Wonderful
Great stay there was an elevator for the top two floors it was quiet and I slept very well there. I wasn't asked for a deposit and the staff were friendly. I will definitely stay there again. I felt safe with the safety latch I'm place and I had a good view of my car. Microwave and refrigerator are a definite plus

Not the best. Outside was terrible random men standing around parking lot. Men sitting in there cars watching people come and go. Just didn’t feel safe.

It was so nice be in Milagro hotel
Nice ,quiet place and all the personal are so nice ,friendly respectful.
But the onky thing I didn't like is there is no wifi

Inconvenience
I've stayed here several times in the past two months and still the washing machine is out of service. I complained about it on each stay but still not working.

Just enough
Above par place. Nothing to write home about, however it’s a decent place, a bit pricey for the building type, but a place for a quick getaway to lay ur head. It was clean and no bible buds or rodents. Room are spacious tho.

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, hot shower, nice bathtub, my key always worked (sometimes I go to hotels and the key doesn't work--irritating), when I had difficulty getting out of a tight parking space on the property, the night manager helped me (at 4:30am!), which I really appreciated. Only problem--when I first got there to check-in, no check-in person was present, so me and some other guy had to wait 10 minutes, which was irritating. He and I both called the person twice asking for help and she finally came out and helped. That was the only drawback to the place. Well, and the parking can be problematic (the second night I got a spot where I couldn't be jammed in--where there was no possibility for anyone else's illegal parking to make it difficult for me to get my car out).

Room very dirty there was mold in bathroom, the housekeeper didn’t speak English the towel old and dirty you see the bedsheets.

Room is amazing!
For the price, the room was amazing and very comfortable spacious and clean. The environment is maybe not the best for young kids or travelers but for someone passing through or needing just a place to stay. This is a very very good option and I’m most definitely would use it again.

We had to wait a bit for our room to be given to us. Apparently there wasn't enough staff to register all of us who were waiting in the lobby. I think they should better coordinate the shift changes for customer service staff and/or do the check-in from the moment the customers arrive and from 3:00 pm only give out the keys (as a suggestion). The lady on duty was able to resolve the situation in the quickest and most objective way. Everything else seemed very good to me. Thank you.

Rather disappointing for how hyped up it was by the person who recommended Filippi's to me. I got fettuccine Alfredo, which was incredibly bland. It had no flavor whatsoever. It appeared to just be fettuccine drowned in plain cream. Then there was the server, a male with a beard. He was incredibly inattentive, and I had to interrupt his personal conversation with 2 other employees standing in the dining room behind me to ask for refills. He never stopped to check if we needed refills or how it was after dropping off food, only came by to give us a check when we were done. The prices were reasonable at least...

I found this place to have reasonable prices and good food. My family has been going there for years(since the mid 80’s)! Staff on the other hand can be hit or miss, etc. This opinion is thoroughly educated. When placing a to go order tonight it felt like the person on the other line was a police dispatcher. I was greeted with zero to no good ol fashioned respect! Maybe to go isn’t the way to go I’m guessing. Last time I attempt to make a to go order. To whom it may concern! Please train front end staff some basic customer service. It would mean a great deal to your new and returning customers.

They are usually able to handle a large group. My lasagna was great and I love the large antipasto salads.

I have never been disappointed visiting the Chula Vista location. Each location seems to have their own version of the chicken parmesan coating and the Chula Vista location has THE BEST - trust me, you will love it!
This is my first time going at lunch and it was lightly populated. By the time I left at 12:48 PM it was practically full. That says a lot about a restaurant. ;-)
