I LOVED the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Location and view across the water was lovely. Great amenities include large pool, free water bottles & refill stations and bikes for a cycle along the front. Oh and onsite Starbucks! I’d recommend if you’re staying downtown San Diego.

I am currently staying at this hotel for a conference. The hotel gives you the option to check in ahead of time in the app! I didn't do that, but as soon as I got there, I was able to get into the line for the Hilton Honors loyalty and service was quick and friendly. I cannot remember the name of the individual who helped me, but if management is able to pull the person who helped check me in at the front desk, BRAVO to the young gentleman who was kind and knowledgeable.
I called ahead to let them know I currently have a broken foot limiting my mobility and asked if I could please be situated near the elevator, which the person on the phone was happy to accommodate.
There is a Starbucks and a really yummy acai bowl place right around the corner but you have to go to the first floor (not main lobby) and it's just a short

My family and I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago and not only was the hotel great but the staff were welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. We got a great deal for a future vacation through Armando with Hilton Grand Vacations, who was very professional and informative. We're very happy we met him.

After checking into the hotel, I was suddenly charged a resort fee on my credit card in the middle of the night.
1. When booking through the Booking.com website, there was absolutely no clear indication that there would be a resort fee!
2. During check-in, the hotel staff only mentioned a deposit that would be refunded upon checkout. They did not mention anything about a resort fee, yet the fee was charged later in the middle of the night!
3. At checkout, the staff still did not mention this fee.
I will never stay at this hotel again. They attract customers by advertising low prices on the booking site, which does not clearly state the resort fee. Even during check-in and checkout, the hotel staff failed to inform me of this charge. I only found out after noticing the charge on my credit card. This is clearly deceptive and dishonest to customers!

Overall awesome hotel! Great location and exceptional service. Very energy conservative, I had to request my thermostat be unlocked each day as it would reset to 70 or be off when I would return to room after being away for several hours. Annoying, but I understand.
Staff are phenomenal. Paul checked me in and was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and amenities. I spent a good bit of my time in Odysea lounge. Dennie, Shayla and Larry took good care of me! And the servers worked hard on the floor keeping surrounding customers satisfied. Shout out to TJ and Shannon!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is across the street from the gas lamp district and only 10-15 minutes from the airport. The front desk reception was very welcoming and informative about places to visit.
Safety is important to me so this hotel is a Very safe property with security and cameras everywhere and a visible smoking section so you can relax during your stay
Staff were also super efficient when I asked for a hair dryer.Amazing service! I was on the 25th floor and the hair dryer was waiting for me on my door by the time I returned. The market they have there has everything to eat and a wine selection and bakery that is convenient if you don’t want anything heavy after traveling all day and the wine was a great nightcap to go with my sand which .
The room had a huge window with a great view of the Coronado bridge. And the room had a window seat to sit a watch the boats and traffic below. The night time view was beautiful and relaxing after being out all day. The beds were so comfortable I almost didn’t want to leave my bed and the television streaming services were very convenient.
The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower with amazing pressure. Perfect for muscle pains.
I cannot wait to stay at the Hilton again if they are all this comfortable and pleasant.

40 minute wait with 21 open tables and only 10 people in line at the buffet. Hostess argued that her computer didn't show that. Suggested she remove her head from computer and check reality. Diamond status means nothing. Poor service and couldn't care less. This place fits perfectly with the full service means no service mantra.

EDIT below: Great place to recharge your batteries during Comic Con! My friends and I eat here at least three times during CCI weekend, every year, and have never had a problem. The service was always good, the brunch selection great and very tasty, and dinners nice. Even did some celebrity spotting.
EDIT: Went there last night and the service was AWFUL! Couldn't get our order right and our party was only nine people. Unless something drastic changes, we will NOT be going back. Ever.

I been there several times，sometimes we have NOT BAD service，but today we had horrible service. They gave us their attitude to make us order more and charge something we did not order. dissappointed at Hilton restaurant training. No customer first attitude. Shame on it.

Great for dining with a view. Sunday brunches are heavy on the breakfast side, but no lunch/dinner food selection. Made to order omelets are awesome. Would like this spot even more if they added some lunch type items to the selection so that it would be a true "BRUNCH" Breakfast/Lunch experience.
