Room was dingy,windows were dirty, overlooked a car park which was constantly noisy.Happy hour was a bonus,received no bottle of wine in room which we did mention at reception and were told not entitled to!,There is no lift at property so had to lift all our luggage up a narrow staircase,so elderly or people who struggle lifting need to avoid this property

The staff were exceptional! We worked with three different people throughout our stay and each of them were so friendly and helpful. So many fun little perks staying here: the wine, breakfast, free waters and coffee, late checkout options. It was great for our needs. The location is in northern beach Miami so it’s not quite as touristy. More remote for sure. But it was a comfortable time! Would recommend.

Its a clean place to rest ur neck for the night. Clean shower. Tv was a bit confusing with 2 remotes. No elevator so if u have alot of luggage, be prepared to climb alot of steps. Bal harbor beach was gorgeous. Its a longer walk than what we were told but thats ok. The exercise was good. Couldnt find any beach towels that was offered. No fruit that was supposed to b offered 24 hours. Milk waa scarce in the morning. Only 1 coffee cup in the room. Overpriced for what it was. Then added fees of additional $70 which made the price up to $280. Would have been better off just going for a better room with better amenities

A speedy Check-in, the room was spacious! The staff were very helpful. It was cold when we were there so figuring out the hot water was a little challenging besides that everything else was good! Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that aspect.

We were greeted by such a friendly man at check in. He really made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is quaint, with a simple breakfast and small sitting area. Location is quiet, but it’s easy to get an uber and go to bayside marketplace to explore and have fun.

The hotel is fine; it's simple but very nice. The only downside is that it doesn't have curtains; only people and light come in. It's impossible to find a parking space.

Terrible service. They advertised a wine for the year 2014 but when I received it was 2015. When I brought this up to the manager, he was very rude and not accommodating. Wine prices are determined by year, someone who works in the industry should know this about wine. I would not recommend this place. Spend your money at a place that deserves your money and your time. There is a reason the location in Coral Gables closed down.

Food was not even good compared to other restaurants. Service was cancerous the waiter never comes to ask if we are doing fine and would only come if we asked. Food was overpriced with portions smaller than what Kim Jong Un would give to his people. On top of that they automatically charged 18% gratitude although the waiter did jack besides taking our order and bringing out our food. I would rather have dinner at a concentration camp with Stalin serving me rather than to eat here again. In all I wouldn't recommend coming here.

40 min wait for sushi and soup for a table of 2 that still hasn't arrived. Way understaffed. Got our miso that was lukewarm and tasted more like sweetened seaweed flavored pudding. Will never be back obviously.

Had dinner there with the family and enjoyed it. The staff was really good about the baby (he is 1) and they had selections for everyone's tastes. The wine menu is a little limited but otherwise a very good experience.
