4 star hotels in Los Angeles

For this price in downtown LA, it's pretty decent. They don't provide disposable toiletries, but you can ask for slippers at the front desk. What really annoyed me was the service. On my first day, after showering and unpacking, I found two large boxes of leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge. I called to have them removed, but was told housekeeping had left for the day and was offered...

The hotel's location and facilities are great, offering good value for money. When checking out, the hotel didn't inform me about the resort fees, but Trip.com promptly refunded them. Can't complain about that!

The hotel I stayed at in Los Angeles was right downtown. I guess American cities are different from back home; the downtown areas are mostly for business and offices, so there isn't much to see or do. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. The hotel itself was very old, and the facilities looked quite dated. You really can't compare it to hotels in China.

The room is very spacious, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a Los Angeles Public Library right next door, along with a museum, and it's easy to catch a taxi to any destination. This is my second year staying here.

good hotel for one person only

This is a great little find of a hotel. Really well designed lobby and rooms with a helpful front desk. I would certainly stay here again the next time I pass through Los Angeles.

The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor, but the price is acceptable and relatively favorable.

The location is good, close to UCLA, free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the room is very quiet, but there is no elevator, but the waiter will help you take your luggage upstairs, overall satisfied 👍

Breakfast burrito was amazing and our rooms are really spacious and relaxing. Great location if you want to enjoy the beach.

Excellent stay with great breakfast for our family

The hotel is located very close to Santa Monica Pier and to the beach . The rooms are big and clean and very easy to navigate around the scenic areas.

Hotel room is nice. Although I caught a bug in the room. I didn't really appreciate the concept of the destination tax but apparently it seems to be quite common amongst the hotels there.

The room was clean, the shower had a strong water pressure, and the overall stay was very comfortable.

The surrounding environment is quite good. There is a Ralphs supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient. It is very close to LMU University, a half-hour walk away. There are supermarkets, farmers, and some good small restaurants around.

Everything is ok, except the parking is too expensive. Usd45 per night.
