Room wasn’t ready even though we didn’t get there till 2pm. I understand that check in starts at 3pm technically but I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have rooms avail early. No hotel shuttle even though website says there is a hotel shuttle. No business center even though website says there’s one. This hotel wasn’t ready to open but they opened anyways

We weren’t guests at this hotel, our shuttle actually dropped us off at the wrong address. However, Casey (sp?) at the front desk greeted us, figured out the issue, called the correct hotel to arrange transport and even offered to have their driver take us over. She offered us a place to sit with our bags and a water while we waited. We apologized for mixup over and over and she handled the situation with a smile the entire time. Next time we’re in Miami I know where we are staying. Thank you Casey!!!

As you can see this states that it has a shuttle and it does NOT. They give you a bogus email for reimbursement and they do NOT respond.
Terrible costumer service - staff needs to be trained. Only one woman upon leaving was pleasant. They don't offer water to Hilton honors members, let alone acknowledge them, confirm your stay, or even ask for ID!
Also electrical sockets don't all work and there's no real closet. Things just hang off a pipe. Weird "modern" concept. Only plus is that shampoo etc. Are bottles you take from and helps cut down excess plastics of the little bottles.
A terrible disappointment. Don't stay here !!!

Simple and comfortable hotel, nice technology in the rooms, plenty of plugs and nice big TV with Netflix and such. I absolutely loved the beautiful views from the top floor free breakfast. I even got the outdoor terrace to myself and thought about my busy day ahead, was really relaxing. I’ll be back.

This place advertises a shuttle to get you to and from the airport. This is a lie. They do NOT have a shuttle. After waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle, we called to find out where it was and they told us we could "just take a taxi". ($20.00!)
We also had to find a ride the next morning back to the airport. I was extremeley disappointed in this as a shuttle is on their list of amenities.
ALSO, once in the room, we went to get some ice. No ice buckets. We went to the desk and were told to 'just take the paper cups from the bathroom, unwrap them, and carry them down to the ice machine and fill the cups up, one at a time from there. WTHeck?
Lastly, for a room that was SUPPOSEDLY cleaned really well, due to Covid, I was surprised to find human hair on the shower walls. I have red hair and the hair on the shower wall was very dark and short. Def not mine.
I asked for the hotel to refund my taxi costs but so far, no manager has reached out to me regarding my concerns.
Albeit to say, I will NOT be staying at a TRU ever again. UGH!
