******* reviews have let me down multiple times lately. This was not one of them. I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean. Not luxury, if you want carpet in your room or a workout room, look elsewhere. But if you want to make your coffee and walk a couple minutes to the beach and sit and contemplate life, you're in luck. Floor is tile... because beach sand. Shower floor is bathroom floor ... because beach sand. Bed was firm and comfortable enough that.i slept well all night. There is convenient parking in front. Pool looked nice enough but did not get a chance to use it. I'll be back... Probably with the family next time. Thank you.

Not clean at all.the floor is very filthy. Microwave exposed to microbacteria. Smell cigarette and the table is very sticky.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. If you’re expecting luxury this is not the hotel. Had the basics. Great location. We used the free trolley service for most of our trip. Hotel provided beach chairs and towels. Beach was across the street. Our room had a kitchenette which was great. Wish hotel room had more storage but other than that, I’d stay there again.

Very nice hotel, located 5 minutes by car and bus and 20 minutes on foot from the avenue of restaurants and 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. Clean and welcoming hotel.

The location of the hotel is not optimal, but bus stops are located close to it. The room was made daily and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Request for beach towel and extension of stay for several hours granted without any problem. I therefore recommend this establishment.

The service was okay, it's a pity that you can't pay the deposit in cash, only with a credit card, because you lose money due to currency conversion. Moreover, the hotel is in a good location, a bit far from South Beach but close to the beach. I recommend!

This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also. I only paid 100.00 through Groupon.

It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk. The room itself is not all that, our power went off in the middle of the night but it wasn't a big deal. You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start.

I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach. no food or drinks around. however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking. it is a deal for me.
