Amazing experience the place was amazing. The people were fantastic. The food was incredible. I pray I can do it again.

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. I’ve stayed at another five-star hotel in the same area, and the level of service here far surpassed my previous experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

First class stay. You pay for it, but so worth it. Real hospitality, indefatigable service in a magical setting. Cannot beat the location and staff are beyond reproach.

The room was spotless and the bed super comfy. The staff was very helpful and extremely courteous.

It’s The Ritz Carlton, everything was as expected. There was a festival and the streets were inaccessible, the young lady was exceptionally friendly (I was tired and frustrated) when we checked in. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

Great breakfast a la carte menu, perfect bar setting, room was spotless, and service in accordance to the Ritz Brand.

My stay was great. Staff was very helpful and polite in the rooms were very clean and well kept the housekeeping were very polite and very attentive.

This is a tough one as we enjoyed the property and staff but it did not live up to a 4 or higher star rating hotel - staff did not change feather pillows and sheets until day #2 as we requested in advance and, of course, we had allergic reactions, they did apologize, but considering their rates and the plethora of other hotels we have had better experiences. toilet didn't work properly, bathtub was a mess of caulking. Minibar had to be unlocked by maintenance and there were items missing from it.

Excellent location and fantastic amenities. Four Seasons is as always- top notch service and stay. You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful hotel.

Except the room is a little small, it is very comfortable

The location, service and amenities were wonderful. The club level was also well worth it, with plenty of food and drink options for both adults and children.

I’ve stayed at all of the best Chicago hotels and the Langham is up there with the peninsula as best in the city. My one complaint is that the pool, specifically the water, was not clean. The large pool was very murky with visible debris on the bottom and the hot tub had a dark line of dirt/skin at the water line. That said, the rest of the hotel was pristine and perfectly maintained.

This luxurious hotel is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is clean and the customer service is exceptional. The club lounge is worth every penny. We were treated like royalty and the staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was a 10 out of 10. We were able to enjoy the movie, sweet and watch home alone, and it was fully stocked.

Amazing stay. Definitely our favorite hotel in Chicago! The staff was so kind and our room was absolutely spotless. 20/10 as our daughter would say!

Remarkable stay! I will return for my next stay in downtown Chicago. Have stayed at other 5 Star Hotels but this one is now my #1 choice. Thank you to all the staff that made my family's stay a memorable one.

This was the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At the check in desk, a nice employee upgraded us (we had a room for two people and we were four people) to a suite. Although the pool was closed for maintenance, the whole package was nothing I’ve ever experienced. The bathrooms had complementary slippers, toothbrushes, hair combs, and so much more. Facilities: Very complete. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent. The nightly turndown service was particularly satisfying, and most of the staff were very polite. Some even spoke Chinese, which made me feel very welcome.

Best hotel in the Chi. Jenny at the front desk is amazing and kind. Usually dislike hotels out in the US cause they so terrible compared to other countries, but this was comparable to the peninsula in thailand/shanghai or bellagio in shanghai

The details are the real thing. The Chinese-style design of the guest rooms is elegant and grand, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is amazing. Many luxury brands have big branches in the United States, and the Peninsula can still maintain its consistent level and deserves praise.

Fantastic property and the best hotel check-in/recepetion we have ever experienced. The best gym, great rooftop space, huge rooms, central location in the middle of it all. (Better than Four Seasons, Andaz, Fairmont, Waldorf, Cerullian Tower etc)

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. Both the front desk and room service were excellent. We could even open the sofa bed and make it into a bed. The location is fantastic with amazing views, especially being able to see the Navy Pier fireworks perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room is spacious, and the bathtub is huge. The service and location are excellent – right on the Magnificent Mile, perfect for shopping.
