It was a wonderful stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed how close we were to everything. It was the perfect place to stay for a Christmas trip of shopping, dining and seeing a show.

Only gripe and this is not a big deal but the rooms used to have an alarm clock that contained usb ports which is very useful for me as an oversees visitor wanting to charge phone etc. without using 2 pin adaptors etc

these clocks are no longer available and there are now no usb ports in the room, its not a big issue, but it would be convenient to have them back

The hotel located in the midst of Hyde Park , Chicago. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We took public transportation to places which is very accessible. We will stay there again if we go to Chicago again.

From the moment we checked in until we left four days later. Front desk was very helpful with directions and recommendations that we requested. The room was very clean, quiet and well organized

He is also very professional and knows how to talk in moderation! It seems safe here, and most of the people staying here are teachers and exchange personnel from the University of Chicago or students who come to register

It's about a ten-minute walk to the station, and there's a supermarket a few streets away. The room was clean and there were no major issues. The counter staff are also polite and willing to help when needed.

Got a room with 2 double beds and room is very spacious. Even had a mini ref and microwave. Restroom had a tub and ample supply of toiletries. Ice dispenser is available at the floor as well

The property is a basic small 2-story motel. The pool-facing rooms are now facing an empty pool, unfortunately. The immediate spaces ( walkways, parking lot, empty pool) are a hotbed for rodents

The room was clean and the hallways had great photos of the city which made it feel more safe and comfortable. The breakfast was great, nice large and comfortable lobby area with view of the water

The rooms are clean, not fancy and it sits in a quieter neighborhood, felt safe but it is right off of Lakeshore. Staff was quick and kind for check-in and check-out

Location is everything with this hotel, with views of the lake right out the front door. The free parking with the shuttle and short ride to city are so convenient

Only come here once a year for agency Christmas party but they're always very polite and accommodating. Food has been good too. Parking can be a little ambiguous.

Because there was an exhibition and I was on a business trip with colleagues, all other hotels had no double rooms, so I stayed in this hotel. Overall, the price was not cost-effective to stay in this hotel.

The Omni was a great choice for our recent trip. The cold was record breaking, and we had to stay an extra night because of a snowstorm, but the staff was nice and the amenities were nice

Every staff encounter, from Ham who graciously greeted us and helped with travel arrangements, Sandar at check-in, the wonderful friendly staff in the restaurant, was top-notch

There was also a missing full length mirror from the wall which left just 1 mirror in 1 bathroom for 4 people (incl 2 women). Housekeeping never brought our missing towels and pillow after a call was made

The Magnificent Mile proved so many shops to peruse but my main purpose was to explore the whole city which we were able to do with the help of the Big Bus nearby

Staff was nice always picked up on the first ring was close to everything.My only issue was the water hot went out several times during our stay and no update.

It was a great location and accessible by all modes just missing the basic parking facility plus basic bar & water in the room. The bathrooms could be renovated as it gives an old and worn out look with crappy spaces

They had plenty of events, I joined a couple of walking tours in which i learned a lot and made new friends. The shared areas are super big and very convenient
