Very beautiful hotels with high floors. Excellent experience during Christmas in San Francisco.

Super breakfast and good gym. Rooms are clean and nice.

It is old hotel. Facilities are not modern but staffs are friendly. Location is perfect and just walk 5 mins you can take all kinds of buses and trains.

I have to say, the room and facilities were pretty good, and the location was decent too. However, one issue made me feel this hotel was a bit of a rip-off. I had previously booked a room through Trip.com for October 16th to 18th. At the time, it showed that in addition to the room rate, an extra 294 RMB (approximately $41 USD) would be charged upon arrival. But according to the receipt from the hotel, they actually charged $49.20 per night. I believe this is a case of the hotel not clearly disclosing fees and abusing its charging rights. What was even more frustrating was that when my son checked in on the evening of the 16th, he dined at the hotel restaurant. The hotel only informed him that he could spend $35 for free each day, but failed to clarify that this amount was not cumulative. This led him to mistakenly believe he could use a total of $70 over two days at once, resulting in him paying extra unnecessarily.

I emailed the hotel's general email and the Hilton receipt email yesterday, but received no response. This afternoon, I raised the issue with Trip.com, and surprisingly, the compensation was refunded within an hour! I really have to commend Trip.com! From now on, I'll definitely stick with Trip.com for my travel arrangements – they're reliable, professional, and efficient!

Room was spacious, very clean though it looked outdated. Staff were friendly. But the curtain was too thin, outside light came into the room. I got a great deal with Trip.com, low room rate, no resort fee for my room type, maybe due to off peak season.

The location is excellent, excellent, excellent. It's super convenient to get everywhere. Everything else was fine. There's a Chinese-speaking waitress in the breakfast area who was very enthusiastic and helped us by explaining things and saving us money.

People working there were so nice.
Even San Francisco is not safe area anymore, this hotel was safe, clean, and nice.

Near by the Bart station. 24 hours Fastfood nearby. Walkable distance to tourist attractions.

The hotel does not provide complimentary water in the room, so you will need to ask for it at the reception if you wish to receive it in the room. You can later refill the water at any water machine located in the hotel.
