Artezen Hotel in New York

Overpriced for the food you get. The staff is very friendly and the service overall was excellent. The food is ok, just not that great to be priced at this level. The place is a bit too packed for my taste there was like 6" on each side between our table and the next. With these prices they don't need to squeeze that extra table in

Every time I come in at 4:30 there’s no food being served cash registers off but have customers inside eating, sleeping or just simply sitting down in the dining areas.. and I once had a employee tell me they weren’t open but yet the doors were open people were inside and there were employees working and it says open 24 hour on the sign outside and online.. the false advertising has to stop.. and I will be calling corporate

Poor experience. I ordered a cheesesteak. It came to $11.35. Fries would have been $3.30 extra. Pricey! Anyway the young guy (hispanic, just for purposes of identification) had a bit of a 'tude. I saw that he was getting ready to put my sandwich on the bread, and the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked him to let the cheese melt. He just looked at me, but left it. Then he and the cashier start cleaning their station. The grill guy picks up a filthy rag and sprays some cleaner. Then--just as I expected--he goes to pick up my bread again. I asked him to change his gloves. He gives me this look like I'm really asking him to climb a mountain. So, I go back to the register with my receipt, get a refund, and go elsewhere. I can't stand nasty people--attitude AND practices--working behind counters. I would never recommend this place and won't ever go there again. $11.35 sandwich made by a $1.98 staffer.
