While the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are spacious. It's well-managed, spotlessly clean, and the staff provide warm, friendly service. Plus, breakfast is included. Highly recommended!

Hotel is definitely old and gives an antique look. Room was spacious and comfortable. There was microwave , and cutlery available which is very convenient if you are staying with a kid. Room was old but very clean. Bathroom was spacious and well lit. Complementary breakfast was basic. They provide coffee , tea, yogurt, fresh fruits etc, which I found is still better than sone of the hotels which do not provide anything and charge you a fortune . The location of the hotel is close to union square but the street beside the hotel was not safe . We were made aware of the same by the person at the reception. They told us to avoid that street. Our overall stay was good .

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Union Square. The building itself has a charming vintage facade, and the lobby is stylishly retro. My room was very spacious, featuring a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, which was incredibly convenient for preparing simple meals or reheating takeout. There's a small supermarket directly across the street that stocks fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel provides a simple Western breakfast (bread, coffee, or tea) and complimentary wine and cookies in the afternoons. While you may encounter homeless individuals in the surrounding area, this is fairly typical for urban centers.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean! The hotel boasts a superb location, with many popular photo spots just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a microwave, which is handy for warming up ready-made meals from the supermarket.

• The oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, without a doubt—both in terms of building age and facilities
• The elevator is extremely dim, as if they’re too stingy to replace the bulbs with brighter ones
• No central air conditioning; the radiator is extremely noisy and has to be turned on/off manually (temperature cannot be adjusted)
• The carpet is very dirty
• The bed has a blanket under the duvet, but the blanket is so dirty that I had to remove it and just use the duvet, which was barely acceptable; the pillowcases weren’t very clean either
• The tissues had a strange smell
• The windows were dirty, and the curtains were difficult to adjust
Overall:
I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews—I feel completely deceived. I would never stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous food, atmosphere and service. Mind you, the prices may seem high, but you get what you paid for. Great for large parties since servings are family style. I had to finalize the menu in advance, but you can customize it and even chose the title on the menu for the gathering.

The restaurant is off an alley, which is hard to spot. The Le Colonial neon sign points the way. Outs an unassuming entrance, but once you get inside, it's marvelous. Looks to be an old Victorian how converted into a restaurant.
The food was great too. I wasn't wowed by their spring rolls, but the Pot An Pho was absolutely incredible.

Ok. Maybe my review is a little harsh. Normally I don't deduct for poor service. But they got my friends order completely wrong. As in wrong item. No offer of discounting barely an apology. We had a show to make so no chance of getting the right item. We requested another table but were told they had a reservation for the other table. It sat empty the entire time we were there.
Food would have been 4 star. Nothing spectacular. More upscale than most but flavors kind of flat.
I'd skip. Many other better choices in the area.

Came here for a team dinner with my company. Michelle made it easy to organize and order for everyone, while be conscious of dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and tasty! Be aware: they have a dress code here!

Excellent location. Atmosphere definitely resembles old French colonial buildings in Saigon. Food was very good. Had the oxtail bowl. Bone marrow with mushrooms was amazing. Highly recommend for intimate evening.

This place was almost completely empty when I entered for breakfast, and that made me question my decision to eat there. I had the eggs benedict, and they were delicious though on the high-priced side. I did not like the chairs that they used at the dining tables semicolon not having a back on a stool makes it very uncomfortable.

My wife and I had breakfast there. Staff were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great. Open floor plan and natural lighting adds for a nice atmosphere. The big plus was that the music was mostly 70's top 40 and the volume was subdued.

The service is so BAD here. The food is alright. The drinks are decent, but the service is sad. The food is over priced for what you get, expect to wait a long time for your food to arrive once you order. I don’t recommend this place ? This place is covfefe.

We were served pretty quickly, but the food took 45 minutes to get to us. People who arrived later than us got served first too. Check out the Eggs Benedict... or rather, the sad attempt at it.
