Overall it's OK, with convenient transportation. I noticed that the air conditioner is Midea, with good cooling effect, but a little noisy. The facade upstairs is under renovation, and the door is covered, so it's a bit difficult to find.

I checked out immediately after checking in, the entire process took no more than 20 minutes. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was appalled by the cleanliness. A sticky cup of coffee was spilled right at the lobby entrance, and no one cleaned it until I left. The floor was like a ba*****, dark and shabby. The mattress, ceiling, and carpet in the room were all stained with large patches, and the bedding was torn and had black stains. The window didn't lock, the room had no light at all, and the light fixtures were broken. It looked completely different from the Ctrip photos, so please check the Google reviews before booking. This hotel had a bed bug at the end of last year, and the cleanliness was questionable. After reporting this to the front desk downstairs, I refused to stay. The hotel didn't refund my money, which is perfectly fine. I just wanted to get out of here as soon as possible.

The location is convenient, but overnight parking costs $50, which is a no-brainer in Manhattan.

It’s very convenient on 28street
There are flower shops next to it, and I feel very good when I go in and out.
There is a subway, McDonald's, cafe and laundromat next to it
The room is simple and the bed is a bit too soft

The facilities are a bit old. And it's a bit narrow. The location is such that you can easily walk to Times Square and the surrounding area is not that crowded. There is also a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Breakfast is okay if you don't expect much.

The location is very good, very close to the subway station, you can walk to the Empire State Building, there is a McDonald's at the door, and it is very convenient to eat. It is cleaned every day, and the front desk service is very good.

food here is deliciousand healthy. but the best part is the staff. I go here maybe once a week and I'm always greeted as a friend, even though dont know anyone in this store personally. they treat me and everyone else as if they are close friends highly recommend eating here

Horrible experience. We paid lots of money and everything was wrong. The service was so bad we had a short waiter he was young he forgot everything or seems very rude he knocked my napkin out my hand and saw and did not help me. We order bottle champagne with oysters not enough cups for us all and oyster came after our main course and they had Mexican hot sauce and not tobasico. The only helpful one was a Jamaican bus lady who was very kind and went out of her way to help us. I will never come here again ugh

My friends got sick after having oysters. The oysters had a weird taste. The staff isn't friendly and does not look happy. Good location and idea though. Could be much better.

Great vibe! I was there last week with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. Drinks were great (the Mojito was my favorite!), food was tasty (I had the squid ink homemade pasta with tomato sauce and it was delicious!) and the music was on point. Our server was very friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Really fun place!

The worst lobster roll I have ever had!! So disappointing!! Sat at the oyster bar for about ten minutes and was not asked by any staff members if I would like any food or drink. Once I managed to corral someone and get my order in I was greatly disappointed. Oysters were fresh and tasty. However, the $29 lobster roll by FAR the worst I've ever had. The lobster meat is smothered in watery mayonnaise and WAY too much vinegar and celery. It was unbearable, really. I think you can get a better lobster roll at McDonald's. This place has a solid reputation and was pretty busy on a Saturday night when I was there but they really need to step up their game. Do something about the JDOB Lobster Roll -- really it's quite a mistake to put the business's name in front of something that tastes like trash.

So we went during the first snow in the Fall/Winter of this year & also during SantaCon...hmmm...it was interesting; not going to knock anyone. It was cold & it took us some time to find an igloo on the rooftop which when we did happened to be busted so we continued to freeze. Ordered their Bailey's hot chocolate which was a hit amongst us & it helped to warm us up! The burger was also pretty good...after eating we went downstairs in the warmth and danced a lil & I must say that their music selection was on spot...I would go bk but in the Summer as it would be more enjoyable then on the rooftop...esp to take in the sights...

This was the best club/ lounge experience! The food and drinks were great! The line to get in was long but moved very quickly. The scenery on the roof was amazing and had heated igloos which we enjoyed! Lovely place!

Went on a Thursday and it was busy but there were plenty of seats available with incredible views. Drinks were reasonably priced given the venue and we really enjoyed the burger and the vegetarian noodles (again very well priced). Went downstairs to leave and noticed another bar again with amazing views and had to stop for another drink. Liked that it was self serve at the bar.

Amazing views of the city. Definitely it's strongest point. I do wish however there was more readily available seating but that's probably asking too much for a no-charge access to a rooftop. Liked the pods / heaters they've got up there. Definitely a chill vibe.
