The location was great, the place was nice. Our room had an issue with power in the bathroom which kept going out. The front desk staff was aware of the issue and kept saying service would "flip a breaker", which would eventually fix the problem for an hour before it went back out again. This happened 3 times and the power was still out when we checked out. To the hotel's credit, we were comp-ed breakfast.

Check in was easy. They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. The food was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day

It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better. I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere.

Location was ok, near to outlet malls and just 20mins from airport.
Check in staff were not really paying attention to our requests, asked for connecting rooms and told us yes but when we went up, rooms were far apart from each another.
Rooms were old and dated.

Nice place to stay. Towels at the pool for guests to use and plenty of places to eat, plus it is across from another center with more restaurants including an excellent Greek one. The convenience store with coffee, pizza, and subs inside is convenient. Only downside is you have to pay over $20 for parking each night.

We booked a room with two queen beds and they didn't have one, but they upgraded us to a hospitality suite. Very pleased with the customer service. Clean and spacious room with mini-fridge and microwave, and free parking. We will definitely be back.

At 10:10 this morning I made a reservation for 3 to visit this restaurant. We had many options in the Magical Dining month but chose this place because it's menu looked fabulous AND they had extended their magical dining until
October 12th. When we got to our reservation, they were no longer serving this menu because "we are going to be very busy with conventions and such". I looked up the info to prove to them they were on there and they were no longer listed at all. So, they removed themselves but only after my reservation. Waiter was going to talk to the manager but didn't. He never mentioned again. Had I not parked all the way down the street at the parking garage (per google maps directions) and walked my half crippled mom all the way there, I would have left and eaten elsewhere. But she was exhausted from the walk so we stayed.
Food was great. Erik (with a K) was a great as well. Wasn't his fault but bad taste in my mouth so won't return. So many other delicious options and would hope to be more understanding and courteous.

Visited for magical dining. Food was amazing and so was our service. Our waiter, Alfredo was superb. Highlights were the surf turf and new York style cheesecake (low quality pictures attached). Strong 5/5 will be visiting again.

The mojito was legit the best drink I've ever had in my life. Delicious and consistent. I had 6 over the course of 2 nights.
We went there for a group event. The menu was limited and steak was cooked medium for everyone. I think the quality suffered. I didn't love the dinner. The desserts were also just meh. The drinks, however, were amazing!

I love this restaurant! The ambiance is so wonderful and the food is amazing. I have been to Cuba Libre 5-7 times in the last year and was never disappointed. The staff is very accommodating and would definitely recommend them for great night out with friends and family.

Would be one star but the food was pretty good. I heard the service in Orlando was bad but this made me a believer. My sons kids meal came with a free drink but since we ordered a kids sized milk before we ordered food the waitress said we had to pay for it. I had to argue over a free kids milk? Who does that? Also they don't validate parking. Or maybe just not mine. Bad service!

Food was good. No issues. Service sub-par but typical for Orlando. No silverware, no napkins, Soda flat, had to keep getting up to ask for stuff because staff to busy watching YouTube videos and laughing. Guess what? Not busy because we were the only table. Compared to the other 10 JR's I've been to it's obviously just the lack of Customer Service training and attention to detail that's basically inherent in 90% of all businesses around Orlando. Maybe because 80% of customers will never return because their vacationing here and most likely won't be back for years or never. But being a local it kinda sucks. Again. FOOD was good. Shakes good. Staff smiling and helpful once asked. So stop by and eat it's good food. But don't be surprised by lack of service it's pretty much everywhere here in Orlando not just restaurants.

I had Carol as my server on 6-3-17. I had just come from a very expensive restaurant and I was upset with their service. I saw Johnny Rockets and decided to give it a shot. I hadn't been since I was a child, so I didn't really remember what it was like. The inside takes you back to the 50s (I'm in my 20s), and it really is like a diner! Everybody was dressed and looked like they were fr that era, it was magical! Carol greeted us and was super nice and even engaged with us in our conversation. She did little things that we haven't seen before like smiley face ketchup-it was adorable! Here we were in this little restaurant that sat 89 people and it was 1/4 the price of the place I had just come from, but the food was fantastic, and Carol had such an awesome attitude it was definitely worth going!
They have vegetarian options (super yummy), and really good fries as well! The only issue is the parking, but it isn't their fault.they also aren't a 'big enough' restaurant to comp parking, but it was only $4-no biggie!
I want to thank Carol for saving my Saturday date night (first in a long time)!
