The new furniture was nice, bed was comfortable. There was a lot of traffic noise from A1A highway. There was a persistent, loud whine from the surge protector behind the tv. Told the desk agent and later texted them but to no avail. Bathroom needs updating. Not a bad room for the money if you just want to stay on the beach all day. Walking distance from a pharmacy and a convenience store.

No safety lock on the door, clock wasn't even plugged in, an outlet wasn't working, & just seemed old & not nice condition the room. the staff was very nice though.

The hotel had a newer feel to it with a pleasant staff . The property was very clean as was the room and pool . Having a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and stove would be helpful for an extended stay. The service was quite good. I called the front desk to inquire about the hair dryer not working. A repairman arrived quickly. It turned out it was plugged into the wrong port.

I chose this option because I wanted to catch an early flight; the airport bus doesn't start running until 5 AM.

On checkout day, my child forgot their iPad in the room and it was taken to the front desk for safekeeping. We retrieved it there after the cruise ended, which was really great! 👍

The bathroom shower had a significant amount of mold. Coffee pot was at least 40 years old and badly stained. Furniture and decor were dated. Unsure that blanket had been washed, but it was very worn. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Towels were very thin/cheap.

I stayed 2 nights with a friend who was there for a week. Yes, older units, but who cares? We came for the weather and the beach, both of which were perfect! Unit had a small kitchen, but we were able to cook. Sunday Farmer's Market was nearby and added to our Publix purchases. Host was very helpful on arrival. If I came back to the area, I would certainly look at staying here again!

Confusion over pricing/deposit taken or not taken .... policies should be clearer and adhered to for owner and guests sake. But good location in a pleasant area very close to beach.

Had a great stay at Manhattan Tower recently! Russel, Michael, and Reyna were all fantastic! The property is beautiful, with well appointed rooms, a pool, and a cafe/restaurant at the back.
