It was such a beautiful hotel with Black Rock Beach right in front. You can see turtles at Black Rock Beach..

The check-in desk is important in any hotel. The facilities here are good, but the check-in desk and parking lot manager's service is poor compared to the price.

One of the traditional hotels on Kaanapali beach, great location, although is been there for 30+ years is still in good conditions.

This place is very well located directly on the beach and building 6 is overlooking the ocean and perfect for whale watching out your porch. The service is great but the front desk over the years has had very limited flexibility. Rooms are well appointed with microwave, fridge, coffee, and more :-)

So many issues I have with this place. May have just been here too long working. Most of the staff are wonderful people who have been through much turmoil due to the fires. Some others could use some " hospitality" training more demonstrations of " Aloha" for those at the property ( long term) for work trying to help the community. Never too much to ask as hospitality is the business.

This is the only resort we stay at when on Maui. The pool water should be a little warmer. Have experienced cold water in the pool for 15 plus years. Please consider increasing the temperature of the pool water. Truly enjoy the Sheraton Maui for all other resort aspects.

We love it here so much! I took my kids here for 5 days over Labor Day weekend in 2022, and we had never been to Maui. We fell in love with the hotel and the island. The room was great and so was the staff. The kids loved the pool, the game room, and the giant chess board. They also have a luau at the hotel and free activities on certain days. They have a parking garage, but they charge a daily fee. There was a cliff diving show every night off of Black Rock. That was cool. They also had live music down by the pool every evening.
