I seem to be challenged by the remote control for the television. Thankfully, it was possible to get instructions from a staff member. He helped me by showing me how to find the guide.
I didn’t realize that housekeeping is done every other day. We wanted clean towels the second morning of our stay and was able to pick up clean towels at the reception desk.
Staff was friendly. Was a weird smell in the room and hallways.
Coffee was horrible. Breakfast was served at the Homewood suites and was always cold eggs, cold sausage etc
