Hillside Crossing Nashville in Nashville

Not the best place to stay. It smelled and above the restroom it was leaking water. They didn't change the bedsheets either. But I guess for the price you can't beat it. Walking distance to a waffle place and that was really good.
Would I stay there absolutely not.

I booked our room about 4 months in advance, we show up and they don't have our room for us so they down graded us to a smaller room. We asked if we could get a discount because of the down grade and they said they couldn't do that. Our room was gross, not cleaned well at all. The sheets were stained, the blankets had holes in them. The electric outlets were not covered and wires were showing. There was a huge roach in our bathroom. There were big bee nests everywhere outside. The customer service was not great eirher. Do not stay here!

Hey there!! I just wanted to share my first experience at a Super 8 in Nashville Tennessee. I booked an early check in-- was told I had to wait until three. Finally three arrives and I go into our room. Which was completely soaked in water from the AC unit, and very filthy. You can see clearly that it wasn't even attempted to be cleaned, aside from the beds. We were moved into another room that was also soaked from the AC. There were roaches EVERYWHERE. The bathtub didn't drain, and there was no hot water. We used the towels to dry the floor and they had no other clean towels available when I brought the soaked towels downstairs to the lobby. So then we couldn't swim, or take a shower. We felt like we were being bitten when we laid down, upon lifting the mattress you could clearly see what looked like blood stains. Disgusting!! There was also no remote and they couldn't "do anything" about it. No outlets or lights worked. Unfortunately we couldn't get a refund and go elsewhere because we had been drinking already. I was woken up by a roach crawling on my face. We immediately backed our bags and checked out as soon as it was morning. I have never experienced such an awful stay at a hotel! When we checked out they only gave us a 20$ refund, for a 130$ stay. We were moved from room 237 to 215. I'm so upset. I plan to post all the pictures I took during my stay and warn others of this horrible experience. I travel frequently and I'll be sure to avoid Super 8 in the future.

I made a reservation in August for October. When I arrived there was a gate around the parking lot and a sign in the door "closed". I did not receive any notification whatsoever. Very last minute I had to make another reservation while the Uber driver kindly waited.
