It was freezing cold inside.

The hotel is conveniently located near BART and MUN, and just steps from the city hall. The facilities are old, but for the price, it's acceptable.
The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible; you can hear people walking upstairs clearly.
The room I was given the first night was the worst one imaginable, but the room I got the next day was much better!
Perfect for solo travelers who want to come back and sleep soundly!

The hotel is quite dated and feels dirty (even though it's clean). The Tenderloin area was something to avoid a couple of years ago. Now, it's not one of the best, but it's not too bad, and it's close to downtown and well-connected. For the price, I would stay at the hotel again.

Pad thai with shrimp and thai iced tea! Great service and always delicious. Thai iced coffee is also great as well.

Nice little Thai place with some communal tables and a nice atmosphere. Food was good and the service was quick and friendly.

Outstanding food, even if in a bad neighborhood. Definitely worth the trip. We were in Thailand this past summer and it brought back great memories of that trip. Authentic ingredients and preparations.

As a Lover of Thai (though being an American), I was pretty disappointed with this food. Service was very friendly, quick & the ambiance was nice (hence what you are paying for - SF prices here). We had 5 different dishes at our table: soup was actually quite good but the rest were mediocre to disappointing. Poultry & Pork we're noted to "ground" in the meat dishes order - quality of the meat was questionable, being tough & over cooked. Another dish was found to be bland. Lastly, we had 2 individuals with G.I. issues after eating - and they usually have iron stomachs.
Needles to say, I suggest you go elsewhere....find better quality & pay less.

Surprisingly good food and value for a museum cafe. Dim sum basket was 8 pieces for 8.5$. Lentil soup was great comfort food. Thai iced tea and blackberry lemonade completed the meal. Veg noodles and pork dishes available.
