The hotel located in the midst of Hyde Park , Chicago. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We took public transportation to places which is very accessible. We will stay there again if we go to Chicago again.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet.

The hotel offers comprehensive facilities, comfortable beds, and a very clean environment. The bathtub was easy to use, and the internet connection was reliable and strong. It's also conveniently located very close to the University of Chicago. The breakfast, served from 7-10 AM, was delicious.

It's quite quiet, not crowded. There is a Macy's nearby, within walking distance. The price is reasonable, the waiters are quite enthusiastic, the cleaning is timely and clean.

I stayed here while visiting the University of Chicago. The location is great, as you can walk to the university.
The room was very clean, spacious, and very clean.
I felt a little bit like I was in a luxury room.

Quite satisfied, the waiter is enthusiastic and likes to chat. He enthusiastically introduced Chicago's food and culture, and even gave us some performance information! The waiter is also a musician in a band, and he has a lot of art topics. He is also very professional and knows how to talk in moderation! It seems safe here, and most of the people staying here are teachers and exchange personnel from the University of Chicago or students who come to register.

When I went to the University of Chicago, I chose accommodation near the Hyatt Place. The accommodation quality is good, the space is large, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. There are many black people around, but it is a safe place. Public transportation is very close, and you can check the arrival time on the map. I don't drive, so I don't know the parking situation.

The facilities were good. The check in staff was excellant and very accommodating. Upon my return I discovered a 40.00 charge on my card. When I called to get a explanation of this I was placed on a lengthy hold then asked for my confirmation number which I had to look up as it was not readily available. When I returned to the call it was disconnected. Had to call back hold again then asked for last name not confirmation number. So a bit confused about that. Then told that the charge was 40.00 for parking, surprise surprise. I don't mind the fee, the surprise I do mind as well as the condescending, surly attitude from the person I spoke with. Think I'll choose some where else on my next trip to chicago.
