Staying at Hotel Flores was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in LA. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly stylish.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed — modern, clean, and cozy at the same time. My room was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, which is rare in Los Angeles. The bed was amazing, the linens felt luxurious, and every detail showed real attention to quality.
What truly sets Hotel Flores apart is the service. The staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything I needed. You can feel that they actually care about their guests.

It's great cute rooms but 300 dollar security deposit you have to wait a week to get back. The person working tried to explain it as a car loan. They gas light like it's normal but I've had cheaper motels with lower down deposits that I got back that next day. It's really nothing special

It was not bad experience especially in this area with this price, Receptionist was nice and friendly, Bathroom was clean, AC was working, TV was working, Hotel was so quiet I didn't see any dirty stuff in my room.
It is so close to the shopping area, the Whole food store is located down the corner, it's a great location generaly at the heart of Beverly Hills but they need to work on renovation. Everything was old.
There is still a key 🔑 to open the door instead of a card or Fob... in the year 2025 with AI magic.
I go with 3-star, it should be fair.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, thoughtful service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complete facilities, and a good value for money. The location is convenient, and transportation and restaurants are also nearby. I was very satisfied with my overall stay and would choose this hotel again next time.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. I truly wonder how anyone can feel comfortable staying here despite paying such a price. I had chosen this hotel mainly for its good location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations.
I sincerely request the hotel management to replace the old, unhygienic carpets and improve the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Guests do not always expect luxury at a lower price, but basic hygiene and cleanliness are fundamental expectations. Due to the smell, I couldn't even sleep properly throughout the night.

1. This was the worst hotel experience of my life
2. I have traveled to forty or fifty countries and written countless travel articles, and I have never had such a bad experience.
3. After moving and flying for twelve hours, I didn’t expect that I still couldn’t sleep all night.
4. I have mysophobia. It is very dirty and has an unpleasant smell.
5. No air conditioning at 40 degrees Celsius
6. She gave me a note and deducted 250 US dollars and said it would be refunded within seven days. She didn’t know when the refund would be made.
7. I was carrying three big suitcases, but he was the stairs!

Wonderful authentic hotel with an intriguing ambiance of a historical Beverly Hills mansion ; great staff and an excellent service.Also the proximity of the city centre and the location which is a prime location in Beverly Hills , is truly excellent ...

As a woman travelling alone my main concern is safety at night. This hotel has old worn furniture, dirty carpets, non working TV's and rusted bath tubs, but honestly I am never in so I don't really care as the position was favorable for my business trip. SAFETY IS A BIG CONCERN in this hotel. ALL the staff leaves at 8 pm, leaving the hotel completely unguarded all night. In addition, the front door does not lock by itself, the client needs to turn around and manually close it, well you know how many people don't do it right ? This morning I got up for my meeting and there was a homeless man in the lobby. During the night someone tried to violently open my door, I yelled at them and luckily they left. Now there is yelling in the hallway, people knocking on doors and running in the hallway. It should not be allowed that people run a hotel like this. You purchase a room with the expectation of safety, which here is not guaranteed, If you are a woman travelling alone stay away from this place.

Do not go here. It may be cheap financially but that’s exactly what you’re going to get. It’s so cheap it’s unsafe and unsanitary. There were stains on our pillows and sheets, odors leaking from the toilet bowl cover that didn’t fit, numerous missing lights, rust in the tub and on the light switch which could lead to infection and electrocution, broken furniture, and so on. On top of all this, the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. When asked to speak with a manager, there was “never” one available which seemed like an easy out for how often I’m sure they get these complaints. Please if you are going to Beverly Hills, actually experience the beauty of it and stay somewhere else.

Had some time to kill so we stopped in for an appetizer and some dessert. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was delicious, as was this Strawberry Cheesecake! I'm always impressed with Cheesecake Factory, but this location was exceptional. Parking was easy, right out on the street, and the service was awesome

Had an absolutely terrible experience here tonight. We had already come from the Cheesecake factory at The Grove because that was 1 hour 10 minutes wait...so I phoned ahead to this one asking the wait and was told 10-15 minutes....after 30 minutes we were finally seated in a cramped row of tables, my husband was literally touching the person next to him. So we asked to move tables which they did. We then proceeded to wait 50 minutes for our food to arrive...both tables next to us had ordered after us and received their food and one table had left before ours was even out. The excuse was the enchiladas take longer than normal...don't believe it. Finally the food came out mine was cold which just topped it off. Absolutely bad service, we always leave a good tip...not tonight and most definitely will not be returning.

Went for a late night dinner to this location of the restaurant chain. The wait was not bad and as usual staff was very polite and helpful. However our waiter kept messing up on the order and did not remember the details for someone who has a very sensitive diet and although very cheery and friendly as a bit frustrating with which to deal. The food was fine but not as good as some of the other locations such as Redondo Beach. We found it necessary to continually keep reminding our server for items we had requested from the very beginning all the way through the end of the meal. They seem to be a bit sparse and skimpy on use of Capers and other condiments Etc. So it is not my favorite location especially since you have to worry about fighting parking at certain times especially for disabled people.

The service was terrible. Food had some heir inside. My appetizer came afther main cores.
I dine almost every Sunday at Cheesecake factory and this was the one and only worst place I ever been. Starting from manager to the waiters are all unprofessionals. They don't have customer service training skills, they don't have any hospitality skills.
And for the cooks there are no words I can express, food was greasy, and other orders was so disturbing I send it straight back.

Celebrities everywhere oh my goodness but they have to live a life I took some pictures here and there snuck the man but I love the food here. Once I go back to my country in South Korea I will definitely show my cousins of all the celebrity pictures I took of people walking around people in the restaurant really popular people love this place.

Ok restaurant but nothing great or impressive or creative. Good location and friendly staff. Big letdown was on the French toast, menu said it came with maple syrup but it was definitely corn syrup. Waitress assured it was maple syrup but I'm no fool. Either it was maple flavored corn syrup, mixed with a it of real maple syrup or very very low quality syrup. You can't fool a Canadian who had real maple syrup every week since being a kid! Latte was so-so.

The food isn’t worth the wait. I’ve eaten several times at this establishment every time it is a let down. Today I ordered breakfast and patiently waited an hour for a messed up order. It’s not rocket science to prepare food & place it into a bag & hand it off to a delivery boy. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP! LITERALLY ITS INSANE TO ME THAT SOMEONE COULD MESS THAT UP! On top of that my food came horribly packaged and very distasteful.

Not sure we are talking about the same restaurant .I ate here about a month ago I felt like I was dying ..I wanted to report it to the board of health ..I took a togo container and my brother said where did u get that food it had me dying ...not sure if I got a bad batch or what but the food tasted good but what came after was the worst...Not sure what happened here but I almost dyed and im healthy ..no restrictions ..the food I ordered looked. Good tasted good but almost gave me a heart attack and other things I wont mention.. I dont want to take it personal so Il leave it there

The prices were right for the Beverly Hills area short walk from my hotel room great ambiance nice table sharing the sidewalk food was fantastic place to eat when you're in the Wilshire District
