I stayed in this hotel for 1 night because I liked the location. I have a couple of complaints. First, the AC/heater was so loud that I would sometimes wake up just to try to turn it off, but it wouldn’t turn off. Also, the hotel charged me $32.66 for booking through a third party (trips.com) which I didn’t expect. Had they mention the charge, I would have called them directly to book the room.

The room was your standard Manhattan hotel room. Relatively small, but well organized with no wasted space. It was clean and inviting. The walls seem to be a bit thin as every time the room next door shut their door it sounded like they were slamming our door. The area is nice. It’s about a block or so from Central Park. There is a metro station near by. Overall I’d give this hotel a 4.75 out of 5.

We wanted to love this hotel but the heat in our room broke and they wouldn’t move us. We had to ask four times for a space heater and were treated like a burden. It is mid January and snowing so not having heat, which didn’t seem like a bougie thing to ask for, was really hard. We were able to move the second night but even that was hard because they didn’t ask us- we had to go back and ask them again. The room was fine… other than the heat issue.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was nice. The staff was extremely helpful, especially during check in. The Uber driver let us off across the street by mistake, but the doorman came out to help us cross the street, get my elderly mother inside, and he took our luggage to our room.

The room was very small, which was no surprise because the photos were accurate. The room had two double beds, but no table or chairs. The closet was a small armoire.

The main annoyance was the drinks and snacks left on he night stands and refrig. They were not free so were just in the way.

There were three of us, so we're glad we stayed only one night. But we loved the location because we were in NY to go to the Metropolitan Opera. It was also next door to a Duane Reed drugstore and close to lots of eateries.

I was there for just one night, but the hotel was in a great location for attending a show at Lincoln Center. The front desk staff were lovely. My room was just right. Plenty big enough (but not BIG) for one person. Comfy bed. Bathroom was v. attractive with a great shower. Funky and equally good sushi bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. Price for my room was super reasonable...I'd be happy staying there again.

I really wanted to give this hotel a great review but a miserable night with the ventilation kept me awake and freezing most of the night. The room was small but comfortable, very clean, staff was so nice that I did not call in the middle of the night. Location was great. Close to so many shopping and venues. I alerted the clerk as we checked out. I should have called in The middle of the night but we were so tired we simply added clothes and finally fell asleep.
If you want coffee be prepared to request a pot or order from restaurant from room service. No in room coffee. The shower was close to water canon strength and towels were very thin.

My room did not have heat on one of the coldest weekends in NY. They provided space heaters. I was told it would be a few days before it would be fixed. I was only going to be there 3 days. I’m awaiting a decision on the matter. I think some adjustments are warranted on the cost…and I’m a senior!

The room did not match the photos online. I feel as though a crime was committed on me. I checked in and then checked out within 30 minutes because of the poor condition of the room and bed. However, I am still being charged $1,000. This is outrageous! $1,000 was stolen from me. The room was tiny and disgusting. The mattress was extremely worn out and felt as though it was over 20 years old. Do not stay here!

The room was clean and beds really comfy. The only issue we had was some guests near us were constantly banging the doors which meant we had broken sleep :(

The hotel was clean, convenient. No fuss, nothing stood out, but for the area it was a good deal.

It's a nice option in the Columbus Circle area that's reasonably priced with a good atmosphere. The food was pretty average and it was hard to get the attention of our server at certain points in our meal. I would give the steak (no flavor) and the crudite (sad veggies in hummus) a miss.

Overall experience was okay. I made a reservation for 7PM but they could not prepare a table till 7:30PM. I was with 2 year old kid so I was not happy about it.
Atmosphere was okay. Since it was loud inside, I felt comfortable with a small kid. I did not need to worry even a kid started crying.
Food was fine. Stake was tender and salmon was nothing special. I loved dessert platter deal so much. It was $19 for 5 mini dessert and it was perfect to share with friend!!! I will probably go back to this place only for dessert.

Came with my family and relatives, and had wonderful time. The food is solid and the service complements it. The steak for two is a show stopper, served on a wooden board!

Food was pretty good but the service left something to be desired.

Landmarc is great, from the wines to the steak and even the cotton candy. They are reasonably priced for the location and very kid-friendly.

One of my favorite restaurant in NYC. The food is amazing. The place is beautifully designed. The atmosphere is chic but not "heavy". The sound level is great. Great place for a romantic dinner, as well as a business diner. Just love it.

Frankly, for the price the service was not exceptional. When we asked the waiter what he would recommend, and what the restaurant speciality was, he said 'everything'. Additionally, the restaurant is located in Trump Towers, were we able to cancel the reservation we would have. In short, the food was good, but not phenomenal. I'd say spend the money at a smaller less known restaurant where you'll remember the food. Three stars are mainly due to the chefs infamy rather than the experience one will have there.

First time in a Michellin star restaurant and couldn't have been more impressed. Service is really what sold me, when asked why we were there I mentioned we were enjoying my birthday lunch here, and at the end our waitress remembered and gave us a wonderful birthday cake free of charge. The food was divine, everything was paired well and the ambiance is very comfortable. Wonderful autumn tasting menu overall and again, service was over the top. Can't wait to try again with a different seasonal menu. We were also pleased with all the offerings, as the tasting menu included mini courses in between automatically, like dessert and an appetizer, we kept thinking we were being given wrong orders but it was indeed all inclusive. Great first experience being fancy :)

Although you can have a NY dinner experience it is the most overpriced place in the most over priced City. $22 for a hot dog? C'mon man! I'm willing to indulge some places just because. This isn't one of. If on the other hand you like being crammed into a tight, noisy space to get mediocre, expensive food, this is your place. The only thing it had going for it is location. Enjoy.

Service was amazing and the food was great, also one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 AM near Park Central Hotel. But when they say "The Finer Diner" they certainly do mean it. Expect to pay about $20.00 per person (~$55.00 for 2 people).
19.12.2017 Andrew
Busy place but well worth the 10 minute wait. I see a lot of customers ordered the chicken pot pie whick looked really good.I ordered the Old Fashion Brooklyn Burger and it was the best burger I ever tasted. My wife ordered the chicken noodle soup which was delicious.
17.10.2017 Janel
Love the fries here! The spaghetti rocks, too. But, please ask for your burger to be well done if you prefer it that way. Even though the menu states it's cooked well done, mine wasn't. Another was cooked for me to take out...which I didn't bother eating, so what a waste.
30.09.2017 Eric
Expensive and the food is just "okay", but the decor is incredibly well done. It truly places you in a fifties style diner with bustling waiters racing around this overcrowded spot. Each booth is lined with small plaques of famous patrons and it's fun seeing who sat where you are and trying to remember who's who. I head in once every six months or so for a diner breakfast (blueberry pancakes!) or pie, and brush up on my knowledge of old celebrities.
