Hotel Ziggy on Sunset, Los Angeles1 / 27
8.6
Los Angeles, 8462 W Sunset Blvd (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This place offers a very convenient location, making it easy to access and ideal for visitors. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere for guests. Overall, my experience here was very positive, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
nice and cosy good room good value i will come again great place
Great location, friendly team, comfy bed and quality toiletries in the shower. Only gripes were the air con being temperamental and not really working in my room.  They came as soon as I reported it but then it conked out again.  Shower door is weird as well; have to squeeze yourself past it to close it. Otherwise it was great and reasonably priced!
The sanitation is quite clean, and the transportation is also very convenient. Facilities: Maybe it was renovated not long ago, they are quite new Environment: Good👍 Service: The waiter has a good attitude. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Los Angeles
Great location and super clean. Free coffee at lobby
Located in a relatively safe neighborhood, the surrounding environment is OK. However, daily cleaning requires an appointment, and the billing management of breakfast service is a bit confusing. Everything else is good.

Rooms were great, everyone we met on staff was absolutely wonderful, and distance to the beach and cha cha chicken were exactly what we wanted.
We had an amazing stay at Viceroy Santa Monica. The hotel has a supreme location near the Santa Monica Pier and beach. Service is excellent throughout our time there. The hotel is aesthetic and uses elements of the ocean very well in its decoration.
Really nice, clean & upscale boutique hotel that is walking distance to everything in Santa Monica. GREAT staff too!!!
Staff was amazing, but it looks like a lot of the old staff are gone. Special shout out to BJ at the door. A true gentleman!
Nice bright recently renovated hotel with good gym - restaurant menu a bit limited but overall a lovely hotel near the beach!
Worked with the Viceroy, specifically Desiree, on bringing a group of 200+ for the USC football game. The hotel was amazing to work with, check-in went beautifully with that many guests. Rooms were ready and clean, reception area out back was beautiful. Our guests had an amazing time and were impressed with the amenities and the helpfulness of the hotel staff. Would recommend to anyone bringing groups...

The dining restaurant is delicate with relaxing vibes. The location is decent if you plan to visit Santa Monica, Beverly hill, and Hollywood (you need to drive in LA, of course). The ATM inside the hotel doesn’t work though.
The hotel has a balcony with a view of the distant sea, which is very comfortable. The hotel bed is large, and there is a TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine, but there are no slippers or toiletries, and the bathroom is a bit small.
Marina del Rey Hotel offers a prime waterfront location with beautiful marina views, making it a perfect base for sightseeing and relaxing by the water!
The hotel has a very nice view of the harbor. There is a beautiful swimming pool. There is also a restaurant for dining. The room facilities are relatively simple and a little small.
We booked 4 nights for over 6,000. When we checked in, we were asked if we needed daily cleaning. We said yes. It was cleaned on the second day. When we came back on the third day, it was not cleaned and no clean towels were given. We went to the front desk and told them that it would be cleaned tomorrow because we didn’t ask for daily cleaning…. Then we were given clean towels. When we came back on...
An old local four-star hotel, low-key and pragmatic, with not luxurious facilities, but much better hygiene and service than many five-star hotels. If you are staying for one or two nights during a layover, it is the best choice. The location is very good, close to the airport but not in the noisy area of the airport. The yacht club is just downstairs from the hotel, quiet and beautiful, cost-effective...

The Whole Staff is Awesome. Great People Great Service and Friendly as well. I will be coming right back soon. The restaurant is a great atmosphere. Lovely city too.
Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and service, great food and bar, outstanding location. Not a bad thing to say about our stay!
I am of a certain age and almost all reviews do not tend to older women travelers. This hotel was amazing and it’s always the staff that makes it so. Everything about the hotel was amazing. I had a terrible migraine the first day and the care I received helped me through it. The rooms in a hotel are the same everywhere it will always be staff that makes a hotel successful. The most amazing staff. The hotel is lovely but the staff and the hospitality that they extend is truly the best part of the experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
This was our 3rd stay at The Georgian. We love the beautifully redecorated hotel and rooms. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are too. The restaurants are excellent!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s a real treat to stay at The Georgian!

Clean. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel
I arrived at 4:30pm and had filled out the check in form in advance, check in was at 3pm and at 4:30pm I was told room was not ready and they didn't know when it will be ready which was really annoying. I asked them to accomodate late checkout in that case and they rejected to accomodate a full late checkout at 4pm amd said i could checkout at 2pm. They said I was going to get free drinks (the VIP...
The room was spacious and comfortable, very walkable to the Golden Triangle and restaurants. Easy to take car shares to other spots in West Hollywood. Staff was excellent and friendly, with Maribel and Jeremy as standouts! Friendly, helpful and kind! Thank you for making my stay at the Avalon a great one!
Highly recommend Great find! I would definitely stay here again. Rooms, pool, restaurant, location, staff were all great.
Excellent crew and nice details The staff was all extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. Kudos to the team.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and exceeds expectations for the area. Valet parking is a pain as the valets are often not available and you will wait for your car to be picked up or dropped off. They are good folks but probably overworked. The check out staff we encountered clearly had a chip on the shoulder and was either incapable of or disinclined to assist a customer. Shame, as the hotel...

Located in the city center, it's within walking distance of attractions such as the Central Market. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There's a rooftop terrace with views and a place to smoke. The building has many sports and fitness facilities and a parking garage, although parking is quite expensive.
I really like the hotel facilities, there are many restaurants and convenient transportation
The people at the entrance and the roomkeepers were very kind and helpful. Also, since it was on the top floor, the view was great and it was close to the rooftop, so I was very satisfied with my stay. On the other hand, some of the facilities were old and I had a little trouble using them. It was close to 7th station, which has four lines, so I was able to do some sightseeing comfortably. Kimpton Hotel Wilshire by IHG, Los Angeles1 / 30

Good value for money in Los Angeles. The room was cleaned every day, which was very appreciated, and the hotel is well maintained overall. The rooftop is also nice for a hotel of this category. The front desk staff was always correct and helpful during our stay. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel with services that match the price, this is a good option when visiting Los Angeles
Boutique hotel with beautiful rooftop potted garden, pool, and restaurant. Spectacular views. Nate is wonderful up there, as Azalea is at the front desk. Great location for museum. We will come back to stay again.
Dated hotel with aged facilities. Service is fine but unless you have to stay in this area, I'd avoid it.
we just stayed at the Kimpton and it was fine. the rooms were clean but a lot if the fixtures (lamps, desks, table) were a little run down. What was MOST infuriating was when when we checked out they told us that there was a $35 daily amenities fee tacked onto our bill. PLEASE NOTE there were ZERO amenities. when I asked the person at the front desk what that included he said coffee and the gym...
The sheets feel cheap and almost plastic, like they might be waterproof? They were very confused and uncommunicative at check in- she took all my information, then told me to wait a minute and walked away into a back closet for almost 10 minutes. Multiple other staff walked to and fro and not one asked if I was being helped. She came back and I asked what was going on, and she said she wasn’t sure...
The facilities are a little old and to be honest it's not what I expected, but it's fine for a stay. The view is nice and the location is quite good.

It was just average; I checked in on Christmas Day, and it was great value for the price for its location.
The location is indeed convenient; there's a shopping center right outside, and supermarkets are also within walking distance. It's also not far from Los Angeles Airport, making it ideal for tourists. The area is relatively safe, and I recommend staying here.
The location is excellent, right across from The Grove shopping center and The Farmer’s Market. Parking costs $45, so it's best to park there and then cross the street to shop and eat, otherwise parking on the other side will cost several tens of dollars more. This boutique hotel is a converted old building; it's small, cute, and unique, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely lobby courtyard and a swimming...
The facilities are very clean and nice. It's a five-minute walk to the Farmers Market and The Grove, making it a great place to hang out until the evening. I'm very satisfied.
The room isn't large, but the location is very convenient, close to popular attractions. There's a supermarket nearby, making it a safe walk. The valet parking is very reasonably priced, and the staff are very helpful. The room is cleaned daily. It feels like a small hotel in the city, small but well-equipped. Overall, it's a good value and highly recommended!

My room was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Waking hours were filled by walking to the shops and restaurants lining the street.
Staff is nice and the location is great, but the hotel itself is fake nice. Feels like paying for the landlord special at a premium price.
Nowhere to unpack your clothes ( no drawers or shelves), no hooks in the bathroom to put towels, no tv info, basically no help from anyone. The bed was comfortable, the room was super clean and the restaurant was really good but pricey. The whole experience was overpriced.
Ate at restaurant one night..didnt like tge cucumber avacado sakad at all or the spaghetti..
The room was spotless....very important to me. I really liked how quaint it was and the decor was lovely. The only thing missing was space to put away clothing. No dresser and the closet was very small. The employees were very nice and welcoming!
The room was super clean, the staff was amazing, the pool was great and I loved the Marco Polo restaurant- my server was awesome every time.

Seriously the best hotel we stayed in Los Angeles. It is so elegant and in a great location! Even though it is not that expensive, it feels so luxurious. The person at the reception is the nicest person! He made our son the happiest❤️this is our new go-to place whenever we are in LA!
Highly Recommended Families As a professional traveler with family, I highly recommend Plaza la Reina. The spacious rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff made our New Year holiday stay truly memorable. It’s conveniently close to museums and great restaurants—perfect for exploring the city. We’d gladly stay here again!
Staff extraordinarily lovely and helpful. Huge rooms with extra amenities including a kitchen and laundry, great location and fair price. We checked in very late and they greeted us by name. They let us ship a package to their location and as it arrived before we did they held it for us and kept us posted of its arrival. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by various restaurants, as well as large shopping supermarkets such as Target, Ralph’s, and Whole Foods. It is also very convenient to get around, and several bus stops are within walking distance. The hotel is well connected, and the environment is quiet and clean. Very elegant style, quiet and comfortable, good location
The staff was very nice, and accommodating. My coffee maker broke at 5 am, and they helped me avoid certain tragedy by quickly replacing it. I placed out of town guests at the Mosaic several times. It’s a small, very private, very clean hotel, at a great location, and reasonably priced. I heard nothing but praise from my guests.
Good value and convenient location. Rooms are comfy and clean. The only red flag with my stay is the additional fee of $30 for the in-room use of wi-fi. Though it's a detail mentioned in the listing during booking, it's not pointed out during registration as an additional cost like the additional cost for parking. If you plan to park here and use their wi-fi, plan on an additional fee of $80/night...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful without ever feeling intrusive. Fun little boutique hotel, but do NOT get a room in the back of the property, especially on a lower floor. The dumpsters are back there and I was awakened at 6AM by the sound of breaking glass and metal dumpsters being rolled around.
Enjoyed our stay at Pali and the bar & restaurant never disappoint, highly recommend!
An older building (reportedly Joan Crawford lived there) that has been restored as a boutique hotel. Really neat!
Room was clean, cute little court yard outside of patio. Food was great. Staff was super friendly, all around a great little gem in Culver City. So glad we found this! Close to many restaurants & Culver Theater. 👍
Wonderful little hotel in a great location. The restaurant/bar was superb for breakfast, happy hour and dinner. (Super happy hour offerings.) The staff was also very, very pleasant and helpful. Chic, pleasant decor. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the room had very limited amenities. We stayed 10 days at aka Beverly Hills and couldn't have been happier! My husband had spine surgery, so I was coming and going alone. Each return to aka was like "coming home"... only better! The staff welcomed me, parked my car, carried my groceries, made sure I had what I needed.
The service was very good, great location and the everything works well. The only suggestion I would give is to as a better set of cookware and al least 6 placemats, it was difficult to cook in the set they have. All the rest works very well, especially the valet parking.
AKA Beverly Hills is the most fantastic hotel there is. The staff is the best. A shout out to Ricardo always friendly and so he. This was our third year visiting AKA Beverly Hills. Staff was courteous and accommodated us for a quiet room. The hotel has a great little vibe. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Cute hotel, good location-a lot quieter than expected since room was street level. Pillows are bit uncomfortable as they are really big. The parking was not explained well by front desk. You must call the front desk to get into the parking gate open. I had to back up, park and run to front desk 3 times for them to let me in. Could not stream on TV and channels were limited.
Great location and rooms are very cute. King w terrace was perfect on the quiet side street. Will come back
Clean room, very friendly staff but please, please, please have temperature control in the room so that guests can adjust their own temperature without calling front desk.
The hotel was in a perfect location for us, but we were a bit underwhelmed with the room. There were no drawers and no closet (annoying). There were no power outlets near the desk, but there were several near the bed which was great for phone charging. The staff was very nice. Checkout time is 11:00. There is small fitness room, but no treadmill and the Peleton bikes did not work.
As always, Pali Melrose was perfect. Comfy beds, great staff... I stay here often. They never disappoint!

Rude front desk staff. Not friendly or welcoming. The hotel seems outdated and is very old school. The room wasn’t cleaned that well either as there was water spots and dust. There was a try hard feel from the staff and they acted aloof, not in favor of the guest. I was unfortunately not impressed one bit and wish I would have stayed elsewhere for the price.
