One elevator was broken the whole time I never saw any one working on it . The phone service was awful

Super bummed by this overall experience.
Overall a super nice location and enjoyed the adults only pool!
When we were arrived they said they would be bringing us a bottle of wine for being an ******* VIP member. Never arrived despite following up at the front desk. The elevator wait was at least ten minutes every time you needed to go up or down. Countless people complaining about it every time!
At check in we were told the Sky Bar would be open from 2:00-9:00. We made plans and were going to start our evening up there. Got there at 5 and it was closed. No signs, no explanations, staff didn't know why.
We texted the personal concierge multiple times and never got a response back. Sinks not draining, missing housekeeping supplies, etc.
Overall really disappointed that we chose this place for our trip

Room wasn’t ready early. Fine. Understood. But they gave us no sense as to when it would be ready and it wasn’t even ready after the 4pm check in time. Very frustrating.

I would not recommend anyone going there. I’m paying excessive Xmas holiday rates, but absolutely no service. Breakfast was ok, but house keeping was nonexistent. We have lunch & dinner plans daily and needed showering after beach & lunch, but rooms are never cleaned, often had to complain to get towels changed but room and trash never cleaned.
You just feel you’re being ripped off at these rates and yet they are unapologetic about not providing house keeping. When go to front desk to complain, there is always lines of guests waiting to do the same.
I have never experienced a hotel that I have to pay so much and no services are provided. It’s a very foul feeling to experience and they make you feel that there is nothing you can do as it’s no change and no cancellation. So they have your money no matter what you do. An exceptionally disgusting hotel. Let down by bad management.

There was no beach view, out of the 4 nights at the hotel, 3 of the night had no house keeping. Daily I’m shouting to front desk for fresh towel. They just don’t care despite complaints about no house keeping. Owners were not prepared to pay extra for staff during Xmas, yet charges customers crazy Xmas rates. Will never go there again!!

I was very disappointed at this hotel.
The rooms are dirty, staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming, this hotel definitely needs some upgrades.

Views are very nice - the beach chairs are alittle bit old - the main problem is the noise from the AC units - it’s so loud hou don’t want to go on our patio or on the rooftop terrasse.
Food at the restaurant is very poor and the food counter to take out is below average

The front desk clerk was mostly hospitable. Excellent and pleasant service from Caroline. It’s a a celebration for my nephews birthday . Caroline made this visit memorable! Thanks for all your great work Caroline.

Horrible. They added BBQ sause to a Hawaiian pizza and no ham. The worst pizza in North Miami Beach and $32 for it. Horrible

Used to go here once in a while but the fat unfriendly owner was coping attitude while making my sub one day and I decided I will not go ever again. I understand if an employee making $8\hr is having a bad day, but the Owner?!?! They also charge $1.50 for the extra slice of cheese.

Good Service, price is more expensive than other subways in the area. Been able to visit multiple locations the same week, this location is the only one with diferent prices. I requested special of the day and they stated the the daily sub special was removed long tine ago from the menu forsing customers to pay $3 to $4 extra for the same combo you will get on a subway 5 minutes away from that location on the special price.

This Restaurant is amazing just to even start off how the owner really cares about the community he had hosted our synagogue for the services because we had no place to go after Hurricane Irma. They even served refreshments for everyone who was there especially during the services food was delicious I truly recommend everyone to come here!
