The guy at the front desk he was so pleasant and welcoming I am sorry I didn’t get his name but he was there when we checked in on Friday after 6pm and he was very warm and cheerful. We needed that after our long flight. It was easy and smooth process to check in the room was extremely clean and tidy. It was very spacious the water was very hot throughout the duration of our stay. We normally book Extended Stay America Hotels when we travel and they never ever disappoint.

This hotel is super run down, musty and overall it needs a major overhaul and renovation. The lighting is horrible, the bathroom was outdated and there was water damage to the sink cabinet. The towels in the bathroom were DIRTY or stained either way gross. The kitchen and appliances are outdated. I would NOT stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

discovered two live colonies of German roaches — one in the alarm clock by the beds and another by an outlet in the kitchenette. The carpet was badly stained, the vinyl flooring was cut in four places, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room. There were also no trash cans provided, and the bathroom showed signs of black mold, which I’ve taken photos of.

The room smelled like tobacco, I had to spray my perfume in order for us to really stay in this suite. The bed sheets on one of the beds, there was light brown stains. Inside the bathroom, there were not big enough soap bars and There could have been more effort put into this hotel.

Rooms and hallways are disgusting. Our room had no shower curtain. Some chairs were covered in mold and one chair had lots of let just say human fluids all over it. Probably one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. Half way trough the night i contemplated me and the family just sleeping in the car.

Place was clean but old. Did not have USB chargers. Did not reflect the amount of stars designated for this hotel.
Checked in early on the same day, but they charged me over $100 for an early check-in. Felt like although the check-in was early, they could have given me the room at no charge since it was available.

The staff was superb. Excellent customer service. The hotel is ok for a night or two if visiting Universal Parks. My low review is due to the fact that they advertise breakfast included when in fact all they offer is coffee and some tiny muffins. Better advertise no breakfast, or describe it as what it is...I really dislike deceiving advertisement.

Everytime I'm in the area for business, I stop at a Miller's. They have a great beer selection, and just about any type of food to fit your mood. It's a great place to catch a game with a group as well.

Everything Zinger... The Mountain Melt, the salad, the flatbread, and anything else with Zingers is awesome. Our server was one of the best I've ever had and we wanted for nothing. The beer selection is broad and it's all darn good. We will be going more often.

We came here for 2 nights in a row. They made us feel welcome and important. The food was amazing both evenings. Their specials make sure you get a bang for your buck

I love this place, it is an amazing place to bring friends for drinks and food. My waiter was very friendly and help make everything goes smoothly. Not a very expensive place to get food and alcohol. Whenever I am back in town, I will make sure I go back and check them out. I would advise anyone to visit them if they have a chance.

Every time I come here my steak is cooked perfectly. I'm a single mom so I love Tue night's kids eat free so I am able to go out and enjoy an adult drink and a meal without spending an arm and a leg. This is my go to on long Tue nights when I don't feel like cooking.

Convenient place after a day at Universal. Nothing to special but just classic Carraba's. Not too crowded when we got their, decent service and good food.

Service and food was very good. Never really have had bad food here. From time to time service and be a bit slow but that is very rare. Overall very good. As for pricing it's about the same as most of the chain restaurants in the area it is Orlando after all.

Great Italian food with friendly and hospitable staff. The only drawback to this location is that the prices seem to be a little higher here, presumably given the proximity to Universal Orlando. Overall, a great Carrabba's location!

ALWAYS has the best customer service! The food is always delicious and place is always very clean. The waiters go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant time. I would like to mention specificly one of the cooks Seth. He was awesome!!!! We sat in front of the cooks last night, and he made sure our plate was exactly how we wanted it. He even gave us an extra little side of Alfredo sauce :) Thank you Seth! And all of the lovely staff ??

Don't have lunch portion just dinner. So if go to have a lunch budget be aware.

As a local foodie, I set expectations for certain restaurants and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from this location. From start to finish, my experience was horrible. I ordered take out and once I arrived the bartender gave me my receipt to pay but I was told my order wasn’t even put it in, and that it would be next and should be done in about 30 minutes. First of, my order was wrong on the receipt even though I reiterated it over the phone and had it repeated back to me. Then I’m being asked to pay for an order that I was suppose to pick up but IT WASN’T EVEN PUT IN. No one even apologized or tried to accommodate me in anyway. Secondly, as I sat to wait in my car, the to go parking sign read a 20 minute parking limit, ironic being that the estimated time given to me exceeded their own parking limit. Once I finally received my food, I returned home to bring dinner. I ordered two steak and shrimp hibachi dinners and two sushi rolls...not cheap. The steak and shrimp meals had more potatoes than anything, I’ve never evened ordered hibachi that had potatoes in the meal. So as you can imagine, I was livid for paying an expensive meal just to receive potatoes. I will not be returning to this establishment, and as an individual who considers the quality of customer service, I would recommend others to go elsewhere or at least a different location.

Our chef, Kenny (I think), was hilarious. The food is always great. My dad has one of their frequent diner cards, and it was his birthday so we ended up having about $30 taken off the bill because of the rewards he had. They also sang to him and gave him a free cupcake. They have the best customer service.
