    The staff was amazing and the location is perfect to walk all around the Boardwalk and Wharf!!!

    We found hairs on the bed that were on the sheets and pillows, sand/dirt between the sheets, and the water in the tub wouldn't drain. The manager/front desk guy said he’d change our room but never did. The parking situation is terrible as well with very sparse areas to park. Thankfully we only stayed for one night. Never again!!

    Front desk staff was friendly and it was easy to check-in. Parking was easy as well, our room was clean a bit small but doable. The only thing that we were disappointed about was the pool which was not open and we were looking forward to spending sometime enjoying the pool. But overall our stay was great!

    We arrived after midnight, the staff were friendly and quick to get us to our room. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Limited parking.

    Front desk staff rude. Our rooms were not cleaned properly. Also in the middle of the night my Tesla recorded someone trying to break into my car and did capture him opening someone else’s vehicle and stealing. I was also charged extra for a towel t used after going to the beach and they considered it damaged. This stay was not satisfactory.

    The young man at the front desk was very patient and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. We’ll definitely be back.

    Clean room and property. Short walk to the boardwalk but virtually everything was closed.

    The staff were nice. The lobby and room were clean. The size of the room was smaller than the picture depicted. It was quite noisy in the morning. The room was comfortable.

    The bed covers had blood stains. And the shower pressure was so mad it took for ever to shower it was jus like a drizzle.

    Its location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner was so noisy, it kept running for the whole night and kept generating unpleasant noise during our sleep. Also, the microwave was not functioning properly, it couldn’t be used after just a few minutes of microwaving food (which we think it failed due to overheating), and we had to wait for more than 10 minutes before it could be used again. We had to move the microwave from the shelf under the TV to another locaton so that it can be cooled down faster.
