This hotel is made up of makeshift rooms with very poor soundproofing. People talking in the hallway can be heard clearly in the room, and the door locks are broken. The breakfast provided is very basic. I forgot to leave a large cervical pillow in the hotel, and when I went back to look for it, I couldn't find it! The front desk told me that the cleaning staff hadn't seen it!

There are some issues with the ceiling, looking kind of icky. But everything else was superb immaculate. The maid service was good. The front desk man named Tony took care of everything that I needed and was very helpful. I had been in a mind at the airport and he was able to help me feel at home and comfortable until I was able to get it straightened out. Great workers here at this hotel.

The room was VERY NOISY, all day & night. Stains on walls/doors, broken lamp, door looks like it had been broken into at some point. The one chair in the room was completely stained, we wouldn’t dare sit in it or put our stuff on it. Floor was creaky.

Very very very Friendly people. The girl during the day is super awesome and they guy at night with the curly hair and very nice. I pulled in one night and there was no parking spot he offered for me to park in his spot and actually moved his car too so I could park my truck there. That’s 5 star service!!!!!! This has been the best hotel I’ve stay since i started traveling here from Atlanta Ga and that started late February!!!!! Thank you!!!! Yall are the best and I’ll spread the word that yall are the best!!!! The area may not be the best to stay in but the staff including the housekeeper all friendly

The person at the reception counter was great. Very polite and fast. The room itself was OK but the shower flooded the entire floor. The water didn't get hot. There was a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor and someone flicked a lit cigarette into my room at like 3 o'clock in the morning. And the amount of noise all night with people fighting and screaming and stomping on the stairs I might have gotten an hour of sleep. It was the worst day I've had anywhere in over 20 years and I travel a lot. So overpriced for what you get. Bummer. Oh yeah and the bonus someone pissed on my car and left their pants beside it. Sweet though I got a nice pair of acid washed piss pants

For me it was a great stay. Very convenient to freeway. Stayed 14 days wish I could of stayed longer. Room service was excellent done every day. They catered to my parking needs. I have a full size truck with lots of equipment never did I have a problem. Clean rooms a nice clean towels and sheets everyday. Work in the fires so coming back at end of day to a clean place was very nice. Just wish I could stay longer.

Flies and mosquitoes are rampant, the bed sheets are black, and the hygiene conditions are very poor.
