The booking interface shows that the store payment is $61. 29, but the actual credit card settlement is $142
I was very satisfied, except for the lack of amenities! There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste ㅠㅠ
I could hear every other room using their sink, tub, or toilet. I get the hotel charges more during conventions/shows, but other than location (in my instance) it IS NOT worth $300+ per night
I did like the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion. CONS: the sheets & bedspread were so thin. It felt & sounded like we were sleeping on newspapers
I always choose this hotel for my conferences. It's conveniently located next to McCormick Place. It's also close to Chinatown and the Bean
I booked this hotel out of convenience of location to the C2E2 expo. PROS:The front desk were hepful & friendly. Check out was Noon, which is later than most

There's no fridge in the room which is quite annoying. You can't bring back leftovers from a fun night out. My AC started squeaking heavy in the night too so I had to adjust the panel
The bed was so comfortable which I appreciated. You can sit outside along the river and watch the boats go by. Nice little band playing near the lobby inside. All the staff was polite and helpful
Not happy with the person at check in, not nice at all & gave us a very loud noisy floor.
It's my first time staying in Sheraton Riverwalk Chicago and the experience was awesome! View was good, everything was convenient and it's highly recommended for everyone to stay there 🥰🥰
Nearby dining is delicious! The rooms are large, plenty of towels, mini fridge. Room service daily was excellent
The kids also loved the pool - while it wasn’t huge, it was exactly what they needed! The two cons I would note: no continental breakfast included & neither room had a fridge to store small leftovers for when we would eat out with the kids

Great hotel, excellent location. I just stayed six nights at the Chicago Downtown Marriott (on the Mag Mile), and I was very impressed. My room was very clean and in good condition
Wifi had some issue, without that everything was fine
The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well
The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow. If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average
Great location in the city centre. Clean and spacious room with an amazing view (34th floor). Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the room only if part of the loyalty program.
5 star hotel to us! The hotel was perfect. Hannah and Pauline at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The lobby/lounge area was eco, good food and a nice vibe

We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it
Everything was fine, but when I returned to the hotel the second night, after taking a bath and using the bath towel, I found a pair of used old socks. They were neither mine nor my friend's
You have to pick up bottled water yourself from the front desk. The location is superb, directly across from the lakeside and a park. It's within walking distance of Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago
Excellent environment, centrally located with convenient access to all attractions. The staff were exceptionally gentle and polite. If I visit again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again.
My room had a city view; while it wasn't a lake view, I could see the tall buildings outside. The room was spacious, and although the decor was a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean
Excellent hotel! The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel has a rich history and cultural heritage, situated right next to Grant Park, offering a great environment

Lupe was amazing when making the reservation, a true gem. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights, and it was perfect. Room was not overdone and roomy, a bathroom for us and a bathroom for our girls
The service was satisfactory, the environment was beautiful and unique, the hygiene was excellent, the staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, the facilities were complete, the food was safe, the taste was unique, and the amenities were comprehensive
While we were due a complimentary room upgrade, unfortunately none were open at the time. As a kind gesture, he instead provided us with two complimentary drink tickets, which was an unexpected and appreciated surprise
Also, I did not use the pool, but husband and daughter did, busy but nice, Definitely one to see in Chicago
The location of this hotel is truly prime—within easy walking distance to an abundance of food, entertainment, and nearby attractions, which is a major plus! The check-in staff, especially Than, was wonderful
I recently had bariatric surgery and carry a medical card intended to allow smaller portions. When I explained this to our breakfast waitress and requested the $19 kids’ meal, the request was declined

I enjoyed everything about this historic hotel. Lady at front desk was friendly, funny, and helpful. Shared info about the supposed haunted room in one of the many wings of this huge hotel
Lobby was gorgeous and even had a pool table. Room seemed to have been recently updated, with comfy beds. Although it was a bit smaller the ceilings were extremely high giving it a more spacious feel
The bathroom has multiple shelves perfect for ladies needing room for toiletries and makeup on their stay! The view was also beautiful from the 5th floor. Would stay at this hotel again
We stayed for three nights at the Congress Plaza Hotel. Overall, it was a nice stay — our room faced the lake and was surprisingly large for a city hotel. The newer floors and furniture gave it a refreshed feel
Pros: clean, budget-friendly, great views, central location Cons: no AC/heat, hard beds, short-staffed Overall: Not a bad place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, locally owned option — but next time I’ll likely pick a newer hotel
The food (eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast) was fine but overpriced, and the coffee tasted burnt. Unless you want the convenience, there are plenty of better cafés within walking distance

Locations currently does not offer many of the normal amenities offered prior to Covid. However, staff was helpful, friendly, and willing to lean in to make your experience a comfortable one
I was expecting 3 beds in the room since I was Charged for three occupants, 2 people have to share a bed
Perfect place, but the service is terrible. I kept asking for some slippers, they said run out of it. I didn't get it till I left five days later
The 25 dollar credit they give you daily really helps when you get back after long day of taking the city in. I ordered room service a few times and the burger was and chicken club were both really good
They handled everything with patience and grace. They also remembered our drinks. My mom only drinks decaf coffee and I love black tea. They made sure we were taken care of every morning
We've stayed at the Westin many times. Rooms are always quiet and clean. Their breakfast us outstanding! I do REALLY miss the hotel providing Garrett popcorn during your stay

By midnight we couldn’t handle the screaming child in an adjoining room. Front desk listened to recording for 2 seconds before promptly giving us a new room. We went from 32nd to 22nd floor tho
The lobby was stunning (they were putting up Christmas decorations) and there was plenty of lounge type seating for me to enjoy a quiet moment outside of my room. My room on the 36th floor was lovely
City view to partial view of MDaley Park. Hotel Restaurant was not equipped to handle their offered breakfast package
Also want to point out the daily “Urban Experience Fee” that was tacked on in addition to the price I thought I was paying so that wasn’t great. Most of the credits you get from the fee was not helpful
The location is great since it’s right near Millennium Park and not far from the Magnificent Mile. Breakfast was at the hotel’s restaurant, Toro. It was standard breakfast which was very mediocre
Didn’t hate it, but also didn’t like it. Even thought it says we get complimentary breakfast due to booking off Chase it was really a $31 daily credit

It was pleasant even with some exterior construction happening during the day. Large lounge and sitting area. Room had some dust and terrible view, but those were just unlucky things
The hotel doesn't have a real lobby bar, which would be nice to have. The room is not very spacious, but has everything you need. The bed was clean, soft and firm at the same time, large and comfortable
The Hotel location is perfect! Very centric in downtown, close to offices and tourist attractions.
They noticed that I was limping the took the time to ask if I need any help. Then they brought up a wheelchair and move me to my room. Few minutes later a manger called me and is if I need any help
He came up to my room and he wrapped my foot with the ace pack. I'm so appreciative of the staff. I would definitely stay here and I highly recommend to stay here
I have been greeted and experienced excellent from housekeeping staffs, but the valet staff at the counter especially was shadowing. Overall I would try other hotel near to compare

Now that our wedding has come and gone, I honestly miss talking with them! We kicked off our wedding weekend with a super fun Welcome Party the night before, and then celebrated with 260 guests in the stunning Gold Coast Room for our reception
Immediately upon walking in the most amazing floral smell from the beautiful flowers that adorn the lobby, greet you. Valet staff, lobby staff, desk staff and everyone else was so very pleasant
Room was wonderful and appreciated the two bathrooms we chose for our stay. We felt the history while staying here and planning on another visit this summer because it was so enjoyable!
Compared to other Downtown venues, the pricing was fair — and in return, we got so much more value, beauty, and care than we ever expected. This day will stay with us forever
I had the absolute joy of getting married at The Drake Hotel on May 3, 2025, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience
From the moment we started planning in January 2024, Ali and Ariella were incredible — thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely kind

I can't speak too much too the hotel itself as I was only there for a meeting. However in my brief experience, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean and modern
Rooms look very dated and are relatively smaller. The TV system will remind you of early 2000's. There is no coffee maker in the room. Lobby is the best part of the hotel look and feel. Room hallways are very dark.
The room was clean, and it was specially decorated for our wedding night. We were a little hesitant about the food since the restaurante does not have such great reviews
However we were both very happy with the breakfast
Will not stay here again, unfortunately the Marriott courtyard was sold out during my stay so I had to choose this one. This hotel is having an identity crisis as it’s marked as a luxury hotel but the rooms are rough
The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too

Location absolutely heart of city my room was perfect clean hotel safe place to walk anytime
Absolutely wonderful experience! I truly enjoyed the service provided — the staff were friendly and professional. The property was clean, perfectly located, and offered a peaceful atmosphere.”
Stayed for two nights. It's in the bustling downtown area, which makes getting around very convenient.

Other than that failed attempt of fitness, our stay was amazing and I loved the river view, I even considered sleeping in the couch by the window just so I could stare out all night
Good location and good service
The sweets are really good because they are half wood floor and the other half is carpet which is better than now less carpet with Corona and all the viruses I enjoyed so much with my boyfriend this weekend and everything was so clean air literally seemed very clean, sheets and carpeting didn't smell disgusting
The room was great-only comment is that it would be helpful to have more drawers for clothing and a shelf or drawer in the nightstands.
From the moment of entering the Westin the cleanliness is noticeable
Beautiful hotel, centrally located in downtown Chicago, with staff who provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was extremely roomy and comfortable

Too expensive for such a basic room. Cheap towels and toilet paper. Handle on bathroom door broke. Just a basic room with nothing special. No refrigerator or microwave
Having stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, I can confidently say that nothing has ever come close to the level of service, hospitality, and excellence I encountered at your property
From the moment I arrived, every team member I interacted with was exceptionally respectful, attentive, and kind. The service was seamless and made me feel genuinely cared for at every turn
Be prepared to be treated like you are the most important guest at the hotel. The staff here is incredibly professional, helpful and service oriented. Every single one.

Overall a nice stay. The room had excellent views and the lobby and rooms were all perfectly clean. Only downside was the pool was very cold. Otherwise an excellent place to stay and we plan to stay there again.
The hotel's 15th-floor reception hall is super tall and large, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly, soft and comfortable, and from the window you can overlook the five iron bridges across the Chicago River and the buildings on both sides that are full of stories, and get a glimpse of the majesty of this century-old industrial city
Clean room, conveniently located to merchandise Mart, nice pool and workout room. Paid extra to have great view of Chicago but view isnt awesome from my room
What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests
It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages
Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal

The fly in the ointment is that the indoor swimming pool is being renovated, and there is no way to enjoy the joy of swimming
Excellent location and fantastic amenities. Four Seasons is as always- top notch service and stay. You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful hotel.
Time is tight, the only option is to choose a red-eye flight from Seattle to Chicago, lack of rest, and tiredness from traveling, it is still dark when we arrive at the hotel, the front desk will try our best to provide a room for check-in, the city view suite is still a very comfortable choice, plus The impeccable beds of the last four seasons can sleep on your head and relieve your fatigue
They are also very generous with their amenities and the smell of white tea, rosemary and mint also permeated the hotel and also continued this theme in the shower products and lotions. We are very pleased with our stay
The fourth hotel I have stayed in overseas, and the eighth Four Seasons Hotel I have stayed in the world. It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower
We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and Chris the front desk manager and the Four Seasons staff couldn't have made it more special. Chris upgraded us to the Executive King Suite with amazing city views

I could not stay at the hotel because of high fever. And I could not get a free cancellation because I didn’t have a doctors note and it was on Christmas Day, and I was not able to move due to high fever
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. We could even open the sofa bed and make it into a bed
The room was spacious and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was excellent, except for the street noise from sirens at night, which was a bit loud.
The location is fantastic with amazing views, especially being able to see the Navy Pier fireworks perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit

The large pool was very murky with visible debris on the bottom and the hot tub had a dark line of dirt/skin at the water line.  That said, the rest of the hotel was pristine and perfectly maintained
Remarkable stay! I will return for my next stay in downtown Chicago. Have stayed at other 5 Star Hotels but this one is now my #1 choice. Thank you to all the staff that made my family's stay a memorable one.
Beautiful rooms, amazing restaurants, great view and impeccable service. Best place I've stayed in Chicago. Cannot think of one thing which wasn't a five star experience. Highly recommended.
The location, service and amenities were wonderful. The club level was also well worth it, with plenty of food and drink options for both adults and children.
I’ve stayed at all of the best Chicago hotels and the Langham is up there with the peninsula as best in the city.  My one complaint is that the pool, specifically the water, was not clean

Everything was so perfect. The staff treats you like royalty. The rooms are in excellent shape. The rooms are also very modern. This will be my go to place whenever I come home to Chicago.
The nightly turndown service was particularly satisfying, and most of the staff were very polite. Some even spoke Chinese, which made me feel very welcome
Jenny at the front desk is amazing and kind. Usually dislike hotels out in the US cause they so terrible compared to other countries, but this was comparable to the peninsula in thailand/shanghai or bellagio in shanghai
Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice
It's a grand experience. Lavish, modern and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom shower had great pressure, the toiletries were aromatic. Overall, very relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spacious, perfectly appointed, clean, and had the most important thing, a comfortable bed. It was an easy valet park just a block away and the shower was great as well
The Hyatt has been updated and is simply a gorgeous hotel. From the tasteful design to the art, it is a welcoming and calming experience to step inside such a beautiful place
I was greeted kindly by the receptionist and the whole check in process was seamless. Highly recommended for a great Chicago destination right by the Magnificent Mile
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago. Room was great and the staff was wonderful. Had a great birthday weekend here. Would definitely stay here again. They have a nice little bar down stairs and it's very relaxed.
Great location, clean room. I will say they might have the worst pillows I have ever used in my life. That is my only complaint though.
