Los Angeles, 361 South Spring Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It's a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. It's clean, sunny, and the bed is comfortable. However, there are quite a few homeless people nearby, so it's safer to avoid going out at night.
The room isn't huge, but the decor is quite modern and trendy. The shower pressure was great. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but what they offered was tasty and filling. The salmon and bacon were particularly good! Although it's downtown, I felt safe during the day, and getting around by subway and bus was very convenient. I didn't go out at night so I can't comment on safety after...
I am in my late seventies and my partner is in his early eighties. The bed was crammed wall to wall and the only way in or out was for one of us ( me) to crawl over my partner. Then to make matters more unpleasant, the toilet almost overflowed. We told the front desk and they thanked us for reporting the plumbing issue.
This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's just as great as the first time. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, even having a safe. While the room itself is a bit small, it has everything you need. They also have a gym, and there's a restaurant downstairs. The location is absolutely fantastic! There's a big market right behind it with all sorts of delicious food, and it's very close...
What I loved most about this hotel was its public areas. They're very artistic, great for relaxing or working, and there are plenty of outlets for charging devices. While the hotel doesn't provide bottled water, you can refill your bottle at the bar in the public area 🚰, and you can also ask the staff for hot water. Although the rooms aren't huge, they're comfortable and well-equipped, just remember...
Strategically located in downtown. Near to metro station, Little Tokyo and Chinatown. Facility is clean and modern. Room size slightly small.

First off, if you need hotel parking, don't choose this place. The $50 parking fee is a bit steep, and with the tip every time you get your car, parking alone cost me $80. The hotel's AC was leaking, and when I walked into the room, the carpet was wet. Everything just felt mediocre.
Neither good nor bad, just average.
Didn't spend long here, but was lovely while we stayed. Nice and clean
Had to wait for 2-hours after official check in time for a room. One elevator was out of order for the entire period of our stay. Bathroom ammenities were not replenished, had to call for soap. Really disappointed, not what one expect from a Hyatt hotel.
Hyatt in other countries is absolutely different, this one really falls short of the standard. The location is good the rooms are decent. Service : They say no to all requests. The hotel deposit freezes funds for a long time
Excellent hotel in all sides 🙏

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool area is modern and luxurious. Great views and cocktails. Lobby bar also had a great vibe with loads of outdoor seating.
Very clean n service is good . And I have just already booked 4 more nights
Stayed only one night and it was perfect. Booked through AMEX Fine Hotels, all benefits were thoroughly communicated at check in, and all available benefits were honored. We had a quiet, spacious, and well maintained room on the 7th floor and were welcomed with snacks and water. The staff were wonderful all around. From the receptionist to the bar and cafe staff, all super professional, friendly,...
The bed is the best part of this hotel, sheets are great and the room has a nice modern decor. Sadly the food in both the cafe and the living room bar is quite disappointing. The more traditional American food options are much better than the Asian fusion ones. Our tom yum soup was sadly made with water not milk making it just shrimp in chili water. I wanted it to be better 😭
From the moment I walked in Micaela greeted me with a wonderful smile. She was top notch with her hospitality and her knowledge of gluten free restaurants around the area. She is the true definition of hospitality and how to make a guest feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful! The room was amazing, the drinks were great along with the food at the bar. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely service and very familiar atmosphere. Great amenities and an all around beautiful hotel. Added nice touch is the mid century Milo Baughman furniture in the lobby bar!
Outstanding attention to detail. Far above expectations. Tremendous service. Chic and prestigious facility.
Superb hotel, staff so friendly and professional and can't do enough to help with anything you might need. lovely corner suite and views. Complimentary use of town car is a lovely addition.
Beautiful lobby, patio, and rooms, with lots of amenities. Patios in every room were awesome. While we were there our bathrooms kept filling with cannabis smell, but the hotel staff handled it professionally and generously. The hotel helped make our vacation to LA really special.
Everything is perfect except that it's a little bit noisy. My room facing east on 8th floor right up to the main entrance towards the main road, can hear the noise every time a pickup or sportscar passes. Maybe not a big deal but should be considered from the perspective of such luxery hotel.

The location is right on the walk of fame, but this very is noisy and sketchy- not a good place to base yourself. I did regret staying here and choosing this hotel. The hotel itself is a lovely and historic building- the pool is nice and relaxing and the beds comfy but the bad outweighed the good. I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights each and they both had the same issues: aircon too noisy to keep on during...
The fireplace was on. As soon as you step outside, you'll be on Hollywood Boulevard, where it's very lively. I think it's the perfect place for sightseeing. Breakfast at the poolside bar is the best👍️
Very classic, elegant and beautiful place, the accommodations are on the small side for the US. The location is excellent and the historical significance will be more attractive than the newness of the facilities. It is undeniable that it is an old hotel, but the service is excellent. The number of sockets and facilities in the room have kept up with the needs of modern travelers. At the same time...

We got the King suite and absolutely loved the room and was a great location in Beverly Hills
Service is good as W hotel as always do.
The hotel lobby offers coffee and a business printing area, and the lounge area is cozy. The room and shower are both spacious. It's also quite convenient for handling school-related matters. There are many restaurants serving Chinese cuisine not too far away.
Location good, but the people hahahah not all good.
The room was a bit old, but everything else was fine. The service was quite good.
It's conveniently located between the UCLA dorms and the Westwood neighborhood, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The reception was friendly and attentive, and there was free coffee in the lobby.

A great place. Very clean and staff very helpful.
Conveniently located & very clean! Service was wonderful, friendly, and I’m especially thankful that they were so accommodating to travelers arriving very early from the airport!!
Pillows and bed are comfortable, however, 2 of 4 pillows both have light brown dirts or a bit red dirts as well.. I can even smell it while sleeping..
The experience started off exceptionally well thanks to Tony at the front desk, who welcomed my fiancé and me with unrivaled warmth. Understanding how exhausted we were from the trip, he went above and beyond to facilitate an early room for us before the usual check-in time. He promptly offered to store our luggage, and the room he provided was ready, comfortable, and spotless in record time. The excellent...
I don’t feel it’s Hilton level. The rooms are just standard, some are noisy. The service quality varies from a guy for member checkin who was professional and friendly. At normal checkin the service was simply bad and somehow did not like me or probably any customer. For 250 usd a night, it’s not worth it.
A decent hotel in Marina del Rey the rooms are small, but comfortable and appear to have been renovated over the last few years. The hallway looks a bit dated and some of the infrastructure such as the elevators certainly look quite dated. They have a nice pool and a bar area to watch games. The location is very convenient with a 10 minute Uber or drive to Venice.

My stay at Hotel Figueroa was just okay. Nothing bad, but nothing special either. Overall, it was fine but not memorable.
The hotel's exterior and interior had a lovely vintage feel. We rented a car and the parking lot next to the hotel was conveniently located.
Located in the heart of Los Angeles, 5 minutes walk from the Lakers home court
Located in DTLA, it is more convenient to drive around Los Angeles, but the valet parking provided by the hotel is not cheap. It is recommended to find a parking space by yourself. Finding a parking space requires patience and a lot of driving around. I like the hotel’s swimming pool~
The room is dark and much more crowded than it looks in the pictures.
The design is quite stylish, but a bit eerie, more like a vampire hotel style, and the guests are all very fashionable, avant-garde, and even pioneering. If you have a strong personality, you can try it, but if you are normal, forget it. The area doesn't feel that safe at night.

The bedding was a bit too soft, and the service attitude was just okay. After the room was supposedly cleaned, I found nail clippings on the bed and the carpet was dirty. The sheets were also poorly made. However, it's conveniently located for school matters, and there aren't many other options around.
Excellent facility in nice neighborhood. Parking is very confusing. An “enter here for registration on wall might be helpful.
The conference center is located on the UCLA campus, and within walking distance of Westwood village. The people at the front desk were helpful, the room was well appointed, clean, and fairly new. The service at the bar was fast. Overall it was a great experience, there was a good room rate when I booked making it less expensive than the W hotel, with larger rooms, and comparably appointed.

Clean and great service. Convenient stores are nearby. Had a pleasant stay overall.
The service was perfect. And the staffs were really kind and funny. The location was so good to go all way to los angeles places. Highly recommend.
We live in far east , comparatively the hotels (including Marriott) the breakfast spread is quite vast , a lot more options to eat. But we did not get the same in Marriott Beverly Hills. It was manageable though. If the cost allows the hotel to make it better , the guest might be more happier and satisfied.
Hotel breakfasts in the US are usually quite basic, so I generally don't recommend booking with breakfast included. This hotel, however, was even more bizarre: guests who had breakfast included were still charged an extra $10 per person as a 'table fee.' On top of that, the bathroom was tiny!
The room was great! For this price and location in Beverly Hills, it's an excellent deal. The environment is also very pleasant, surpassing most hotels in the US.
Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived, and it took a long time for it to be delivered. Parking was $70 a night, and we were double-charged by both the parking attendant and the front desk staff. This issue hasn't been resolved yet. My overall impression is just so-so.

Our favorite hotel in LA. Pool and food are amazing!
This place offers an amazing location, making it convenient and enjoyable for visitors. The staff members are very good, always friendly, attentive, and helpful, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their stay. The combination of a prime location and excellent service creates a truly satisfying overall experience.
The lighting was a bit dim, and the light switches were confusing and hard to figure out. Adjusting the hot water was also a bit tricky. Overall, it was still pretty good.
Atmospheric decor with a nice vibe and super helpful staff. Destination fee is charged in addition to room fee.
The location is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and it's very new. However, once you arrive at the hotel, you'll need to pay several tens of dollars per day. Please note this.
The staff are friendly and the cafe on the first floor and rooftop pool are great. It's in an affiliated building and is small, but it has a working room which is very convenient. Be careful about the price as there will be additional payments and destination fees charged on site.

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are great and the service friendly. Do consider the parking situation though - the only on-site parking is valet and costs $71.50 per night (as of July 2024)

Before leaving, I asked the hotel staff to exchange the voucher for two lattes to go. The hotel was also very quiet, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering street views 🏙️. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Close to Hollywood sites. I can see why ear plugs are in the room. The walls are paper thin. Could hear every conversation in nearby rooms and every door closing, every car driving by. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work.

Despite being close to tourist spots, it's surprisingly quiet, a nice escape from the usual hustle and bustle and the homeless population often found near such areas. The hotel's security is excellent, and the surrounding environment is clean and safe.
The hotel's location is decent, but the rooms are generally small. My double room felt really cramped; there was no space to open my 28-inch suitcase, and even a 24-inch one would have been a struggle. We both loved the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary Uber service is very nice too! Thank you again!
Close to UCLA. Rooms are clean and comfortable but Near the feeeway, can be noisy. Require valet parking $45 per day, expensive and inconvenient. Breakfast a the best, only pay tip.
5 minutes from Getty & 20 minutes from Rodeo. Great location. 4-5pm complimentary wine, 4-6pm happy hour, and complimentary breakfast at 17th floor. You can enjoy sky line of a whole West Hollywood & LA.
The $45 parking fee is way too expensive; you can find free street parking nearby. Just remember to take your valuables with you to prevent theft. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and any issues I had were quickly resolved by Ctrip. Be aware that there are homeless people in the vicinity, so stay safe.
The room was spacious and very clean. We were also offered a free early check-in. The hotel environment is excellent, and they provide a free shuttle to the Getty Center, along with complimentary breakfast. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view. The only drawback is that the room isn't very soundproof, so there was some noise from outside at night.
