The room had problems, the TV did not work and the staff did not know how to fix it. Finally they moved us to a different room.

Only complaint is the parking- but the extra lot isn’t too far. Just confusing when you’re getting in late night.

Good stay. Hotel is clean and quiet. A parking fee of $12 per day was included but wasn't mentioned at check-in.

Wonderful experience....... Hello. My son had to be in this area for some important surgery for 3 days...so I came with him and his wife. I was very happy to find and enjoy this hotel since everything was up to expectations and beyond. Very clean, hospitable, great breakfast, comfortable beds and peaceful. Thank you for a very pleasant time to help overcome the stress of the surgery procedure....

Property is very well locate with plenty of restaurants within five minutes. Breakfast was good for a buffet. Room was very clean and quite. We has a king room with sofabed. Modern hotel. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff- they were very personable. Cold front desk staff at every interaction and stains on towels.

Surrounding area around hotel seemed nice enough. Rooms are fairly worn down. Bed was comfortable enough and served its purpose for the price and for one nights stay

Check in was awesome, Robert was helpful/informative . The room was clean, bath tub was a little dingy. Everything else is good.

The check in was great, friendly people at the desk. Had trouble with the key. I left my glasses in the cab or airport and couldn't see the tiny arrow to slot it correctly. They were so good to me before during and after the many times we tried several keys. Exceeded expectations For a cheap overnight stay I was beyond impressed!! Room had a microwave AND fridge which is hard to find in more expensive hotels nowadays! Room was very large, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again!

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Building is dated and location is urban which was unknown to me prior.

Hotel was comfortable. Friendly staff.

The location was great, the place was nice. Our room had an issue with power in the bathroom which kept going out. The front desk staff was aware of the issue and kept saying service would "flip a breaker", which would eventually fix the problem for an hour before it went back out again. This happened 3 times and the power was still out when we checked out. To the hotel's credit, we were comp-ed breakfast

Check in was easy. They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. The food was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day

It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better. I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere.

Great location and cleanliness

Location was ok, near to outlet malls and just 20mins from airport. Check in staff were not really paying attention to our requests, asked for connecting rooms and told us yes but when we went up, rooms were far apart from each another. Rooms were old and dated. No complimentary water provided.

Very good hotel, friendly welcome from the staff.

The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

While the room itself was nice, my stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I was injured by a metal piece sticking out from the bottom side of the bed, which left me with a wound that has now turned into a permanent scar on my leg. Despite properly and promptly reporting the incident , I was only compensated $52 for the resort fees by the front desk attendant. And no further contact has occurred...

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

Outside pool area is great. Rooms were newer and clean. Only reason not a 5 star is we arrived at 1am and our room was already occupied by another couple, so we were given a different room. Next night a group of people were booked into our room at 11pm. Good thing we had our night lock bar on. Other then these two issues everyone was very friendly. I think they had computer issues. It's great value for money, has a good location, and you can do laundry and cook there. It's fantastic!

This hotel is excellent! Highly recommended! The service, environment, location, and value for money are simply top-notch! We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful, convenient, and comfortable stay! The pool is also fantastic!

You can cook, travel easily, and there are many fitness facilities to choose from.

The hotel has a huge property with plenty of space, and there is a water park on-site (not included, extra fee). The rooms are a bit outdated but fairly clean. The description mentioned a washing machine, but it was not included in our room category. We were checked in earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus.

Everything was good. A good weekend getaway. Thank you. I've been going to Westgate my whole life. The memories are worth more than money

Room was ok but a lot of screws and nails in parking lot appears hotel staff repair guys sloppy.

This place was amazing. We got the grand suite with the jacuzzi tub and it had a view of the Disney Fireworks.. Staff was amazing. Room was immaculate.

The place is huge, and they have everything. The room was clean and everyone was so kind.

Clean and very spacious room. We stayed in a renovated room and they did an amazing job. The amenities were very nice after a long day at the theme parks. We will definitely come back again.

The room has a broken sofa and the door was damage. But it was good in general. I would come back there.

Reception and coffee shop staff were really friendly and polite . Resort and rooms were very clean and its in a great location to get to Universal, seaworld amd Disney with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are getting a bit tired looking but very clean. Ideal for families and value for money

The kitchen sink water was coming out slow, making a knocking noise when you turned it on called and they came to fix, the balcony door was off track hard to open we always come and their is always a water issue or tv other than that great place

The property was clean but could use some updating. The curtains were dirty, but the room was overall clean and spacious. Parking was plentiful, but returning late could mean a walk to the entrance. Nice, clean, sanitary, good service

The room is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The bed is a bit high. Suitable for meetings near the Royal Caribe Hotel because they are next door and in the same area, but the room rates are much cheaper.

Overall, I was very satisfied. First of all, the location of the hotel was great. It was close to major theme parks such as Disney World and Universal Studios, and the transportation was also good, so it was very convenient to access tourist spots. There were also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants in the surrounding area, so I had no trouble finding food or shopping.

The location is very convenient, the room is big, and there is a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland! You can make a reservation at the front desk for free! The breakfast is not very varied, but it is delicious! I stayed here for the early entry, and it was easy to use. More than that, the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. And the warm cookies we received upon check-in were delicious! It's about a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs. Everyone has their own opinion of whether that's far or close, but it's perfect for those who like to run and want to take a morning walk.

We stayed here for seven nights. The hotel offers hourly shuttles to Disney World theme parks, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Breakfast features an omelette station and a selection of pastries. The room is newly renovated and generally clean; however, we did encounter a large cockroach on the first or second night, which we attributed to the weather.

Beautiful and clean premises. We booked the three bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the patio with the grill outside was such a nice touch. My kids loved having their own rooms and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

Booked for a family holiday to Disney. This place is absolutely perfect. Location is within a few miles of all Disney Parks and Universal is very accessible. Clean and homely. Everything we could have wished for.

Staff was friendly, facilities were clean and nicely kept. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Check in was easy and staff was nice! Our room was the perfect place to rest after an unexpected long day at Universal. We chose this location due to proximity to the parks. There were restaurants and stores all around the property within walking distance.

Staff was great especially Sarah at front desk. Room clean, breakfast need to get OJ machine fixed. Overall 9.5 out of 10.

Place was clean but old. Did not have USB chargers. Did not reflect the amount of stars designated for this hotel. Checked in early on the same day, but they charged me over $100 for an early check-in. Felt like although the check-in was early, they could have given me the room at no charge since it was available.

I found a worm like bug on bed and I went and got Front Desk Clerk to show and she did come and see and she told us that was a problem that they have tried to get rid of time after time but bug was not harmful.

We stayed here and loved it. The staff was super friendly. They were super helpful. The breakfast is fab and go so don’t expect anything big, but your room does have a full kitchen.

This is really nice. Front desk was great. They did a very nice job. Enjoyed time here. Its was close to the parks so that was good.
