Ray, is very nice and welcoming, Great attitude, greeted my guest and I on our way in. It was late night and we were exhausted. Our room was beautiful and getting a wonderful shower is oh my Very energetically refreshing after a taxing day and to get prepared for another.
Hyatt always make me feel Great as have great memories during extreme times. I just love knowing for sure a good breakfast will be available before starting my day where our first meal of the Day allows us to be prepared for anything!

First of all the hotel does not provide water and slipper in the room. Everything they provide is very minimal. Therefore I do not think it justify a 240 dollar a night. The hotel is extremely close to the airport roughly 4 mins with the hotel shuttle running as early as 5 am and I really appreciate that. The room is big enough to accommodate 4 people with 1 sofa bed and 1 big bed.

Checked in for one day only, rooms were quite big and spacious, liked everything about the hotel. Had to leave early because of our flight so couldn't see how the breakfast was
02.03.2025
The hotel is clean and the service at the counter is good. It is very close to SJC and takes about five minutes by car.
24.10.2024
Rich breakfast and convenient transportation.
22.07.2024
Good location, convenient parking, the traffic noise on the street is a bit noisy
13.05.2024
The hotel is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are old. The breakfast is American style, but average. It is safer to take the elevator by swiping a card. The check-in front desk is very professional, but it feels like they are unwilling to say a word, and they don't feel the slightest bit of enthusiasm. If your room faces the highway, the noise can be imagined, and it takes concentration to fall asleep. There is a huge parking lot, but the parking fee is very unfriendly and unpleasant.

This is great comfortable room, clean and spacious, friendly staff with helpful kindness. I appreciate. Shuttle service as when you travel to a new different country/city you are not always certain of the taxi/ did Uber directions, given. Language barriers and technology challenges. Always helpful assistance for early morning or late night travelers. Good food options close by and a kitchen and bar onsite. Good room at a good price.
08.01.2024
The location is good. However, the amenities and cleanness are not up to standard. The room phone is not working while there are many ants in the washroom too. Its breakfast is not bad though.

I had been here for couple of times. Staff is friendly and respectful. My kids love fries and burger.

Drive thru menu was on dinner/lunch menu. Order taker acted annoyed with me even after I told her I couldn’t see breakfast menu. Would’ve ordered more but it wasn’t worth the hassle.
12.09.2017
I was getting a new card from TECH-Credit Union and decided to get something to eat. I went to McDonalds next door of the credit union and placed my order only to find that the credit card scanner wasn't working. They placed my order on another register and find that my card hasn't been activated yet. I cancelled my order and left. They didn't get upset or anything.

Absolutely the pits. Our burger patties were the color of cigarette ash and resembled something my dog would have rejected. The fries were limp -- LIMP!! The rest room looked like a hog pen. We are off McDonalds for good. Never, NEVER again. I feel polluted.
