bed is weird. He always made a loud noise and throw his stuff down throughout the whole night I cannot even sleep. Hostel should pre screen type of people who gonna stat here. I feel extremely insecure during my stay.

The room was great and the open layout was both convenient and respectfully quiet. I needed the room for one night for an event nearby and the security measures were thorough and appreciated. Would book again.

The hotel is like a big inn, with no quilt on the bed. Also, no one was there to receive you at 10pm, so you had to find the door and enter the code yourself. All in all, it was not ideal!

Scary... It's all open space!

The host, Ron, was very friendly, very understanding guy. 100% made my experience comfortable. The location is next to Little Tokyo and the (new) Little Tokyo subway station. A lot of good eating areas around Little Tokyo. The sleeping/living area had very poor air conditioning. The bathroom and shower are quite rustic and gross, but that's not something I personally care about. I know other people are sensitive to this, so I will preface that I saw cockroaches in the bathroom. By no means is the toilet disgusting without being cleaned, but rather something you'd find at a bar downtown... Generally speaking though, the experience was good and I will be visiting again in the future. To emphasize, the host, Ron, really made me feel comfortable with being in LA.

I love Pod Share DTLA. The staff is friendly and the check in process is fast. It's such a good vibe here. It's close to shops, bars and affordable restaurants. There's a grocery store nearby in Little Tokyo. It's min away from Union Station so you can take the flyaway bus from LAX to Union Station.

The pods are spacious and the kitchen is nice and clean. The bathroom could be a little bigger but it's okay. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am but you're free to go in and out whenever. The neighborhood is clean. Plus it's close to pubic transit which means you can get a train that goes to Disneyland or the beach with in 15 min. I highly recommend this place!!
