The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable, I tossed and turned all night. You pay all that money with no microwave in room

The room was nice but the bathroom was a bit rough and the towels were about 10 years old not enjoyable after a long day in NY - but the hot water was great so it’s a toss up:)
Service was a bit strange -room service would not give me coffee you have to call a special number and read the WiFi instructions.
Lobby staff and check in was great I wish they would have more thorough on the amenities of the hotel - we were told nothing.
Elevators were a huge problem. We almost missed our cab because it took 6 elevators to get us down. My daughter and I had to split up with our luggage on different elevators to get down in time they were all so full and no one was willing to squeeze another in.

Room was ok. For a Hilton I thought it would be better. Could do with an update with better placed plug sockets and some USB plug sockets. It is 2025 and people need multiple sockets to charge phones, tablets, watches etc.
Only 1 lift out 3 working due to upgrading. I call that poor planning. They should have had all 3 or at least 2 out of 3 ready for the busiest time of year.
Staff were underwhelming. Our flight home was cancelled and we had to find accommodation for another night. I understand they couldn’t accept us as they were fully booked. I would have appreciated some sort of effort to see if other Hilton hotels available but no, just a shrug of the shoulders pretty much and left to sort ourselves out. I understand that it is probably over there pay grade. I phone call or some sort of contact with other Hilton hotels would have been put our anxiety at ease. I am disappointed because i expect staff from the Hilton brand would excel at customer service, but they didn’t.

Hotel room is lovely size . The staff are all so pleasant. Location is ideal . Would stay again

Would say the lifts are a nightmare and avoid the bridge bar downstairs unless youve got deep pockets . 3 drinks was 70 dollars

Clean and spacious room. There was always complimentary water and coffee.
Only two negative points regarding the hotel itself: excessive wait times for the elevators and the noise coming from the street at night even on the 36th floor.

Great stay. The rooms are large and clean with daily housekeeping. Our room was very quiet. Two issues we faced was a heating system that didn’t seem to work - only blowing cool air no matter the temperature, and elevators that were jam packed, so sometimes we had to wait for several minutes and another elevator to come up. Would stay here again overall.

Went there for the first time. Horrible service. The employee was busy talking with someone, did not even care to help. Was empty when I went in. and no one behind me,was rushing me select my choices. And then immediately emptied into the plastic box. After asked him to chop the salad, he told I should asked when I started. Did it half halfheartedly. Food wise you can add lot of choices for free, they looked pale and old food. Would not go back and would not recommend. They trying to compete with Chop'It next door and I prefer Chop'It for the food and service. No wonder they are empty.

Can I just say holy f. The burgers here are worth the wait. Though my husband and I visited late at night so we didn’t wait at all. Simple menu, no bs froufrou. Delicious food, nice people making it, and a fun charming atmosphere. Definitely a must check out.

Really good Chinese food. Go for the soup dumplings!

How to eat:
Place dumpling on spoon
Bite top and suck the broth out
And eat

We also shared 2 dishes, 1 shrimp and 1 beef. Both were amazing and we gobbled it all up.

Next time I go, I'm going to try some spare ribs. Saw others eating and I had food envy.

Worth checking out. Original location is in Chinatown, but this location in midtown was much more convenient.

I've tried to go to this place 3 times and the wait is always over an hour. Finally pulled up and got seated right away. The food was great and the service was very fast. They could throw a few more veggie options on there, but it is very vegetarian friendly.

The waiters are speedy and compliant. I think they upgraded their soup dumplings because it tasted better than the last time I came here. Their fried rice is also really tasty. I think my favorite is the crab dumplings. Usually there's at least a 10 min wait, always crowded.

I didn’t realize this was the same one as the tourist trap in china town- my bad. Unfortunately it is and this midtown location isn’t much better. Their $17 sesame chicken consisted of maybe 6 jumbo chunks maybe equivalent to one chicken breast of chicken, heavily breaded and literally half the container was steamed frozen broccoli. Ugggg. What a complete rip-off. I see in the other pics now they purposely build up their dishes to look like there is more food than you’re really getting, paying for. The soup dumplings were pretty standard but I don’t care for the leaf they place underneath. It makes the dumpling wrap soggy on the bottom and the dumplings absorb that odd leafy taste. Very underwhelming and much better options around. Doubt I’ll ever order from here again.
