The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be better. The offer rooms with fridge and microwave, which for a week-long stay is quite handy. The lobby is quite nice, has living space and co-working areas. They also offer complimentary coffee and cold water, and occasionally fresh fruits. The staff is professional and attentive, they always try to help out with whatever the customer needs. It is my third stay here and will definitely come back.

Great location—easy to get everywhere. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the coffee maker downstairs is a nice perk.
However, there was a significant amount of black mold in the corner of our room (501), which was concerning. Our room was also the only one on the 5th floor with a wall directly against the elevator shaft, and it was quite noisy—it sounded like an airplane every couple of minutes. I’m assuming rooms ending in “01” on other floors may have the same issue. I really hope we don’t get sick!
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I just hope the mold issue is addressed promptly for future guests.

Nice hotel for a stay in SF. You got everything you need right there in a safe area of the city. Would recommend the breakfast which is offered at a little restaurant right next to the hotel. The rooms aber small but completely fine and the services is cleaning once a day

Great location. Stephano helped us out and was very professional and nice- he gave us great recommendations for site seeing.
The hotel is connected to a very nice bar with a great selection. Breakfast was awesome. I recommend the french toast.

Club Quarters SF is a pretty awesome deal for those looking to stay in the city. It’s located very conveniently snuggled between Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Embarcadero. Rooftop access is wonderful night or day, the staff is very friendly and prompt.
Rooms are clean and comfy HOWEVER (and this was my husband’s primary complaint, not mine) the TV’s do not work properly. We even had hotel maintenance come check it out and they still messed up. You can’t even connect to Google Chromecast.
There was also a bleach stain on our floor that was pretty unsightly. They mentioned free continental breakfast but it was just fruits and granola bars at the coffee station.. what they really want you to do is go to the restaurant next door and spend money there. Whatever lol.
A bonus for me was being able to use Capital One travel points to get a major discount on our stay!
Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay in an alright part of the city.

really clean, efficient, nice staff, love the 24/7 front desk. they also were super helpful tagging and holding my luggage for me. I was able to check in and out with ease, and used their fitness room too. small but enough equipment to workout! pretty close to the water which is nice, and love the chilled water and guest request closet

The check-in kiosks were down for quite a while upon arrival. Couldn’t check into the room until they were fixed. No food or drink beyond coffee or tea; not including room service.

We love this hotel. The location is very convenient where you could find the cable car station, take a walk to the ferry building and fisherman market. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Super yummy fried chicken. The City salad is huge. I ate half of my salad and 1 piece of chicken for lunch and took the rest home for dinner. The deviled eggs are just ok, need something to give them some kick maybe. Popovers are good but its weird that they give you 1 piece and then walk away. I don't eat a ton of bread but still think its odd. Fries are good. You can get an order of fries even though they aren't on the menu.

Excellent atmosphere, food quality and service. Our server Joe was awesome, gave us fine-dining quality service and the burger was REALLY GOOD. Great selection of cocktails and wine as well. The only reason I give it 4-stars is because we had a weird issue with our card being charged a few times, but they ended up resolving it.

For what it's worth, our server didn't know who Tyler Florence is.
The atmosphere was awesome. Definitely 5/5. It's a very cool spot with a great feel.
The food was 3/5. This was definitely the biggest disappointment. I have made several of Tylers recipes and had high hopes crushed by mediocre food. With that said, the donuts were actually amazing, they just didn't make up for the rest.
I only got one drink, my wife got a glass of wine, but the drink was top notch. A great variation on a typical old fashioned that was well balanced and delicious.
The service was ok. Pretty average for an upscale restaurant. The server tried hard and did well enough, I just can't get over that he didn't know who Tyler Florence was.

Absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable and the food paralleled. The steak and chicken will leave you more than satisfied.

Food and service are good. We sat downstairs with booth-like table for six. The table is long enough to seat three on each side. However, that length makes it difficult for the waiter/waitress to serve or reach the two seated on the inside. Wine glasses, water glasses, have to be passed to the outside to be filled and dishes have to be passed the opposite direction to reach the two persons seated furthest in. Kind of an annoyance throughout the meal.

Awful food, bartender for a private event was rude..small seating for 5 people.nobody to pick up dirty dishes. Served cheese (old)with salami and no crackersI left early and would never have a event there. Bummer since that is what I do..oh well..

Visiting from San Diego and wanted a place to get a drink away from the Pier 39 crowd. Great atmosphere, good drinks and nice happy hour prices. Came in on Friday around 3:45 and place was full and lively,with good music.

Great happy hour and one of the only ones in the financial district that goes past 6pm. $8 glasses of good wine and lots of small bite options. Cheese board is not on happy hour menu but is substantial and delicious!

Every dish I've ever had here has been cooked perfectly. They have all had great flavor. The portions are a little small, but that leaves room for an appetizer or dessert. The servers are very attentive as well.
