Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, Surfside, Florida in Miami Beach

The Four Seasons Surf Club is the only reason I visit Miami. In a city known for its energy and crowds, this property offers a private, tranquil pocket that feels like a world away—yet remains close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space at the pool or on the beach, creating an uncrowded atmosphere. The five-star service here ranks among my top three hotel experiences in the last year. Starting the day with breakfast service at Lido is a genuine delight, and the staff—particularly Patch at the front desk, who is so sweet—make every interaction feel warm and personal. Between the two on-site restaurants, I highly recommend The Surf Club for dinner—it's exceptional.

Without a doubt, this is the most elegant, the classiest and most refined hotel in all of Miami. It is exclusive, it is super expensive and it is exquisite. The property doesn’t boast timeless elegance, it exudes it. The refinement doesn’t feel manufactured. It feels natural and intrinsic. The walls and the pillars speak to you and tell you about the history of the building and the property at large. My gushing above extends to the staff, the food, the bar and all the amenities of this hotel. The Michelin starred restaurant Thomas Keller is a little disappointing (see separate review). Otherwise, out of the many four seasons hotels, this one stands out as among the best of the best.

So overall this is an exquisite hotel. I have been three times. But this last time was the first time I would not give it 5 stars. Small things but just lacking in the same polished service as it used to offer. Food prices are outrag3eous. For 3 people it was nearly $200 for breakfast and the breakfast was truly mediocre. I could try to justify it if it was really wonderful but it was not. It is SUPER pricey and I don't mind spending the money which I do often but I need to feel like I am getting what I paid for.

We go to Miami every two years. We usually stay at Faena, but this time we decided to make a change and stayed at the Four Seasons Surfside. The hotel is very new and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and its design is quite relaxing. The restaurants and food were very good. The staff were very attentive. I think the fact that it was not overly crowded was definitely an advantage.

Without a doubt the best FS experience we have ever had and the most expensive. The building itself is so full of character and in such a wonderful area of surfside. Rooms are well appointed with all the mod cons and the most comfortable FS beds ever. Service on point pre stay, stay and post stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The area is not the cheapest area to frequent, and we were taken aback from some of the ridiculous pricing. However if you buy a ticket..... The main dining room area and bar is simply breathtaking with a wonderful service team. Simply exquisite!!!

This review is for the Restaurant The Sur Club. Being a huge fan of Thomas Keller, I wanted to try this restaurant in The Four Seasons Hotel . We were greeted immediately and escorted to our table. We did not like the location of the table, it was a booth . We requested a table with 4 chairs. They immediately took us to another table which was much nicer. The maitre D immediately came, introduced himself and they gave us the menu. We Sommelier was very knowledgable. We started off with Champagne and then moved on to an amazing wine, which was recommended to us. We tried a lot of appetizers family style, to sample as much as we can. I can honestly say each one was better than the other, the fois gras was the top winner. As an entree I split the Dover sole, which was excellent. The bottom line is this restaurant has delicious food, without foreign and weird ingredients. Everything was done to perfection. the service was not stuffy but very professional. I can't wait to go back. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

Chosen by Ferrari to host their Corso Pilota Sport event. The stupid upgrade was worth the money and the room was amazing. Special requests through the in house app were always full quickly and professionally. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
